Dinar Recaps Fails To Inform Their Readers About Dinar Corp!
You would think that they would want to inform their readers about the talk going all about dinarland and what it means to the folks who have a stake in that company.

Especially since the word "Dinar" was mentioned 12 times in the article. Seems kinda relevant.
As slow as that website has been lately, that article would have gotten a lot of attention. And we all know what that means..... more ad clicks.

Nah, DR isn't concerned w actual verifiable facts that go contrary to their RV narrative. They only wanna publish rumor from anonymous sources that pump readership. They only seek to serve themselves and their bank accounts, the truth is of no concern to them in any way. It's a Liar's Game, and DR plays it at the pro level.

Re: Dinar Recaps Fails To Inform Their Readers About Dinar Corp!
Well Dinar Corp, better be concerned as it is found in one of the articles that they may have to reimburse 17,000 people for their reserves or come up with the equal amount of dinar. Seems to me that would just about make one sit up and take notice, what?
Now that they have this to their credit they need to investigate and decide about the other dealers who sold reserves. Dinar Trade comes to mind and I am sure there are several others out there. Since Dinar Corp.'s guilty plea of this "scam," (and they were clear that it only applied to the reserves) one has to wonder if all reserve and lay-a-way deals we similar. Only way to see is investigate and report.

Re: Dinar Recaps Fails To Inform Their Readers About Dinar Corp!
Dinar Guru sent out an email, so did I.
Here is the Dinar Guru email:
Hi Nick,
Two of the largest dinar dealers
were shut down by the FBI.
That was last summer.
It was a mystery why they were
closed.
Until now...
Dinar Corp's owner plead guilty yesterday
to charges.
It's a sad and disturbing day in dinar land.
According to the US Attorney, the problems
stemmed from Dinar Corp. offering reserves.
The report says, Dinar Corp didn't have physical dinar on
hand to cover reserves in the event all
the orders came due at once.
That was the issue and a big problem if
everyone wanted their dinar at one time.
If you had dinar on reserve with Dinar Corp
it sounds like you may get your dollars back or
dinar depending on your specific situation.
I don't know any more than what is written on
this page.
http://www.dinarguru.com/dinar-guru-member-blog/have-you-been-dinar-scammed
So read it.
They're supposed to release additional info shortly.
They list over 17,000 people impacted by this.
What does this mean for the dinar you hold?
The report says NOTHING about them selling
fake dinar.
So that's good.
And no one from the community has confirmed
owning fake dinar obtained from Sterling or
Dinar Corp.
Fake dinar DOES NOT appear to be an issue.
Read the full press release here.
I'll keep you updated as we learn more.

Hi Nick,
I'm sure by now you have heard about Dinar Corp and how the owner pleaded guilty. They never had reserves, which is something I warned about in 2014.
Here are the official court documents related to the case. I am aware that many of you, my subscribers, were affected.
http://dinarrvnews.net/dinar-corp-court-documents/
Rather than have too much confusion in the Dinar community regarding this matter, I have personally PAID for access to these court documents, all 1100 of them.
Please share the link to them, I'm sure some of your friends are victims as well.
The official press releases including one from the Department of Justice is included in the link above.
According to court documents, Tayeh was the owner of Dinar Corporation, Inc. (Dinar Corp.), a company registered in Nevada and headquartered in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. Through Dinar Corp., Tayeh operated a website. On that website, Tayeh offered to sell customers Iraqi dinars. One of the ways that Tayeh’s customers could buy dinars was through installment contracts. When a customer entered into an installment contract, Tayeh promised to place in reserve the quantity of dinars to be purchased by the customer. Tayeh assured customers that he would ship them the reserved dinars upon the customers making their final contract payments. Tayeh defrauded customers in that he never actually placed dinars in reserve and never had access to enough dinars to fulfill all orders should the orders all come due.

Re: Dinar Recaps Fails To Inform Their Readers About Dinar Corp!
Well first and foremost once again these gurus are lying by telling half truths. They focus on the point that dinar corp did not have enough reserves and then act as if that was the only reason they went after them. Then they bring up a bogus argument that the report says nothing about selling fake dinar!
No one has ever made that argument. No one has ever said the dinar was fake. That is what these gurus do! They create false narratives and attack them in order to give the illusion that they know what they are talking about and those who oppose the dinar investment don't know anything.
Furthermore, they state that if you purchased reserve through dinar corp that you will get your money back! I say good luck with that. I bet a lot of that money went to pay for legal fees and to terrorize the dinar community, especially those who placed a negative comment about dinar corp on some forum. I also am willing to bet that a lot of that money went to buy fancy houses and pay for the gurus to lie about the currency.
Could it be that the reason dinar corp did not have the money to cover the reserve program was because they did not have enough money to buy the dinar needed to cover the program? What makes them think that people are going to get their money back?
Even in the event of a court order if there is no money to pay back then there is nothing they can do!
Their little copyright claim on emails they send is invalid as well. To say at the end that because I read their email I agree to it being private or that it is copyright will not hold up in court. No one can be forced into agreeing with something simply by reading it. Being a musician and dealing with actual copyright I can tell you that this is a big joke!

Re: Dinar Recaps Fails To Inform Their Readers About Dinar Corp!
Why doesn't Blanche address other statements in the DOJ press release? Specifically:
“Tayeh used advanced technology to commit classic fraud—he duped people into spending their hard-earned money on his worthless wares,” announced United States Attorney Beck. “Tayeh’s caused harm all over the country. I am proud to say that we in Alabama put a stop to this far-reaching scheme.”
Mr. Borg of the Alabama Securities Commission added, “the Iraqi Dinar ‘investment opportunity’ is a scam that has existed for more than a decade and has regained some of its former popularity. Investors are lured by the ‘can’t miss’ method in which the interested investor profits from a severely undervalued currency that is ‘certain’ to appreciate in value in just a short time. We will continue to investigate and prosecute those like Tayeh who prey on main street investors.”

Yes and she put it at the end of her little justification after you are done reading the email. The copyright notice needs to be displayed before you read a protected document not after.aksafeone wrote:Marcus: I agree whole heartedly with your view on copyrights. Re: Dinar Recaps Fails To Inform Their Readers About Dinar Corp!
Dinar Recaps likes to tell people that they only post (lies) that other people send them.
Even AFTER the information is found to be fraudulent, they keep it up, why?
I get emails all the time from people, and I chose, yes, I chose to NOT post lies that people send me.
You know how many emails I received in the last month from people who told me they "Knew someone who cashed out Zim" it's a joke people.
