RayRen: Good afternoon, TNT super-fantastic family! Today is Marvelous Monday, October 30 2017, with yours truly RayRat98 here. Who would think we would be here now?! There were updates in the forum, in the public area. From Friday’s reporting: PM Abadi sends in troops to take territory held by Kurds after refusing to accept any offers other than the cancellation of Kurd action and full respect of the Iraqi constitution. This civil war resulted in some bloodshed and loss of life.
An Iraqi bank source shared that once Iraq is fully liberated, the new rate of $3.71 (or a possibly higher rate) will be self-evident everywhere and that it is already “in place” waiting for public release. Now that was good news to hear on Friday. Abadi is steadfastly targeting mid-November or later for full liberation announcement however the military is accomplishing objectives ahead of projected schedules.
Saturday reporting: Iraqi TV reported that the Kurds were given four hours to concede and stand down or fighting would resume; US officials are not happy about that decision. With liberation efforts starting on Thursday, a military spokesman has stated that in “the coming hours” the total liberation of Rawa and Al-Qaim. (That was fast! Or was it? – could they announce liberation that soon?) Hours later – The Kurds have agreed to concede and stand down without further incident within the 4-hour ultimatum. (That ended any civil war.) Barzani is “supposed” to be stepping down by November 1, 2017.
Sunday: Reports to me are indicating that Barzani accordingly announced his resignation effective November 1, 2017, and the Kurd supporters are very disappointed and upset. The CBI independent law is once again on the agenda for a vote on Monday. The military officials are claiming liberation for the last two provinces in the coming hours (not days). Iraqi TV is reporting that 2018 will be the Year of Stability (that would be easily achieved with an RV any day now). Another thing that came out, and about which I have been getting questions, is that “in an unprecedented move, the Iranian central bank announced the increase of 300 rials per dollar.”
So rial holders need to keep their eyes open, because a selling or buying opportunity may be coming soon. There was so much information coming out over the weekend! On late Sunday night, there were reports on the Erbil crisis, and that supposedly ended yesterday (29. October) due to civil agreements. That is from military sources, and it’s not official yet. The Law of Oil and Gas will end the Kurdish crisis when they finally come to agreement with it – and supposedly they have agreed.
Those are the updates, and the progress they may have with what we are looking for. As I understand it, the HCL stuff and full liberation are the only things remaining, so we’ll see how they go.

A: The news – just go back and compared last week’s news with the week before, and all those items of what was protected to happen and what actually has happened: provinces being liberated “in the coming days” – that is a stumbling block that is being removed, plus the HCL agreement that is now being settled.

A: I don’t know, and don’t want to guess.

Q: Is the Kurdistan region experiencing a new rate there with salaries being paid through/from Baghdad recently?
A: Yes, they are being paid but my impression it was at the old rate. There are hints of a new rate yesterday evening, but that is not confirmed.
Q: I noticed in the article from the CBI on the Swift System that it would be implemented before the end of 2017. If so, do you believe this is what we are waiting on for the RV??
A: It’s possible. We did receive some scuttlebutt last week about banking stuff not being in order, and that might have to do with the SWIFT. I don’t think it has a bearing on the decision to RV, but might on the smooth implementation.
Q: CBI independent law Article 140?
A: No, although the CBI wants to be independent.
Q: Any Parliament laws this week?
A: Yes, the HCL, and possibly that independence law for the CBI – we’ll have to wait and see.
Q: Anything from the mosques?
A: Not that I’ve heard.

Where does that put us in the timeline, maybe first part of November rather than mid-to-late November? It makes me wonder if Iraq got their Seal of Approval and can now go forward.
RayRen: Just taking a guess… none of our sources mentioned this… and I just think it is window-dressing. Military leaders say less than 3% to liberate, and now those efforts are underweigh, so I don’t see the need for more counseling. It might be for the public but I don’t see that it has any real effect on the actual process (of what we are looking for).

RayRen: Yes, although recent hints speak of it being a little higher, possibly. Closing Statement What’s left for us to go over? Catnip asked a question about the bleachers, platforms and such – all those have come down, so there are no immediate plans for celebration, not that we can see at the moment. We’re just in wait-and-see mode, the same as last week. There is nothing we can do apart from stick-and-stay, or fold. Most of us are in it to win it, so what difference does it make it if it takes another few days, weeks, or even months. What else are you going to do? Sell back your currency? What will you do with that money? Pay bills or whatever, and then you won’t be any better off financially When you’re in it up to your neck, you might as well keep going, because we know what’s behind us if we turn around. The prize is in front of us, and all we have to do is to keep going. At this stage in the game we have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
Wait, I remembered something. The banking industry is supposedly going through a change. Information I received last week, waited for confirmation on it, suggested that the banks are as frustrated as we are with it being on, then off, then on again. We complain to each other; the banks have complained to the Fed about this process and the havoc it wreaks on their staff and the entire industry. The Fed has now made an announcement that there will be no exchanges any time soon, so the banks are now sending that memo out to their people saying the same. I’m telling you so that you won’t be crushed if that’s what your bank contacts tell you, that it’s not going to happen any time soon. I haven’t heard this from any of our members yet. Don’t let it shake you; I just explained why they are saying that.
It’s not about whether It’s true or not; it is just what you may be told by the banks.

Let's take a look at what RayRat was saying last year. From 10/31/16 call:

Iraq is celebrating like crazy with the complete overtaking of Mosul. That was on the television screens, with articles of military in downtown Mosul, etc. Exciting!
Bank folks over here are equally excited. Some were ‘on notice’ for something happening Saturday going into Sunday, and that my sources are saying everything is done and set, just waiting for an announcement. I don’t know exactly what that announcement is, and in time we will learn what impact Mosul will have on this release. It’s still earmarked to come out by the first. If Mosul was an issue, it won’t be now based on what we are hearing and seeing.
From what I understand, everything is in alignment and ready to go – we’re just waiting for the push. There is no other information we are waiting for.

Q: Was the Mosul announcement the linchpin for the release? If so will that be today? If not what is the linchpin we are looking for? A: I just covered that.
Q: Have you been given information that you will be contacted about the 800 numbers and the release?
A: I haven not received any official information.
Q: Is the RV a trick or a treat? A: Don’t know that, depends on which day.
This morning you mention to pay attention to the designation of the USN as it related to the ZIM. Can you expound on that? A: No. Q: How can we take advantage or were you just letting us know that those numbers may have some validity? A: We were referring to the USN with some people bringing up information about that. I can’t expound on that now.
Q: Since the dinar has either RIed or RVed in Iraq and certain lucky folks have exchanged abroad , how or where could I fly (close by country-wise geographically) just to cash out a $25k note to help get me by for now? A: Can’t answer that one for you. Look for alternatives to get by until that happy day.
Q: You have given a lot of information regarding Trusts. Could you also give us information regarding annuities? Tony often praised this system, but I have not heard from you on this topic. I am over 80 years of age. I would like a monthly income check to support us in our later years. Also, wondered if an annuity can also send monthly checks to charities of our choice. A: To the best of my knowledge you can send checks to the charities of your choice. An annuity is a type of investment, do research and look at the track record of the annuity itself and the company running it. Most annuities are run by insurance companies. Do your research. For immediate monthly income, you can have an annuity. There are various types, and some yield tax-free income. So look in that.
Q: 1) Any News Coming Out Of The Mosque. A: Not that I’ve been told. 2) Any USA Or Iraqi Banking News That You Can Share? A: Already shared what I have. 3) Are You Pumped-Up For Our Missing RV To Appear This Week!!! A: Yes, it could well be.
Q: Any updates you can share on Sterling currency layaways? A: For those hoping for a refund or at last receiving the product they have paid for, I am expecting a call after this call to take advantage of what they are arranging for those affected. Keep your eyes and ears open, pending the information I receive from them and how I can put it out so that you can take advantage of it. That may be later today or tomorrow.
Q: I understand we’re supposed to ask to see the screen. Are they going to show us one screen for contract rate and a different screen for international rate? And do we have to specify which one we want to see? A: I don’t know.
Q: Second question, are we going to be able to study the NDA for however long they give us and then decide whether we want to take the contract rate, or do we have to commit to the contract rate and then get the NDA? A: I don’t know. These are good questions to ask; when you call to make your appointment, ask them before you go.
Q: Does Iraq have to belong to the WTO for an RV? A: I think that for a full membership the currency has to be revalued.
Q: Is there an NDA on each currency or just the Dinar? A: Ask at the time. I don’t know, but I intend to ask and then pick and choose what I want.
Q: Do you think the oil & gas merger that recently occurred have anything to do with our mission? A: Not that I know of.
Q: It was once said, that the TNT site will go down prior to the release, is that still the plan? A: I don’t know that was ever part of the plan, for TNT to go down before. Now after…
Q: I’ve heard horror stories of people who let their financial advisers be on their accounts. Is that standard procedure, having them on your account? A: I can see having a special account for investments, but not for the main bulk of the money. You want to be the only one signing the checks!
Q: Have you heard anything about information being delivered by courier? A: Not officially. I heard over the weekend about 800 numbers being sent out by courier, but I have not received any, nor have I heard anything from others. So I don’t believe that.

RayRen: I haven’t heard any significant change in rates for some time now. They are still in the ballpark, but not consistent. The ones using the cards have said $3.71, and some banking contacts have said they’ve seen it on the screens at $4. Same story with the other currency rates that have been mentioned in the past.
Caller: Is it time to put the champagne on ice?
RayRen: I don’t know about being on ice yet, but definitely have champagne on hand!
Next caller: What can you tell us about he dong and zim?
RayRen: The dong has been mostly around 47 cents. Zim has mostly been below ten cents, although lately one bank was saying $1 on the screen. Because Zimbabwe is doing something with their currency tomorrow, it might be for that new currency, not the defunct currency we are holding.
281 caller: We’ve had so many dates, and now everyone is saying 1. November. If that comes and goes, what can they say as a credible backwall. Now some are saying next year… somebody somewhere doesn’t want this to happen, so when?? What other significant event might have to happen that might be considered a back wall?
RayRen: What are you basing ‘next year’ on? It’s been a learning experience for sure, and we learned about things we didn’t contemplate, each with a time factor. People are guessing based on things taking place by a certain time frame. It’s all still a best guess until it finally happens. I am okay with that because it already has happened or is happening at certain levels. We’re just the last on the totem pole, and we won’t care then because we will have what we want. We’ll be cruising down the road, but we have to wait until it’s fully public, fully released.
Caller: What about when the banks did their ‘friends and family’ deal, and others also exchanged, but the RV wasn’t even official then? I don’t understand that.
RayRen: I can’t really answer that on this call.
951 caller: What do you think are the change for this to happen this week?
RayRen: I don’t have any reason to think it will NOT happen. Many thought Mosul was the roadblock, and that no longer exists, and hopefully we can now move on.
Caller: You surprised me with the news about Sterling, that we may get a refund or at least our product?
RayRen: That’s what I’m hearing and I was hoping to have more info by this call. When I hear from my source, I’ll know how to move forward with making you aware of what to if you were affected by Sterling’s collapse. I’m just waiting for more information.
Caller: So I take it we will have a call on Wednesday, and you will clarify the new call in information?
RayRen: That is corrected now. I put out the new numbers, not realizing the old one was still there, and I had to figure out how to get back to it. It’s Halloween!
703 caller: My daughter was given some dong a few months ago, so I’m just starting to learn about this. Last week, a young lady called in with a few questions from the view-point of youth rather than maturity. Did you say something about a group call for the young? I have some young friends and former students that I taught how to do budgets and investments. If you do have a call like that, my daughter is very interested. Also, I’ve been talking about trusts; we are both ex-military, and we want to help communities with a foundation we have already set up. This is not the end, this is the beginning, with a new mindset. My friend/adviser on this says a lot of the same things you say, and it would be great to get you two together to do things on a huge scale. [more of the same]
RayRen: If I give you my numbers, you’re not going to tell me everything, are you? Let’s see what we can do; I am texting you my number now. (Wonder how much money Ray made off of this person)

TX caller: Were you able to find out the announcement apparently made by the UN?
RayRen: We were not able to confirm that.
Caller: In Iraq, we are waiting for Abadi to plant the Iraqi flag in Mosul. How long after that before we have the RV?
RayRen: That’s the problem. Many times in the past, we saw an event and said, “Oh, now it can happen” and then it didn’t. If I get information saying “when the flag is there, then we’ll go two hours later”, then I’ll have something to look at. We’re hoping for that tomorrow, but until we have actual firm knowledge, I’m guessing like anyone else.
386 caller: Should a person go singly to the exchange center, or as a group?
RayRen: I am going by myself! I don’t know if the bank would even allow you to come as a group – there are security risks involved. Maybe they would let you come as a family, but five, ten, twenty people… I very much doubt that. They MIGHT give you structured appointments back-to-back, but not as a group.
615 caller: My girlfriend and I went to WF to check out the currency, and people came out in droves to dismiss the idea of the currency changing, and one \guy said that the older currency won’t be valid if new notes come in, etc.
RayRen: I guess you won’t be relying on them for your currency exchange.

RayRen: I haven’t heard anything about that.

RayRen: There have been memos but they haven’t told me what’s on them.

Iraq is celebrating like crazy with the complete overtaking of Mosul. That was on the television screens, with articles of military in downtown Mosul, etc. Exciting!
Bank folks over here are equally excited. Some were ‘on notice’ for something happening Saturday going into Sunday, and that my sources are saying everything is done and set, just waiting for an announcement. I don’t know exactly what that announcement is, and in time we will learn what impact Mosul will have on this release. It’s still earmarked to come out by the first. If Mosul was an issue, it won’t be now based on what we are hearing and seeing.
From what I understand, everything is in alignment and ready to go – we’re just waiting for the push. There is no other information we are waiting for.

Q: Was the Mosul announcement the linchpin for the release? If so will that be today? If not what is the linchpin we are looking for? A: I just covered that.
Q: Have you been given information that you will be contacted about the 800 numbers and the release?
A: I haven not received any official information.
Q: Is the RV a trick or a treat? A: Don’t know that, depends on which day.
This morning you mention to pay attention to the designation of the USN as it related to the ZIM. Can you expound on that? A: No. Q: How can we take advantage or were you just letting us know that those numbers may have some validity? A: We were referring to the USN with some people bringing up information about that. I can’t expound on that now.
Q: Since the dinar has either RIed or RVed in Iraq and certain lucky folks have exchanged abroad , how or where could I fly (close by country-wise geographically) just to cash out a $25k note to help get me by for now? A: Can’t answer that one for you. Look for alternatives to get by until that happy day.
Q: You have given a lot of information regarding Trusts. Could you also give us information regarding annuities? Tony often praised this system, but I have not heard from you on this topic. I am over 80 years of age. I would like a monthly income check to support us in our later years. Also, wondered if an annuity can also send monthly checks to charities of our choice. A: To the best of my knowledge you can send checks to the charities of your choice. An annuity is a type of investment, do research and look at the track record of the annuity itself and the company running it. Most annuities are run by insurance companies. Do your research. For immediate monthly income, you can have an annuity. There are various types, and some yield tax-free income. So look in that.
Q: 1) Any News Coming Out Of The Mosque. A: Not that I’ve been told. 2) Any USA Or Iraqi Banking News That You Can Share? A: Already shared what I have. 3) Are You Pumped-Up For Our Missing RV To Appear This Week!!! A: Yes, it could well be.
Q: Any updates you can share on Sterling currency layaways? A: For those hoping for a refund or at last receiving the product they have paid for, I am expecting a call after this call to take advantage of what they are arranging for those affected. Keep your eyes and ears open, pending the information I receive from them and how I can put it out so that you can take advantage of it. That may be later today or tomorrow.
Q: I understand we’re supposed to ask to see the screen. Are they going to show us one screen for contract rate and a different screen for international rate? And do we have to specify which one we want to see? A: I don’t know.
Q: Second question, are we going to be able to study the NDA for however long they give us and then decide whether we want to take the contract rate, or do we have to commit to the contract rate and then get the NDA? A: I don’t know. These are good questions to ask; when you call to make your appointment, ask them before you go.
Q: Does Iraq have to belong to the WTO for an RV? A: I think that for a full membership the currency has to be revalued.
Q: Is there an NDA on each currency or just the Dinar? A: Ask at the time. I don’t know, but I intend to ask and then pick and choose what I want.
Q: Do you think the oil & gas merger that recently occurred have anything to do with our mission? A: Not that I know of.
Q: It was once said, that the TNT site will go down prior to the release, is that still the plan? A: I don’t know that was ever part of the plan, for TNT to go down before. Now after…
Q: I’ve heard horror stories of people who let their financial advisers be on their accounts. Is that standard procedure, having them on your account? A: I can see having a special account for investments, but not for the main bulk of the money. You want to be the only one signing the checks!
Q: Have you heard anything about information being delivered by courier? A: Not officially. I heard over the weekend about 800 numbers being sent out by courier, but I have not received any, nor have I heard anything from others. So I don’t believe that.

RayRen: I haven’t heard any significant change in rates for some time now. They are still in the ballpark, but not consistent. The ones using the cards have said $3.71, and some banking contacts have said they’ve seen it on the screens at $4. Same story with the other currency rates that have been mentioned in the past.
Caller: Is it time to put the champagne on ice?
RayRen: I don’t know about being on ice yet, but definitely have champagne on hand!
Next caller: What can you tell us about he dong and zim?
RayRen: The dong has been mostly around 47 cents. Zim has mostly been below ten cents, although lately one bank was saying $1 on the screen. Because Zimbabwe is doing something with their currency tomorrow, it might be for that new currency, not the defunct currency we are holding.
281 caller: We’ve had so many dates, and now everyone is saying 1. November. If that comes and goes, what can they say as a credible backwall. Now some are saying next year… somebody somewhere doesn’t want this to happen, so when?? What other significant event might have to happen that might be considered a back wall?
RayRen: What are you basing ‘next year’ on? It’s been a learning experience for sure, and we learned about things we didn’t contemplate, each with a time factor. People are guessing based on things taking place by a certain time frame. It’s all still a best guess until it finally happens. I am okay with that because it already has happened or is happening at certain levels. We’re just the last on the totem pole, and we won’t care then because we will have what we want. We’ll be cruising down the road, but we have to wait until it’s fully public, fully released.
Caller: What about when the banks did their ‘friends and family’ deal, and others also exchanged, but the RV wasn’t even official then? I don’t understand that.
RayRen: I can’t really answer that on this call.
951 caller: What do you think are the change for this to happen this week?
RayRen: I don’t have any reason to think it will NOT happen. Many thought Mosul was the roadblock, and that no longer exists, and hopefully we can now move on.
Caller: You surprised me with the news about Sterling, that we may get a refund or at least our product?
RayRen: That’s what I’m hearing and I was hoping to have more info by this call. When I hear from my source, I’ll know how to move forward with making you aware of what to if you were affected by Sterling’s collapse. I’m just waiting for more information.
Caller: So I take it we will have a call on Wednesday, and you will clarify the new call in information?
RayRen: That is corrected now. I put out the new numbers, not realizing the old one was still there, and I had to figure out how to get back to it. It’s Halloween!
703 caller: My daughter was given some dong a few months ago, so I’m just starting to learn about this. Last week, a young lady called in with a few questions from the view-point of youth rather than maturity. Did you say something about a group call for the young? I have some young friends and former students that I taught how to do budgets and investments. If you do have a call like that, my daughter is very interested. Also, I’ve been talking about trusts; we are both ex-military, and we want to help communities with a foundation we have already set up. This is not the end, this is the beginning, with a new mindset. My friend/adviser on this says a lot of the same things you say, and it would be great to get you two together to do things on a huge scale. [more of the same]

TX caller: Were you able to find out the announcement apparently made by the UN?
RayRen: We were not able to confirm that.
Caller: In Iraq, we are waiting for Abadi to plant the Iraqi flag in Mosul. How long after that before we have the RV?
RayRen: That’s the problem. Many times in the past, we saw an event and said, “Oh, now it can happen” and then it didn’t. If I get information saying “when the flag is there, then we’ll go two hours later”, then I’ll have something to look at. We’re hoping for that tomorrow, but until we have actual firm knowledge, I’m guessing like anyone else.
386 caller: Should a person go singly to the exchange center, or as a group?
RayRen: I am going by myself! I don’t know if the bank would even allow you to come as a group – there are security risks involved. Maybe they would let you come as a family, but five, ten, twenty people… I very much doubt that. They MIGHT give you structured appointments back-to-back, but not as a group.
615 caller: My girlfriend and I went to WF to check out the currency, and people came out in droves to dismiss the idea of the currency changing, and one \guy said that the older currency won’t be valid if new notes come in, etc.
RayRen: I guess you won’t be relying on them for your currency exchange.
602 caller: What about the 2017 Budget and the vote? Did that happen?
RayRen: I haven’t heard anything about that.
Caller: Have you heard anything further from your SKR peeps?
RayRen: There have been memos but they haven’t told me what’s on them.
Caller: Are the post-RV seminar locations ready to receive us?
RayRen: They are ready, with venues and banking people willing to talk to them. Both sides keep asking when, and we’ve had to put it off week by week. But we’re ready! And it’s been a lot of work in the background lining up the bankers and the facilities.

How do people not see that Ray is an idiot. All he’s doing is following current events and putting his spin on things and keeping his audience hooked. While his audience is chewing on the weekly nonsense he gave them he’s doing what he is really in this to do, sell seats to seminars, collect money for meet&greets and cash in donation checks. There’s nothing genuine about this clown. His little money making operation needs to be exposed and shutdown!
