Guru CheckmateDan: Dan says we are close but no telling what the day will be. And to say it has to be by the 19th (Ramadan) is to say its in Iraq's hands, so that's not accurate either. Feels even Warren Buffet or Bill gates do NOT know the day. It's a POWER issue not a MONEY issue, though money means power, it's not that.

Guru SWFloridaGuy: there are many different mechanisms that lead country's currency to appreciate and all would pale in comparison (both numerically and strategically) to what we believe is on the horizon for the Iraqi dinar. We believe the goal for the IQD is to increase purchasing power, maintain long-term stability and to be a globally traded currency. Although after decades of war there is still much work to be done, the CBI, Finance Committee and IMF have worked to improve the fiscal and political outlook by collaborating with Iraqi Parliament, financial experts along with their international counterparts. The value in the IQD is still there. Now just as they didn't get to their current value alone, I also don't believe they can recover alone.

Guru Eagle1: The past 24 hours have brought about some extremely interesting developments. Friday Night a group of us gathered for a private discussion on these developments, including Mxxxxxxx , Zxxxxxxxxxx,, Inner Harmony, PAPPA-J, Rxxx Pxxxx and myself. I'm posting this as a summary of our discussion at their recommendation.

Thursday at roughly 5:00 PM Eastern, the IQD showed up on FOREX at the Frankfurt Exchange, and shortly thereafter on the Paris Exchange. For reasons explained otherwise, it did not appear on Citibank’s FOREX site in the U.S., and that may be because the USD was not referenced in this announcement.

The actual exchange looked like this:

As you can see, the IQD was referenced to the Euro. The Euro was equal (in this posting) to .16 IQD. That would make the IQD worth Eu6.25. Take the current value of the Euro against the US Dollar and we have a valuation of the IQD against the USD equal to $7.62.

Thursday night’s appearance on both the Frankfurt and Paris exchanges did more than raise some eyebrows. Delta’s first reaction was that this was a glitch in the FOREX computers, but the rate continued to display for some seven hours. (Update: The rate was still there, by the way, as of noon Friday.) We’ve seen glitches before, but they generally last for a few minutes, and maybe an hour at the absolute outside.

There was, however, a fascinating coincidence to the appearance of this item on FOREX (and if you believe that it was a coincidence, I've got a bridge for sale! GRIN!). On the day following the appearance of this rate with both Frankfurt and Paris FOREX exchanges, we learn that the Iraqi Minister of Finance as well as other representatives from the GOI were in Frankfurt and Paris to open up embassies. Makes you go, HMMMMMMMM....

In a previous post, I’ve noted that there has been some ongoing discussion regarding an effort by the U.S. Fed to push the USD to some specific target value against the so-called “basket of currencies” (by which the USD is measured). There’s been a fair amount of speculation among our analysts as to just what that target might be.

Because the IQD (at the program rate of 1166/Dollar) has generally been valued at $.000855 (or thereabouts), the speculation has been that the target value of the USD against the basket of currencies was likely about $.86. The Dollar has for many months ranged between $.79 and $.82, hitting a high roughly a year ago of $.8250.

At the close of the exchanges Thursday night, the USD was at $.8378 against the basket of currencies – the highest we’ve seen in years. Friday morning, the following headline appeared on Citibank’s New York FOREX exchange under a byline by Michael Boutros: US Dollar Index Reaches 10,070 Objective- Consolidation Ahead.

Because we’ve been using the traditional basket of currencies against which the USD’s value is established worldwide, it never occurred to us that the Fed’s objective (along with all of the other central banks) was predicated on a measurement of a much larger (worldwide?) basket.

What this headline (and the attendant article) is telling us is that the target valuation for the USD has been reached – a rate which currencies worldwide can use as a baseline, and a rate which makes the upcoming IQD RV (as well as a group of other currency revaluations) desirable.

Now, let me go back to the posting which appeared Thursday night on Frankfurt’s FOREX exchange. You will see the following notation: EUR-IQD.F EUR/IQD 0.16 Currencies FRA. Here’s where things get interesting. The FRA notation has a double meaning. The first is “Fixed Rate Adjustment.” The second is “Forward Rate Agreement.” In short, a forward rate agreement (FRA) is an over-the-counter financial futures contract on short-term deposits.

Both of these uses of the FRA notation indicate an increase in value and advise currency traders and businesses/nations engaged in contract negotiations with Iraq that the IQD is about to revalue and that future contracts will need to incorporate the new rate.

This would seem to indicate that the target rate for the IQD is $7.62. (I would highly caution all of you to consider this figure with a lot of question marks. For all practical purposes it doubles Frank's $3.86 projection.) Does that mean that Dr. Shabibi will make his announcement with the IQD coming out all at once at this 7.62 rate?

For those of us who have analyzed this piece of information, it would seem like that would cause a shock in many economies, and that a gradual increase over a six-to-twelve month (or even an 18-month) span in 90-day increments, the first being at Ernst & Young’s suggested $1.30 rate being the more logical and probable.

I don’t have that answer – YET! What I do know is that the wheels are turning and Shabibi’s announcement is imminent. If we get anything like $7.62 at the outset, you’ll have to cover your ears to protect your hearing from the deafening roar of excitement!

Lastly, there’s been more than a little scuttle about both Shabibi and Maliki (the PM) awaiting the return of Talabani, Iraq’s President, and affording him the honor of making the announcement. Friday’s news indicates that Talabani will be back in one week, and that he has been recuperating from back surgery. Frank's mention of July 23rd as a highly possible date sits well with all of us.

Finally, the last item in our discussion was a phone call I received late yesterday morning from a longtime friend who has retired from the RCMP and served as the equivalent head of Canada's Secret Service (Sorry, but I don't remember what they call this particular division of the RCMP). This gentleman is not given to dreams or visions, and is very fact-oriented and takes a sober, businesslike approach to things. He also happens to be an investor in IQD.

He was awakened Friday morning out of a dream that gripped him with its significance. In this dream he saw Satan standing over a prostrated man with his foot on his chest. As he began to take a closer look, he said that the chest was literally covered with and/or made up of Dinar. As he continued to survey the situation, he saw our current WH administration standing by smiling broadly. At the same time he heard the voice of God speak and say, "That's enough! Take your foot off now!" Satan was forced to take his foot off and the man arose. The implication was clear.

However Satan has been restricting things, whatever means he has used to block this release, God has freed things.

That’s where we are, folks. Inch by inch by inch by inch we’ve been getting there. I remind you once again of the prophetic word that Kim Clement gave last year: NOTHING! NOTHING! NOTHING! and then SUDDENLY!

Guru SoonerPatriot: Good Evening Folks. Hope everyone is in a TGIRV festive mood! Please bear with me as I post this. I’m not able to participate in Q & A afterwards, but hope you’ll understand.

Lots of great intel today and I’m still trying to confirm some very positive intel that is almost too good to believe. That’s why we intel providers always seem so reserved. We’re always confirming everything we hear and every day we find most rumors are nothing more than smoke.

It seems that more and more wild tales are finding their ways into the chat rooms, IM’s, and e-mails. I’m so concerned that some of you may fall for the snake-oil salesmen out there who offer something too good to be true. So I want to discuss this with you for a moment.

I’ve heard of several people who have been charming others, only to really be getting closer in order to ask to pool your dinars with them for exchanging – some say they’ll invest yours and their dinars and make millions for both of you.

What that usually means is they’ll take yours, put it with theirs, and you’ll never see or hear from that person again. And these people are slick, could charm the savviest person out there, and often do. This investment is a feeding ground for the sharks. Trust me, they’re out there. And don’t think they’re only male sharks. There are probably just as many female sharks out there.

If someone seems to be a bit pushy or aggressive to obtain your e-mail address, gives you his or hers and expects you to do the same, or they ask for your    number out of the blue, they may want something else.

We are near the end on this endeavor. I know it’s been said many times before. But there are certain events that have taken place over the last few days that make this time different than any of those times before.

Back in January, when many gurus were falsely calling go/no-go decision points in the release process as the RV, it was only because they didn’t understand that part of the process.

This complex of an    has never taken place and never have we had a global reset unless the dinosaurs did it before we arrived. So it is understandable why mistakes have been made in being able to understand and predict this Re-Valuation process.

It’s like men understanding women. About the time men start understanding women, the women hold a convention and change the rules. It’s been like that for this RV. The rules for this game have been made up as we go, and nobody outside where we are fully understands it.

But as time has progressed, we’ve learned some of the nuances of this beast and we have learned a lot about how this complex process is being put together. The PTBs have been very secretive and even now, there is so much we don’t know about what has happened behind the curtains.

That’s why there have been so many false positives, so many times the intel providers have cried wolf. It wasn’t that they enjoyed seeing everyone’s reactions. They have seen events take place that they thought meant it was time, and several times it’s been an eyelash from happening.

With that in mind, several intel providers have seen very positive things the past few days that have all of us on alert. We know we are close, but there is no way of knowing exactly when it will happen. I wish I could say it is within an hour or that we’ll be in the banks on this day.

Unfortunately, the complexity of this endeavor prohibits any of us outside the inner circle from accurately projecting the timing or the rates. You keep asking, but neither you nor the intel providers can influence either variable. It’s an event we as investors have no control over.

All I can tell you tonight is, many indicators that we intel providers look for are pointing in a very positive way, there are no known negatives, and no known holdups. We are near the conclusion of this quest. All of us are exhausted, but we can’t let our guards down to the sharks.

Stay alert, don’t be paranoid, but be vigilant. If you feel someone is possibly trying to coerce you into a situation that could be a scam, let one of the mods know, explain what has happened, and let them assist you.

We are too close to the goal line for us to fumble our blessing now. Take it into the    end zone yourself and don’t let go of your dinars/dongs until a verified bank person is ready to trade currency for a deposit slip.

When that happens, I know your heart will be beating wildly, you’ll want to scream far and wide, but you must act like you’ve been in the end zone before. A smile is OK, but no wild screaming or no T-shirts proclaiming you are rich. The sharks are still out there, so remain vigilant.

God Bless Everyone, take care of your needs and your family’s needs, but don’t forget to Pay IT Backwards and Forwards. If you can afford to give more than 10% there’s no rule that says you have to stop at 10%.

There are lots of needy people out there, you can’t help all of them by yourself, but hopefully we Dinarians will show what class acts we are and we will set a mark in giving that will go down in the annals of mankind as the most phenomenal time man has ever known.

This is an historic event and you’re a part of it only if you carry your Dinar/VND across the goal line. I pray that all of you look upon this as the greatest time of your life – the first day of the rest of your new life. This is YOUR MOMENT! Don’t let anyone steal it from you. This is your day.

Guru Bluwolf: As soonerpatriot has said be careful of your assets and stay away from the scams, I agree with him in both situations (the scams and the info factor), see for weeks now a lot of information about a certain group came to my knowledge, but do not worry hopefully they have closed there operations now that there cover is of public knowledge.

On the other part about the info well the fact is that all has been said and is positive till this point. No delays and no problems have occur what so ever, why is it when some that give out date scenarios when they do not occur as inform by them, they come back with a lie to cover up saying there is a glitch or some minor issues occur ( that is why I do not give dates nor rates ) so if some of you folks feel decieved take it out on thows that misinformed you.

The truth is all is still positive and on track, we are in a second by second alert, waiting on the phone call for your codes. Now for the naysayers make sure that from this point on you furnish the updated info for all the good people in all sites because from this point on because of your ignorance and stupitity and your disrespect towards me I hand you over the helm.

Unitedrich (Dinar Vets): Personally, I will not be sidetracked by negative thinking, or negative thoughts, but keep my "Eye on the prize" because after all my years of research, my personal opinion is that we are at the culmination of this event being over by the end of 2012. (And I would like to add, that the event will be in our favor).
