Of course its a LOP. There is over 42 trillion in circulation with a net worth of only 16 trillion. Many in Iraq want them to just LOP, but officials at the IMF and other do not. They want them to float. But in order to float they need to create a private sector/ market economy. Which means laws, reduced corruption and foreign investment. So we wait....

What does he mean that they have a net worth of $16 trillion? Their foreign currency reserves are around $60 billion. Is he suggesting that they can monetize their oil reserves? You can't do that.
