Hi Everyone,

I bring you much news today.

A very interesting week in the news in conclusion of the week. Can’t hardly wait to see that else Al-Kazemi will do for Iraq. So far so good.

Is he going to be our third miracle, like Nigel Fragel of the UK (BREXIT) and president Trump of USA fighting Corruption, socialism and the UN in general especially Agenda 2021/2030 implementations efforts.

When will we see the reinstatement?

I promised everyone I would give you a new window of opportunity once the new prime minister and cabinet were in place. So now I will do just that.

I am hearing some wonderful news now from parliamentary finance committee almost demanding the project to delete the zeros and the full implementation of Article 8 under the IMF monetary policy for member nations. Again they are questioning what is taking the CBI so long to get this done and they want it now. We are also seeing many Iranian backed members of parliament speaking out to simply “print”  more money as a resolution to the economic crisis.

I said this before and I will say it again and again. The real, underlying problem in Iraq is the inability to enforce even the existing laws. This is the case since the corruption is so expansive in the ranks of the security forces, who are afraid of the armed Iranian backed militias and gangs.

There are many revenue sources the GOI can tap into besides oil but this has not yet sunk into their thick, stupid heads. The good news is we are now seeing the realization but only out of desperation.

All they have to do is clean up the enforcement side of the law and get these programs moving ahead. Programs like customs and tariffs collections to the general fund, taxation of incomes, permit fees, etc,, But these must go into the general fund not the pockets of the corrupt politicians.

Oh – it is easy for me to say? Yes, it is easy since they have had now almost 2 decades (20 years) since the end of the war to get this right. I am frustrated to now watch Iraq go down the drain. It is not the fault of the ordinary citizens. I spend time during the war in Iraq and I know the people They are hard working, loving, good people. They want justice and a good economy only the corrupt blocs vote in corrupt officials to run the government. Maybe the new election laws will change all this?

Europe bounced back in less than half this time and it was much more expansive devastation. So, is this really an economic crisis or a crisis of getting Iran and the mafia like gangs out of Iraq? THINK ABOUT IT!

So here is my new reinstatement window:

When we begin to see more and more of the protestor demands being met by the new prime minister Al-Kazemi. Also the CBI will be giving a statement shortly on the update of the project to delete the zeros. I am told by my CBI contact they are about to do this soon. So let’s wait and see what the official CBI statement is. We already know the Finance committee is demanding the completion of the project and the end of the currency auctions. They want is done NOW!

HOSTILE TO AL-KAZEMI. A STRONG IRAN-BACKED MILITIA IS LOSING INFLUENCE IN IRAQ

Five months after the killing of the militia leader of the Hezbollah Brigades in Iraq, backed by Iran, Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, its influence has been quietly eroding, as the Iraqi government managed to reduce the influence of armed groups of doubtful loyalty to Iraq.

More news….

A PARLIAMENTARIAN REFUSED TO GO TO IRAQ TO PRINT THE MONETARY PROCESS

The deputy of the Alliance of Saireon, Riyad Al-Masoudi, confirmed today, Thursday, the existence of a parliamentary refusal, to go to Iraq towards printing the monetary process, to confront the economic and financial crisis in the country.

Al-Masoudi told "Eye of Iraq News" that "until this hour, the Iraqi government, the issue of orientation has not decided to print the monetary process, to confront the economic and financial crisis in the country, but this decision is rejected by parliament, and we will not allow it."

And that "this approach may temporarily solve the crisis, but it will create many and serious future problems and crises, especially as the Iraqi dinar will collapse significantly, and it is very difficult to return it to its natural state. It will also be rejected by the international community, especially the international financial bodies.

(Mnt Goat – I don’t believe the IMF will support printing more hard currency in Iraq anyhow. So, these many articles about this are a moot point and pressure from the Iranian idiots who would luv to see Iraq collapse.)

DEMONSTRATORS GAVE  AL-KAZEMI A MONTH, TO IMPLEMENT LIST OF DEMANDS

The demonstrators gave Baghdad Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi a month, to implement  demands, including the trial of his predecessor, Adel Abdul-Mahdi, on charges of "killing" protesters, this came in a statement read out amid "Tahrir Square" in Baghdad.

The statement praised the "reformist destination" of the Al-Kazemi government, which started its duties on Saturday, two days after it gained confidence from Parliament.

The demands included

1)the trial of the demonstrators' killers, headed by Abdel-Mahdi,

2)compensation for their families,

3)setting a date for early elections, and

4)the administration of independent retired judges for the (official) election commission."

5)returning the displaced to their areas of residence,

6)revealing the fate of the missing",

7)reducing the salaries of senior officials,

8)activating the law of parties,

9)achieving economic and political reform, and

10)abolishing ineffective local councils."

In its first session on Saturday, the Kazemi government decided, two days after its formation, to release all detained protesters, establish a committee to try those involved in the killing of protesters, and strive to set a date for early elections.

AN ECONOMIST IS SURPRISED TO CONTINUE WASTING HUGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY THROUGH THE CURRENCY AUCTION, AND NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN YET !!

Today, Wednesday, economic expert, Majed Al-Suri, called on Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi to open the file of corruption and parasites on private banks to deal with the financial liquidity crisis, WHILE IT IS SURPRISING TO CONTINUE WASTING HUGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY THROUGH THE CURRENCY AUCTION, especially that Iraq is going through a suffocating crisis !!.

Al-Suri told Al-Ikhbaria, "It cannot and does not make sense to continue wasting huge amounts of money by auctioning the currency in the central bank in conjunction with a severe economic crisis and the absence of a real money management strategy."

And he called the new government headed by Al-Kazemi to "open the file of corruption and parasites on private banks in order to deal with the crisis of economic and financial liquidity."

Al-Suri pointed out that "previous governments had put many banks under the guardianship of their theft and corruption, but they did not hold them accountable legally enough to deter others."

It is noteworthy that Iraq, according to the accreditation of the rentier economy, which depends on selling oil and spending its money, made it an unenviable position, especially with the drop in oil prices in global markets.

FINANCE COMMITTEE PRESENTED 5 STEPS TO ALLEVIATE THE FINANCIAL CRISIS IN THE COUNTRY

Ayna News – Baghdad

Member of Parliamentary Finance Committee Jamal Cougar, on Tuesday, presented 5 steps to alleviate the financial crisis in the country.

Cougar said in a press interview, “Iraq is going through a stifling financial crisis, and this is something that two cannot disagree on, stressing that there are 5 important steps that must be adopted to alleviate the crisis that created multiple factors, most notably the collapse of world oil prices.”

Cougar added, “The steps that must be adopted are an attempt:

1) to postpone the payment of loans to be paid in relation to Iraq and

2)to fight aliens and fake names as a national and moral duty and

3)to end the file of multi-salaries and their numbers are not few and up to tens of thousands in addition

4) to fighting financial and administrative corruption

5)ending the file of control of influential groups on border crossings

Cougar pointed out that “the financial crisis cannot be overcome without firm solutions and decisions that address all negative problems in order to ensure financial liquidity to secure salaries and the rest of government expenditures.

(Mnt Goat – Did you read these? These are all dealing with stealing money out of the CBI or preventing revenue collection to the GOI. What about#5? I quote: “ending the file of control of influential groups on border crossings”. This is preventing the proper collection of the customs and tariffs. I already mentioned (and we read in an article too for more proof) that this area of concern can amount to as much revenue for Iraq as the oil revenue. So why not get it fixed? I don’t get the delay? Are they afraid of Iran? Why all the fuss about an economic crisis? Iraq is filthy rich only they need to enforce the laws and get their act together. I am so sick and tired of complaints that Iraq is in an economic crisis…bullshit! They are in a political crisis because the government is corrupt and has no honest body to enforce the laws.Red this next article….it blows your mind how much money is involved in #5 issue…)

TO A NEW IRAQ: AL-KAZEMI'S MANDATE ... AN OPTIMISTIC START ON THE PATH TO MINES

New Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi inaugurated his mandate with a series of confidence-building steps.

He has ORDERED THE COURTS TO RELEASE THE DETAINEES who appear before them on charges of participating in the demonstrations, and ASKED THE PRISON AUTHORITIES TO RELEASE THE PRISONERS who have ruled for such violations, and a spokesman for the Ministry of Justice explained that this step came because that the demonstration is a right guaranteed in the Iraqi constitution, provided that the demonstrators do not violate institutions of the country.

Al-Kazemi also ordered the compensation of the families of about 550 civilians killed in the demonstrations that started on October 1, and pledged that those involved in the killing of the demonstrators would be investigated.

In parallel, the Prime Minister appointed General Abdel-Wahab Al-Saadi as head of the anti-terrorist agency, after he was dismissed by the former Prime Minister Adel Abdel-Mahdi. Al-Saadi was considered a "hero of Mosul" after he stood at the head of the forces that liberated the city from ISIS control, and the demonstrators chanted his name Those who demanded his return to his job after his dismissal.

Al-Kazemi, a former journalist and head of the intelligence agency during the outbreak of the demonstrations, stood by the demonstrators and opposed the repression by Shiite militiamen at the direction of Iran. And now, as prime minister, he promises them a democratic Iraq that will give them an appropriate place in power. The new spirit blowing from the prime minister’s office is an optimistic start, and indicates the prospects of his success in managing the country, which has tried for five months to find itself a prime minister after three failed.

Exceptional support

Exceptionally, Al-Kazemi's appointment is supported by Iran and the United States. Estimates have already spread to this agreement, among them the estimate that both countries mired in the Corona crisis and its huge economic repercussions, have exhausted their preoccupation with politics. Within a relatively short period of time, AL-KAZIMI SUCCEEDED IN OBTAINING THE APPROVAL OF THE IRAQI PARLIAMENT ON 15 OF THE 22 MINISTERS HE PROPOSED. 5 OTHERS ARE STILL AWAITING RATIFICATION, while no candidates for the post of oil and foreign ministers have been offered so far - two important bags.

Al-Kazimi's sweeping support, as well as HIS ENCOURAGING FIRST STEPS, WILL BE ON THE LINE SOON WHEN HE WILL BE ASKED TO PROVE HIS LEADERSHIP.

In the beginning of June, he is expected to have a round of talks with representatives of the American administration, which will focus on the issue of the continued presence of American forces in Iraq after the parliament approved the demand for its withdrawal.

The two parties will also discuss how the Iraqi forces operate against attacking American targets, renew political training for the Iraqi army after it was frozen in the wake of the Corona epidemic, and the civilian assistance Iraq requests from international financial institutions.

Washington intends to present practical demands and will not be satisfied with declarations of condemnation, as senior figures in the American administration have made clear to the Prime Minister. THE UNITED STATES IS VERY DISAPPOINTED BY THE PERFORMANCE OF THE GOVERNMENT OF IRAQ IN EVERYTHING RELATED TO THE DEFENSE OF THE COALITION FORCES, said David Shankar, Assistant Secretary of State for Middle East Affairs.

TAKING MILITARY STEPS AGAINST ARMED FACTIONS MAY PUT AL-KAZIMI ON A COLLISION COURSE WITH THE PARTIES THAT SUPPORT IT, AND IN FRONT OF IRAN, which sees it as an executive arm to implement its policy in Iraq.

Al-Kazemi, like his predecessors, will have to face a complex dilemma. Should he embrace the American demands and thereby guarantee the international financial assistance that he needs for the purposes of the current financing and to pay the deferred salaries that he pays for several months and fight Corona, or WILL HE ALLOW IRAN TO CONTINUE DICTATING ITS POLICY AND THEREBY GUARANTEE THE VITAL BILATERAL TRADE WITH IRAN, which was estimated before the epidemic at more than 12 billion dollars, It ensures the continued supply of electricity and water from Iran, as well as the political calm it needs from pro-Iranian parties.

Exploding puzzle

AL-KAZEMI ANNOUNCED THAT HE IS LOOKING TO EXPAND ECONOMIC COOPERATION WITH IRAN AND WILL NOT ALLOW IRAQ TO BE TURNED INTO A PLATFORM FOR LAUNCHING ATTACKS AGAINST IT, but he also does not look to turn Iraq into an arena of sensitivity between Iran and the United States, losing the only channel that can help him overcome the economic crisis.

According to estimates by Iraqi economists, Iraq needs a financing injection of about $ 50 billion, while the Accreditation Company "Pitch" estimated in April that the budget deficit in 2020 could reach 30% of the gross domestic product, and the national debt would reach more than 80% who are they. Iran cannot put Iraq at the disposal of Iraq with the required size, and without international funding with an American green light, Al-Kazimi will find himself in front of a new mass protest, as in the previous protest, and may lead to the overthrow of the government.

This is not the only dilemma for the Iraqi prime minister. In spite of the offensive rhetoric, the United States, like Iran, prefers stability in Iraq and a GOVERNMENT THAT IS WORKING ON CHAOS, which may lead them to confront and grow up new armed factions, and may even provide an opportunity for IS remnants to renew their activities. Iran, which has begun withdrawing part of its forces from Syria, and the United States, which seeks to reduce its presence in the Middle East, will have to coexist in Iraq in order to maintain even a portion of their influence there.

The explosive puzzle posed by Iran and Iraq is inseparable from the political minefield that Al-Kazemi seeks to dismantle with a new election law and early elections. His goal will be to give adequate representation to women and youth who have demonstrated their power in the demonstrations, and to dismantle political monopolies that stifle the state's treasury in particular.

Drafting a new constitution would stop all those with sectarian and political interests on their hind legs, while retracting the initiative could take hundreds of thousands to the streets. And if this is not enough to fill Al-Kazemi’s agenda, there is what awaits him behind the corner. His confrontation with the Kurdish region, WHICH DEMANDS THE APPLICATION OF THE OIL AGREEMENT IN EXCHANGE FOR A BUDGET signed with the Prime Minister, according to which the government of Iraq must transfer to the Kurdish region about 14% of the total state income in exchange for Part of the oil extracted from the Kurdish region. It will not be boring in Baghdad in the coming months.

In ending I want everyone to know your constant prayers in the fight against evil (ISIS) and now the corruption in Iraq have worked. God has guided these young men and women on the battle field. He has guided the honest, patriots of Iraq to fight for their homeland.  So this new war now on our citizens is underway. New battles are raging every day over corruption.  These are battles to save our societies from the corrupt politicians and secret societies who are bent on taking what they want from our current wealth and from future generations without our permission. We must keep praying for the end to the rapid corruption and enslavement of people in Iraq and also in the United States. We must pray for our leaders that they may be anointed by the Holy Spirit and guided to do God’s work. We must stand by them and let them know we are still there to support them, even after the election is over. I have composed a prayer maybe we can all pray today in our own way and until the reinstatement of the Iraq dinar occurs.

PRAYER

“For all leaders of all nations, that they may be anointed by the Holy Spirit to do God’s will and work to bring about abundance and prosperity to their nation.

To fight this waging war on corruption, our freedoms, our liberties, socialist plans and injustice.

To bring all those corrupt to justice and pay for their crimes no matter how high up in the government they are.

That the FREE WORLD may be a shining example for the rest of the entire planet.

In the name of Jesus Christ our King and Savior, Amen”

Auf Wiedersehen

Much love to ya all,
