I bring you much news today.

Well, well here we are done with September and it’s October already. So where is the RV? Guess many of you took that roll coaster ride of the constant RV hype all during the month of September. Oh – they said it will never get out of September without an RV. Didn’ these gurus also say this about May, then August too. They also bash me for justifying this might just go all the way until early January 2020. This is what happens when you base
You knowledge on bank stories and rumors.

Yes, the weeks and months are clicking away and these idiot gurus (namely TNT Tony and Bigcall Bruce) are still pushing their idiotic garbage intel. When will they learn they are being lied to and deceived by their so called “sources”, if they even have any.

Just remember the banks do not make the decision for anything. They simple want the new rate to show up on FOREX and when it does they can use it “legally” to exchange customers who to come in with their currency. So how does the rate get on FOREX?

When the IQD does come back on FOREX and the other global currency exchanges it is called a “reinstatement”. The rate given hopefully will reflect the true and accurate value of the dinar. Right now the rate is still being suppressed at the program rate. The program rate was supposed to be a temporary de-facto peg to the US dollar to help they through a time of high inflation and prevent hyper-inflation.

The CBI has told us there is a process to getting the dinar “reinstated” and in use as an international currency once again. It is not as simple as just pulling a trigger and wamoo, the new rate appears on FOREX.

I will not bore you today again by going over the entire process, since you can refer back to many of my recent newsletters.

In 2011 the process was described to the public of Iraq. I happened to want to read the news from Iraq and I think it’s very important. Unfortunately, many of these gurus think the news from Iraq is not important and want to dwell instead on their bank stories and rumors rather than what is going on in the CBI itself. At that time, they also told everyone the news articles were not important and so they dismissed these earlier very important articles and poo pooed them as nothing important to read. Can you imagine that? How dumb is that?

So now they are ignorant and they don’t understand the process. This is why their intel conference calls are totally useless. This is why there is all this confusion.

But you don’t have to be confused since I have written about the entire process to you many times.

OKTOBERFEST TIME IN MUNICH

This year we also decided to take our annual trip to Munich and visit the Oktoberfest. It seems strange not to have our two daughters with us. As many of you know our second daughter is now also in the university in USA. So, it is just Meine hubby and a few close friends who decided to join us this year. Its off to the train station tomorrow for a few days in Munich. We have found this is the best time to visit the annual fest since many of the craziest people are tired and gone at the end days. The bier halls and gartens are not as crowded. The fall weather is expected to be very nice in Germany.

ENCOURAGE THE WORK OF US COMPANIES AND OVERCOME THE INVESTMENT OBSTACLES

Saleh said during a meeting with the President of the American Chamber of Commerce for Middle East Affairs, Steve Lotus, and major US companies, on the sidelines of the meetings of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, according to a statement of the Presidential Information Office received "Tomorrow Press" and participate in economic projects in a manner that contributes to the development of partnership areas and raise the level of trade exchange between the two countries.

SO, WHERE DO WE SIT RIGHT NOW WITH THE RV?

There is really not much new news to give again today. We are just waiting on the CBI to launch the smaller of the small category notes. Remember they already launched the 250, 500 and 1000 notes way back in 2003 and in 2011 they told us these notes will REMAIN in circulation as part of the smaller category notes. So this is why I keep using the term smaller of the small category notes. We are waiting for notes yet even of smaller denominations. Many of these gurus misinterpret any news of smaller categories thinking they are the ones we are watching for. But the 250, 500 and 1000 categories have been out since 2003 and so even though it is good that much more emphasis was put on these for petty cash after electronic banking was put in full force, they still need the other smaller of the small category notes to be launched.

Many of these gurus again want to tell you that the 250 dinar note will convert to 25 cent dinar piece and the 500 to 50 cent dinar piece and the 1000 to 1 dinar in the process of deleting the zeros. This is NOT going to be the case. I will say this again – this is NOT going to be the case. There are separate fils that will simple be issued to fill these gaps in currency. The 250, 500 and 1000 notes WILL REMAIN in circulation alongside the fils.

So, months ago the CBI issued a statement to the banks and we read it in the form of an article that told the banks criteria to which they would judge whether a note is substantially worn enough to hold and be replaced. Do you remember this article? I do. The banks have since collected these worn out notes and turned them into the CBI for replacements. But the CBI delayed in issuing to the banks the replacement notes. This created a shortage of currency in Iraq. Also remember the banks just don’t give money to the CBI and vice versa. So the banks have IOUs (or credits) with the CBI.

So what happened next?

Again, we read a news article about the CBI purchasing hundreds of new machines for the purpose of counting, validating and sorting currencies.

However, just recently we read another article that told us they could not use these machines to count the worn-out currency since they were too worn out and frail. The delay in issuing the new currency (CBI credits) was therefore caused by the delay in having to MANUALLY count the worn out currency.

Thus in this recent article the CBI said now they have completed the process of counting it and are now going to issue the new clean 250, 500 and 1000 replacement notes. This was the only purpose of the article. Nothing more.

So why did anyone have to exploit this simple article and lie about it?

In this recent article they said absolutely nothing about issuing the other smaller of the small category notes as the replacement for the 250, 500 and 1000 notes they owed the banks. For the life of me I don’t know how these gurus get off making these statements to you and lying to you. When the CBI talks I listen. I don’t make up stories to exploit the article.

It is as clear as day in the article and in the case with these two idiots TNT Tony and Big (stupid) call Bruce they simply lie to you when it fits their needs. How can you trust anything they say? This recent lie is a perfect example.

So here is the article about the CBI:

“Economy News _ Baghdad – The Central Bank of Iraq, on Monday, to cancel (end) the fine shortage of deposits of small categories of banks, attributing the decision to cover the market need of new notes for small cash groups.

“In order to cover the market need of new banknotes for small cash denominations” 250, 500 and 1000, “it was decided to cancel (end) the shortage (credits) that may appear in bank deposits of small cash denominations for a limited period,” the bank said in a statement received by the Economy News. , Indicating that “it comes to achieve the desired goal of withdrawing the damaged cash currency in circulation.”

He added that “the counting and sorting of banknotes damaged for these categories require time and effort from the competent staff for the difficulty of counting in the counting machines.”

So, these gurus simply lied over this without any evidence of FACTS to back up their claims. I can assure everyone that the CBI HAS NOT yet issued any of the smaller of the smaller category notes. If they did, they would have to change the program rate and this would change the entire situation of the currency. The news would be all over the news media from Iraq, I can assure you of this.

Having said all that I have stated in the past that maybe in September the CBI might issue the new smaller categories if they were to follow the 2012 planned schedule. So it appears to us now they are not strictly following this plan. So what is their plan?

I am beginning to see that they are still moving towards an early Jan 2020 move since their accounting year begins on Jan 1st. We know they have told us through their past attempts to reinstate the dinar that this is the BEST and MOST CONVIENIENT time to do so.

Many gurus will still find a need to lie to you and try to convince you their accounting year begins on Oct 1st but I have showed you already many articles that prove them wrong. In these articles the finance committee and the CBI have clearly stated in reference to their new accounting fiscal year end date and it was Dec 31st repeatedly. This can not mean anything else other than their new fiscal year begin on or around Jan 1st. Get it. Why is this so hard to understand? I guess if you only have a 4th grade education like the jackass TNT Tony and Big Stupid Ass Bruce it is easy to understand how they keep making these mistakes.

So here is an example of the bullshit statements these gurus make to their listeners. This example comes from TNT and I quote from a Friday tweet:

“SOME 'OLD' BANK SOURCES REPORTED HAVING TO REPORT TO "EXCHANGE LOCATION CENTERS" THIS MORNING.......BEFORE OPENING HOURS!!! BEING TOLD......"AS SOON AS THE SCREENS REAPPEAR.....IT'S PARTY TIME!!!"

So this tweet shows you their ignorance of the process.

First, what happens at the banks and these damned exchange centers does not make any difference. How many times over the past decade have we heard about these damned centers. They are of no significance since they never pan out. Get it? Why even bother anymore with them? Really who the hells cares if personnel are reporting to them. Let them sit and wait for months for the rV for all that matters. They too are just as stupid for not following what the CBI is doing. I have got to tell you I have talked to representatives from the BOA, HSB, Wells Fargo, Citi banks and none of them have put together these so-called “exchange centers” nor do they even know what the hell I am talking about when I reference them. So, this is just like I told you it is all a lie and so is the 800#s. If you chose to believe all this crap this is your problem not mine.

Secondly, see how this guy Rayren, the author of the tweet, keeps pumping these tweets to keep his listeners on the edge. How many times must the screens go blank and then reappear before these idiots realize its just the system reinitializing the rates as they are recalculated on schedule. This usually happens at least now twice a week. How stupid can you be to think this is a sign of an immediate eminent RV. Really just how stupid can you be? Hye didn’t they tell us already every week the exact same thing. Boy or boy they really like to bang their heads against this wall….lol.lol..

DEFINITION OF INSANITY:
IS WHEN YOU KEEP DOING THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN EXPECTING DIFFERENT RESULTS EACH TIME BUT INSTEAD THE SAME THINGS HAPPENS AGAIN AND AGAIN. (like banging your head against the wall) THERE IS NO COURSE OF ACTION TO CHANGE BEHAVIOR. (this is why many of these mental people have to wear helmets. 13TH SESSION OF THE ERBIL INTERNATIONAL FAIR

The 13th session of the Erbil International Fair opened on Monday with the participation of 300 companies from 24 countries. "The 30th of September will witness the opening of the big exhibition which includes many fields such as agriculture, industry, construction and food," Mohammed told local Kurdish media. "It was decided that the exhibition will last for 14 days," he said, expecting to see a lot of interested visitors.

He pointed out that the countries of France, Canada, Kuwait, Qatar, Turkey, Iran, India, Lebanon, Sri Lanka, Ukraine, China, Poland, Sweden, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, America, Malaysia and the UAE, as well as Iraq and Kurdistan region will participate in this session of the Erbil International Fair.

He pointed out that this comprehensive and annual exhibition held in the Kurdistan region includes all areas, pointing out that the region aims to attract the largest number of companies and countries.

Al-Madar got the demands of a demonstration tomorrow (Tuesday, October 1, 2019) that will be launched in Bashtak.
The demands are:

1- Declaring a real war on corruption and opening all files of corruption with the help of international bodies specialized in corruption cases
and legislation the law from where did you get this.

2. Preventing the interference of political parties and blocs in government work, separating political entitlement from government positions and establishing the Federal Service Council.

3 - Formation of the Construction Council, which consists of specialists to be responsible for all projects and future plans of the country.

4. Really support the private sector, protect the domestic product to eliminate unemployment, move the local economy, maintain foreign currency within the country and open the door for real domestic and foreign investments.

5 - Cancellation of the currency auction and the adoption of free market policy.

6. To confine arms to the State in a genuine manner and to abolish all armed manifestations and the militarization of society.

7- Restructuring all government sectors, especially the service ones, to be real productive sectors.

8 - Restructuring and organization of the institution of education and fast and urgent in order to produce a successful educational sector according to international standards.

9. Amending the Electoral Law to be a fair law and preserving the rights of all.

10. Repeal and amend all laws and legislations that contravene the Constitution and immediately apply the disabled paragraphs of the Constitution and abolish all special privilege laws.

Give an opportunity not more than 15 days to start the implementation of the above or else the ceiling of our demands next time will be higher and bigger.

First of all everyone can read the transcript for themselves of what transpired between our president Trump and the president of Ukraine. So there is no argument what did transpire. All the FACTS are there. No lying or making false accusations. But the democrats seem to think otherwise.

Second, so Pelosi gets on a televised news media and announces that she approves of the beginning of an “Impeachment Inquiry”. This goes beyond normal protocol of Congressional procedures. As the speaker you must call to take a vote on the house floor to make such a call. So, this alone was improper and a knee jerk reaction to some whistleblower’s comments. What’s really going on here. I don’t care if you are a democrat or republican we all live in the same country and we all want justice. This has to strike everyone as very weird.

Third, after Pelosi makes her statement to begin this ‘informal inquiry” she then tells us she did not even read the transcript of the conversation. Really?

Forth, add all this up and what do you get? We are seeing some pressure form some higher power being exerted on Pelosi to push, push again for this impeachment. It does not matter if it is even legitimate or there is evidence. They whole heartedly know nothing will come of it. So why do it even?

Firth, this brings us our fifth issue. We know the deep state is trying desperately to control the presidential office, congress and senate, thus run this country from a body of non-elected officials and secret non-officials in the background. This recent incident just proved it. Why else in hell would Pelosi make sure a non-sensible reaction to this situation? Is she really that overtaken with some mental illness? I don’t believe she is that far gone yet after listening to her speak. Yes, she does have many issues and really has no business as speaker in her mental and physical state. But I don’t still feel this is why she did what she did. I do see it as extreme pressure from an outside entity influencing her. Someone had to really scare the pants off her to make her react so irrationally.

Six, so why then did Pelosi and the rest of the democrats conspire to do what they recently did in an attempt to discredit the president once again? Could it be that president Trump was in some very important meetings with other world leaders as a result of side meeting after these three days of United Nations meetings. What is Trump up to that is so bad and against their ideology that they are willing to stick their necks out with such nonsense to even risk their political careers over it? I will tell you.

Seven, this brings us to my final point. You see you must understand the
entire story to get the ending. So, here is the ending. What Trump is doing
is slowly and methodically dismantling this notorious UN Agenda 2021 and
2030 plan piece by piece. He is trying to let the key EU member nations,
that were at the UN last week (already talking about leaving the EU), that
the US stands behind national sovereignty and nationalism. That the US will
always be there to support and back up any nation that decides to pull out
of the EU. He has already expressed a willingness to work closely with the
UK on this matter. Trump sees the crocked politics of the UN and the
manipulation of the EU. This is mostly all hidden from the general
public and the UN has so slowly manipulated the population, that they can’t
see it. But you all should know better since I have been pounding it into your
thick sculls in my attempt to overcome this deep brainwashing of climate
change, UNESCO and Globalization practices. It is all a front and hoax. These are all platforms for the UN agenda on America and the rest of the world. Are we so deep into it we can no longer escape it? I truly believe that is someone like our president Trump had not stepped up we might as well kissed our country goodbye. I don’t want anyone to tell me this is NESARA or GESARA bullshit. What is happening is our president and his administration is working tirelessly, diligently and hard to save America. Nothing more.

I need everyone to take of your blinders off and look at the UN and what they are doing to the people of countries of the EU. The Germans under the Nazis during WW2 had just about conquered all of Europe and controlled almost the entire continent, except what nation? Yes, if was England. What countries came to the rescue of Europe in WW2? Yes, it was the United States, England (now part of UK) and the communists Russia. Russia only fought the Germans because they were just as evil and so it was two evil giants in the ring fighting it out to see who could be more evil. So, let us put Russia aside for now, although they were a faithful ally during WW2. There were no other countries remaining to fight the Germans. What if the UN plan for a centralized One World Government ever came to reality? Who would stand up to it and fight it when they really began to push they harsh agenda on the countries? They are already beginning this with these mass immigration quotas, lopsided trade deals, land confiscation, etc.. So this is not too far fetched, is it? We are already seeing the ruthlessness of these bastard UN leadership.

What I am telling you is that the UN through this EU project is taking over all of Europe just like the Nazis did in WW2. Yes, it has already been done more peacefully as they convinced and brainwashed the leaders of these 29 nations to just roll over and given up their countries without even firing a single bullet. Wow! These ex-Nazis (neo Nazis) in the UN are really smart. Get it?

This is really my point here. Now Europeans after decades of EU tyranny, control and power grabs for their nations and are waking up and realizing they have been duped. But what do they do? They are stuck in this EU. They know the EU will try to really put the screws to them if they try to leave. There is a way out legally in the EU charter but as we see with the UK it is a nightmare to execute your rights to get out. This is why Trump is working so hard to assure them the US is there to support any decision in this regard. This is what the democrats don’t want and so their puppet master behind the scenes (the UN and EU leadership) are going to try to stop Trump and discredit him any chance they get. So this was a great opportunity. Imagine you are a leader of one of these EU countries and you see this garbage on the TV? How would you perceive the president? You would have to think twice abut trusting him. So these UN people are very evil and they hid behind the EU and UN flags.

Remember also Trump is slowly and methodically pulling out of the UN. Really? Oh – I have showed you such strong evidence of this. They UN leadership knows this is coming too during his second term in office. If the US pulls out so will the UK and then you can expect an avalanche of other countries to follow. Basically, this would dismantle the UN, finally this wicked organization can not implement their wicked plans for the planet.

But dismantling the UN does not end the corruption. There will have to be serious measures put in place to ensure such an organization does not brainwash and start all over again. The followers in our own government must also be taken out. This too will not be easy but can be done beginning in the 2020 election cycle.

Oh -there will be huge future propaganda campaign to bash Trump in his next term over this action. Trump will be ready with his evidence to show the leaders of the world just what their plans were. In fact, their resistance to Trump’s move will only expose yet more of their corruption and bring it all to the surface. Yes, God does work in strange ways, If they were really smart they would just lay down and die. But evil does not work that way so they will go down fighting to the last moment. Kind of like a drowning person going under grasping for the last breath.

So now you know the truth about this latest episode of Trump bashing, why they did it and why Pelosi reacting so irrationally. Of course this is all just my opinion but I am trained at this sort of analysis and so I am not too far from the TRUTH, if not spot on.

DISCUSS THE DRAFT BUDGET LAW 2020

BAGHDAD: A delegation from the Kurdistan Parliament, on Thursday, to the capital Baghdad, to discuss several issues, including the share of the region of the financial budget law for 2020.

The delegation held its first meeting with the Finance Committee in the House of Representatives and was attended by the head of the Kurdistan Regional Representation in Baghdad, to discuss the draft budget law 2020 and the share of the region after the controversy raised in this regard recently, amid intensified efforts to reach an agreement between Erbil and Baghdad.

The deputy speaker of the Kurdistan Parliament, Haimen Hawrami, said yesterday that he would head a parliamentary delegation to go to Baghdad on Thursday at the invitation of the Rafidain Center for Research.
He explained in a press conference that the delegation’s visit comes to participate in the seminars held by the Rafidain Forum, noting that he will provide clarifications on the situation of the region and the status of the Kurdistan region.

The President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masroor Barzani, yesterday during a meeting with US Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for counterterrorism financing Marshall Billingsley that “our negotiations with Baghdad are moving at a good pace, and are on the right track,” stressing “to submit proposals to resolve outstanding differences based on the Constitution.”

(Mnt Goat – I thought this was important since if we are going to wait for the 2020 budget for money to re-mint the needed coins, they have to show us in the budget this money. Honestly, I don’t see why this would even hold up the issuing of the coins now since we know the CBI has more than sufficient coins on hand to fulfill their initial needs. But remember the CBI must act according to the new Financial Management law and so the finance committee now dictates the schedule in collaboration with the CBI. The CBI does not make these decisions that affect the budget alone. They will need the support of the GOI.)

FEDERAL BUDGET FOR 2020 TO THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES ON OCTOBER 15 NEXT

The Parliamentary Finance Committee, Monday, September 30, 2019, the date of sending the executive government draft federal budget law for 2020 to the House of Representatives for the purpose of study and vote.

The Committee member Siham Shannon, that the Prime Minister will send the draft federal budget for 2020 to the House of Representatives on October 15 next, pointing out that the House of Representatives will discuss the budget through its next sessions to see the size of the deficit.

She added that non-oil revenues may reach 10 billion Iraqi dinars within the 2020 budget, indicating that the House of Representatives is going to go towards new doors to finance the budget and reduce oil dependence.

He added that "the new session of the Baghdad International Fair will witness a major breakthrough for the contribution of the private sector in construction and investment, especially as the parliament and the government strongly support the private sector to contribute to the country's progress and prosperity."

He stressed the importance of the private sector to exert the required efforts to contribute in pushing forward the economy and investment in the country and reduce dependence on other countries

(Mnt Goat – the more the private sector is engaged in Iraq the more likelihood they will have to change over from the currency auctions and go to a free market economy, thus get the currency on FOREX. )

OPENING OF A NEW MARITIME LINE WITH NORTH AMERICA

The Ministry of Transport announced the opening of a new maritime line with North America after the arrival of the humpback ship to the Canadian port of Vancouver.

The ministry said in a statement received, Al-Ahd News, a copy, on Friday, that "Minister of Transport Abdullah Laibi, revealed today the arrival of one of the ships of the General Company for Maritime Transport (Al-Hadba) to the Canadian port of Vancouver in a period of time not witnessed by Iraqi vessels since 40 years. The ship will then head to Los Angeles in North America and this is a precedent of its kind in the company's history.

He has guided the honest, patriots of Iraq to fight for their homeland. So this new war now on our citizens is underway. New battles are raging every day over corruption. These are battles to save our societies from the corrupt politicians and secret societies who are bent on taking what they want from our current wealth and from future generations without our permission. We must keep praying for the end to the rapid corruption and enslavement of people in Iraq and also in the United States. We must pray for our leaders that they may be anointed by the Holy Spirit and guided to do God’s work. We must stand by them and let them know we are still there to support them, even after the election is over. I have composed a prayer maybe we can all pray today in our own way and until the reinstatement of the Iraq dinar occurs.


PRAYER

“For all leaders of all nations, that they may be anointed by the Holy Spirit to do God’s will to bring about abundance and prosperity to their nation.

To fight this waging war on corruption, our freedoms, our liberties, socialist plans and injustice.
To bring all those corrupt to justice and pay for their crimes no matter how high up in the government they are.

That the FREE WORLD may be a shining example for the rest of the entire planet.

In the name of Jesus Christ our King and Savior, Amen”
