Hi all ...its been a while..I just called my home depot card account to pay with the 05 routing and my front SS# not the back because I dont have it. It did not recognize the routing. Did I do something wrong?

NOT NECESSARILY SALGAL. CAN YOU TELL ME IF DID IT ON THE PHONE BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE COMPUTER PAYMENT?

KEEP IN MIND THERE ARE TWO WAYS OF MAKING PAYMENT THAT HAVE WORKED, AND NOT WORKED. ONE IS WITH THE 05 ROUTING, THE OTHER IS USING THE NUMBER ON THE BACK OF YOUR CARD AND OBTAINING THE APPROPRIATE NUMBER FROM THE LIST

IF ONE DOESN'T WORK YOU SHOULD TRY THE OTHER, IF YOU DON'T HAVE YOUR SS CARD YOU WILL NEED TO OBTAIN ONE SO THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO EXERCISE EACH OPTION

PERSONALLY I WOULD TRY GOING ONLINE AND DOING IT MYSELF SO I COULD SEE FOR MYSELF WHAT THE SYSTEM SAID

AT LEAST IF YOU DO IT ONLINE YOU CAN SEE WHAT IT IS SAYING ALONG THE WAY INSTEAD OF SOMEONE JUST SAYING I AM SORRY IT COULD NOT BE PROCESSED.

yes I guess I thought the back number was obsolete and we were to use the routing from the Bureau of public debt the 0517....and our SS# Thats what I thought I heard Tank say last night..

Im sure they will be going into it clearly on tonights call..I will be at work and listen tomorrow...cant wait !!

salgal did you pur the 22 at the end of your SS#? I did do a phone/computer bill this am and when I called the number century link said it was pending. I put the 22 at theend of my SS

WAS THE ACCOUNT RECOGNIZED MEM? AS THE NUMBER GOES AS THE "22" GOES ON THE END OF THE NUBMER LOCATED ON THE BACK OF YOUR CARD, AND THIS NUMBER IS USED AS THE ACCOUNT NUMBER

I have tried using the routing number (051736158) with Mu Social Security Number on three Credit cards and PayPal. (My SSN Card is to old for a number on the back)

So Far Paypal and one card has rejected. (yes I did call and verify with paypal for the account. They initially approved and then this morning I got a e-mail saying they couldn't work with that account)

If I keep getting rejected, I'll go get a new SSN Card Monday and try again

reading bottom up. just as a reminder, i think u need to make sure ur payment method is "ACH"...otherwise it may not go through. also i heard on the call that if u use number on back of card, make sure the FBR # doesnt say "NON ACH".

I have 2 capitol one cards I used routing and account info that worked on other situations. They said the first payment reversed they restricted that accout and another account that i did not even try to process.

G day to y'all...did anyone else get their TDA payment s returned??? I got a confirmation Thurs 7/13 that it was paid then today got an email saying it was returned and NOT paid????

There might be some glitches as Fisher mentioned, but both Tank and Fisher stated that it should smooth out over time.
