There’s a Tomcat in Tennessee that signed up for the Pacer system and pulled the arrest warrant from the fed court doc system.
Take note a DEPUTY Clerk signed the warrant- not the magistrate whose stamp appears above, not even the Clerk Of The Court but instead a DEPUTY clerk- Tomcat also points out that it looks as if the magistrate’s stamp was scored from the signature area after that magistrate decided they didn’t want their signature on this warrant.
Bobcat is looking into this further and has promised to keep me abreast of any more relevant discoveries- Bobcat believe’s that Tenn. law requires a Magistrate or Judge’s signature on an arrest warrant. I’m no legal eagle but I thought that was the case as well.
I do not know for sure that this document is authentic however Bobcat strikes me as an authentic source bringing forward what appears to be credible, authentic documents- further verification is always encouraged.

With respect to your second question as to whether the deputy court clerk who also is employed by county sheriff’s department, there is authority to support my conclusion as we discussed this morning – that is, that such an individual can not issue warrants from the Municipal Court. First, the Bush case cited previously stresses that an individual must be “neutral and detached” in order to deliberate on a determination of probable cause. Since your deputy clerk is employed also by the sheriff’s department, which is a law enforcement entity, it would be difficult if not impossible for such an individual to remain “neutral and detached.” Op. Tenn. Atty. Gen. No. 90-07 is on point in this matter in that the Attorney General concluded that “a deputy general sessions court clerk who is also a full-time deputy sheriff, but whose sole duty as deputy sheriff involves only civil process, is not a ‘neutral or detached’ magistrate or clerk for the purpose of taking from law enforcement officers affidavits of complaint necessary for the issuance of arrest warrants or criminal summonses.” Based on the above authorities it is clear that your deputy court clerk should not issue arrest and search warrants. - Rodger says :

Rule 4: Arrest Warrant or Summons on a Complaint.
(a) Issuance of Warrant or Summons. If the affidavit of complaint and any supporting affidavits filed with it establish that there is probable cause to believe that an offense has been committed and that the defendant has committed it, the magistrate or clerk shall issue an arrest warrant to an officer authorized by law to execute it or shall issue a criminal summons for the appearance of the defendant. More than one warrant or criminal summons may issue on the same complaint.
(1) Warrant. The arrest warrant shall:
(A) be signed by the magistrate or clerk;
(B) contain the name of the defendant or, if this name is unknown, any name or description by which the defendant can be identified with reasonable certainty;
(C) indicate the county in which the warrant is issued;
(D) describe the offense charged in the affidavit of complaint; and
(E) order that the defendant be arrested and brought before the nearest appropriate magistrate in the county of arrest.

Rule 4 [TN Rules of criminal procedure] was substantially derived from the corresponding federal rule and § 40-6-202 of the Law Revision Commission’s proposed code.
Note that the rule provides specifically for the reissuance of unexecuted complaints and summonses.
Wherever the words “magistrate” and “clerk” appear in Rule 4, they are to be understood as being qualified by the words “who is neutral and detached and who is capable of the probable cause determination required by this rule.” See Shadwick v. City of Tampa, 407 U.S. 345 (1972).

Not US District Court TN Eastern District court clerk Angela Brush (A. Brush), 865-545-4234, Ext. 2226, also an employee of the sheriff’s department?
In 2015, Angela was jury clerk: http://www.tned.uscourts.gov/docs/jury_handbook_knoxville.pdf
Court clerks: http://www.tned.uscourts.gov/directory.php

Angela Brush (A. Brush) is not likely to be a federal employee of the US District Court Tennessee Eastern District AND Knox County, so the the “neutral and detached” issue caused by being employed by a law enforcement entity while signing off on federal arrest warrants would not exist.

Yes Chad! I wholeheartedly concur about the no jurisdiction thing. It’s such a joke really – we are INFINITE Beings of Love, Light and all that is awesome. How can some dumb little 3D construct ever have jurisdiction over such a BEING?!
Go Heather! Break the shackles of illusion. What a beautiful week this is. The old construct finally fading away and dropping to the sidelines for the new to emerge.

I don't know why these folks think it was signed by Deputy Clerk. LOL
It was signed by the courtroom deputy clerk, Angela Brush.
[*]
Courtroom Deputy Clerk
This person makes sure everything in the courtroom is in place and that the trial flows smoothly and according to plan. The clerk swears in anyone who must be placed under oath before testifying. The clerk also takes care of the members of the jury, ensuring they can move from place to place within the courthouse, and acting as a courier if the jury has questions to ask the judge during deliberation. The clerk is in charge of all forms, documents, and evidence that might be needed during the course of a hearing or trial. Each district has one supervisory Clerk of Court, who then has one or more deputy clerks who assist with case management and courtroom duties. The clerk works for the judicial branch of government.
