I hope the Court is ready if a bunch of these nuts show up for Friday's hearing.

Heather may want to consider great care in contracting with the court.

She may have already done it, in my opinion.

Contracts can be by gesture, where if Heather acts as if a judge has authority over her, she, in my opinion, may give in personam jurisdiction even without a signature. It is the beligerant that prevents giving in personam. Her first walk into that room, in my opinion, did not seem to be ‘special’, as in a ‘special appearance’.
I am reminded of the movie about the cloth dolls that have soul, the movie is called Nine. 9 wanted to find out something and he went to the beginning, without giving out the story line.

The beginning for Heather is the Quo Warranto, and the new beginning is the Grand Jury, in my opinion.

Before stepping into the contract of being outside of the documents, they need to identify her as their ‘defendant’, and I notice the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure defines judge, and attorney, and court, and all kinds of things but does not define defendant.

In my opinion it will be up to Heather to determine whether she is a defendant.

Just like people should be judged by a jury of their peers, and that should mean people with the same knowledge of the system as the purported accused, in my opinion, people tend to fall back on basic biology, mail or female, but is that enough to make someone your peer?

If you are sovereign and they are a citizen, are they your peer?

If you are outside the United States and they are within the United States can they make false claims against you based on *their* lack of knowledge.

How on earth, can a group of people know who you are, if they have never read your documents stating who you are, and then based on their lack of knowledge of who you are, make a claim about you as if you aren’t who you are, and try to cause you injury with their fake claim as if you aren’t who you are? Then someone else runs off with that with a warrant on a piece of paper.

Those people never met you, never talked to you, and only have someone’s word claiming they know you and claiming you did a thing, and the grand jury don’t know your status or what belongs to you to make a decision to indict you. In my opinion, that’s the beginning, because if you don’t care to challenge someone saying you spilled the milk, in a manner of speaking, then you’ll be defending yourself against a negative, and lawyers know that’s impossible.

Where is the proof of the claim, in my opinion.
