RayRen: Good afternoon, TNT super-fantastic family! Today is Friday, September 22, 2017, with yours truly RayRat98 here.

Yesterday we expected PM Abadi to address the UN, and that didn’t happen but he is on the schedule for tomorrow, September 23rd. It’s just a temporary delay and we don’t know exactly what he’s going to say. He did speak to the Iraqi people yesterday, but didn’t make a statement about the revaluation, just that the country is rich and oil, and the citizens will be rich as well. Then he spoke about the armed forces needed to liberate the provinces. So it didn’t have any impact on me, so to speak, because it didn’t talk about the change in pay rates the citizens are expecting on Sunday. However he may have said things that will release that on Sunday; we shall see.

Banks are still on high alert, waiting for everything to come down the pike. Instructions have been received on how to handle the currencies, including the Zim. So we wait to see what some of those instructions may be. Meanwhile, let’s look at some questions:

Questions from the TNT forum

Q: Is it that Iraq is waiting for Iran, or is Iran waiting for Iraq? Which one do you think will revalue first, or will Vietnam be first?
A: I really don’t know. I think everyone is waiting for Iraq. All three you mention are supposedly in the same basket, so we’ll see if they all come out together.

Q: Any confirmation on what you mentioned Wednesday of the major US banks doing exchanges for the past few days?
A:

Q: Your comment about the bank buying back my dinar surprised me. I thought I was doing an exchange for a small fee. The international rate should be just that. [RR: You are.] Up until recently this was not an investment, it was a scam that came from banks and Wall Street. [RR: So they didn’t know what they were talking about.] All of a sudden people started saying it was an investment how could a scam become an investment. So far this should be just an exchange of currency. We couldn’t even buy dinar from the bank and we still can’t. [RR: I have 59 banks you can buy dinar from right now, today.] PS: I think we are giving the IRS way too many ideas.
A: Those who said it is a scam are changing their position or keeping quiet.

Q: Has the USN been released? Did Trump really sign an executive order that bypassed congress? [RR: not to my knowledge; some members have even research the White house site to find out, but nothing has shown up.] Thought that USN wouldn’t be released until Healthcare issue resolved? How does this fit into your intel?
A: It doesn’t.

Q: With the USD being a fiat currency and the IQD being an asset back currency, why should I exchange more than I actually need? [How can you tell what you actually need?] Do you believe the USD will be asset back by the time we exchange?
A: I don’t believe it will be when we do our exchange.

Q: Any confirmation that the Kurds were paid on Thursday? If so, was the rate revealed? [RR: Not that I have heard.] What was the content of PM Abadi speech that was only broadcast in country on Thursday? Was the speech rv related?
A: I don’t know yet.

Q: Ray, so grateful for all you do. I may have missed the point. But regarding the Zim 5% that is to be paid monthly, will we get 1/12 of the 5% each month?
A: NO, you will get 100% of the 5% per month.

Q: What bank is HSBC?
A: HSBC stands for Hongkong Shanghai Bank Corporation. They have branches in the US and you can open an account if you want to. Look it up on the internet.

Q: 1) Per your call on Wednesday, have you heard back from your SKR folks on bank exchange.
A: Yes – they have not done so yet.

2) Any news on the documentation that you have, that some banks have been exchanging people for several days now.
A: Not so far as I hear.

3) Per your bank contacts, are rates still showing on Back Bank Screens at the same rates as on Wednesday.
A: I haven’t heard of any significant rate changes.

865/404 caller: Sounds like this will be a memorable weekend. Do your sources still suggest exchange centers rather than local banks? Will we still be able to go in to either banks or exchange centers in a few hours after we get the call?

RayRen: Some banks have said people should come in to the local branches once this goes.

Caller: Do you still think people should WAIT unless they want contract rates?

RayRen: Yes.

Caller: Are you still waiting for the information you anticipated on Monday? [RR: Yes.] It seems like PM Abadi’s speech might be even later on Saturday than expected?

RayRen: It’s already been moved to a later time slot.

423 caller: I was disappointed that PM Abadi didn’t make his speech yesterday, and then it seems he wasn’t there. That feels irresponsible or disorganized to me. Do you think it was significant? Maybe he couldn’t make the announcement until the RV actually happened, because people would rush out and buy more currency? It didn’t sound like it would happen in Iraq until Sunday…

RayRen: You may be onto something. It looks like he has been put late on the list, until Saturday evening, which will be early Sunday morning in Iraq.

Caller: But he HAS told his people that economic reform is complete…

RayRen: … and his people are expecting to be paid at the new rate, but he didn’t include that in his speech. On the citizen level, they are expecting to see it on Sunday, not that it is promised for

512 caller: I’m excited about all that is going on! Long ago, someone talked about not wiring any money for the first 30 days – can you clarify that?

RAyRen: I don’t see what there is to clarify. They were talking about sending huge amounts to other individuals in the first 30 days. If you’re talking about wiring money between two accounts that you own, that’s a different deal. It all depends on what you are doing.

Caller: I travel between Virginia and Texas, and I’m a little nervous about getting money back to my home bank.

RayRen: That shouldn’t be a problem because you are sending it to yourself. If you were sending it to me, they might ask why you are sending 500K to Ray! Ask your bank what is the most expeditious way to get that done. They can advise you what method is best at the moment, for your particular circumstances.

718 caller: When I haerd what possibly might happen with the Zim, I was deflated. I need to be re-inflated because I’m holding quite a few lower denominations of Zims. Do you think I should hold onto a mustard seed of faith regarding the Zim?

RayRen: What are you calling the lower denoms?

Caller: I have some 500 millions, for example.

RayRen: If you have trillions, you will be A-OK anyway. For millions, if I go on what I was told from the very beginning, I would say No. That doesn’t mean you should throw anything away. However, we were told to buy only 100T and 50T Zim notes. Some of you chose to otherwise, but I can only go on what I’m hearing.

Caller: If I have enough to make up a trillion, will I be okay?

RayRen: Now what I’m told is that they will take six zeros off across the board, on all denominations. So your 500 million Zim notes will be worth 500, and you won’t become a millionaire on that. It’s a POSSIBLE reality to plan for, just in case. I hope that it’s not reality, and that your 500 million notes will make you very rich. We’ll just have to wait and see how that shakes out.

918 caller: Do you have any information about why Abadi didn’t make the speech?

RayRen: It was said that he had more pressing issues at home in Iraq, between the Kurds and Da’esh. I already said that earlier. What were we looking on this speech to do that you had so much riding on it?

Caller: I was not expecting for him to say anything different than he said in-country, just that it would be more public. All the other countries know what is going on in Iraq, so maybe it would be more of a formality. I wasn’t looking for anything you hadn’t already told us. Did you hear anything else? [RR: Nope.] In Abadi’s speech yesterday, he said there would be oil for all Iraqis, land for all Iraqis, and wealth for all Iraqis. With that being said, and before they come out with their rate, it would make sense to me that anything going on with Kurdistan is a moot point. Would you agree with that? [RR: That’s possible,] We’re still hearing rumors on the Internet, but Abadi said ‘all Iraqis’, not separating it from the Kurds. What do you feel on that issue?

RayRen: I don’t have any feelings towards it. They will still need to revalue the dinar, whether it’s Iraq, Kurdistan or any other aspect. We’re holding the country’s currency; unless the Kurds will have their own separate currency and rate structure, nothing will change about what we are waiting for.

Caller: For Iraq to come back to the international stage, that includes Kurdistan. Do you think that with this referendum scheduled for Kurdistan independence, do you think Iraq can still move forward? It’s all about oil credits, really; I don’t think the Iraqi government can just increase the Kurdish allocation without talking to the US, because it’s based on oil credits.

RayRen: I’m not even trying to look at those issues, so I cannot have that conversation. If the International community and the IMF says they won’t respect the referendum, I have nothing to say about it.

712 caller: Have you heard anything further about rates?

RayRen: There have been no major changes that I’m aware of. So far as I know, the dinar is $3.17, dong is 47 cents, and all the others have been about the same for the last year: Afghani, rupiah, rial are seeing no major changes that I know of.

Closing Statement

I do believe that “It is usually not wise to walk blindly in the dark when in a few hours the sun will rise and light your path”. We’ve been waiting and waiting for this, and because of certain economic situations we will find ourselves in the dark when the light turns green. You will find yourself in the dark, and it’s not wise to walk in the dark when, in a few hours, the sun will rise and bring you light. When it rises even higher, it brings more light, and that will show you a definitive path. That path is what we have been training on, on those alternate realities. One of those realities is unfavorable, but you can plan for that. Just don’t walk in the dark when the light is coming. This is for those not chasing the contract rates. If you are interested in contract rates, you are already in the light. But for the rest of us who are not looking at contract rates, we are in the dark, and the light is coming. With that light comes information and education, and with those will come intelligent choices and decisions. Then when you make a move, and years later you can see WHY you did what you did that created enormous wealth (or poverty), then you can tell them what to do to keep it going in the right direction rather than the wrong direction. That comes from having the right information to begin with.

When this happens, and we hope to be looking at this next week if the rates change on Sunday as the citizens expect them to, then the green light will be on at our banks, and we can rush in. But why rush in when we can slow down, take our time, walk in, and enjoy all there is to enjoy by taking the time for the light and information to reach us. Can you wait 24 hours, or 48 hours? What’s your tolerance level for waiting and learning what to do rather than guessing what to do? The only way you can make that move is by knowing the reality that I believe will be hidden initially, but will be revealed in time. Patience is a virtue; keep working on yours.
