If the dinar was valued at 3000:1 and they removed three zeros (which would only happen in a lop, but let's humor him) that would make the new valuation 3:1, or 33 cents rather than $3.00.  Why would ANYBODY listen to a guy who can't even figure a simple exchange rate conversion?
