  So the latest news from Iraq is that Parliament suspended it's session today because Maliki is challenging the largest block which probably will end up going to the federal court which is simply stupid because this is just a stall tactic. 


So we end up with about a 2-week delay reconvening around the 17th of September. 


Hopefully at that time they start to assemble the cabinet choose a president and subsequent new prime minister within a few weeks thereafter.
