Regarding KLS and his statement that he only found out about Nancy about a week ago... she is a wonderful person. shw has a great sense of humor and once you've heard her laugh you will remember it. She is very kind and loving but doesn't take any crap from anybody. What makes her most mad is when people don't wait their turn or start calling out thier names all in a bunch so she can't hear any of them.

She also goes balistic when people don't mute out and the board goes bonkers. If you can follow those rules, you'll have no issues at all. I don't know how she knows Dizzy Bear, but they seem to have a good relationship and the trust each other. That's all I care about. i need their info and I'm thrilled they have their own call now.

Turtle... I've only been on Open Mic for about 9 months... but I've heard DizzyBear come in and talk and it always seemed he'd do it when Nancy and Riley were on. He was on with her like three days in a row the week before last. One thing he said to her the last time made me wonder. He said to Nancy, " You now who I talk to to, Nancy." and she said, "Yes, I do."

That made me think that they'd been connected for quite awhile and he'd been sharing info with her previously. She has always seemed to have a lot on the ball to me and was very willing to share what she could. Just a wonderful combination of Nancy, Terry and DizzyBear on their new call. We all should consider ourselves blessed to have access to them.

RDC... both Dizzy and Nancy talked at length last night about waiting (if you could) for about a year. the prices will be going down and you will be better of waiting. they said if you can't wait, I believe put 20% down and get a loan and then either refinance or buy it out once everything settles down.

Lioness... I can only say what I understand about what happened. RayRen and RLD (the Sunday night Open Mic mod) did not agree with the intel that DizzyBear was bringing in. Often times when RLD was mod'ing discussion about what DizzyBear had brought in would come up and RLD very strongly disagreed. I don't know if it got ugly or what, but Nancy opted to leave and start up with Terry (who had been mod'ing with her on Sat. nights) and have DizzyBear in as well.

I know when I got on late last night Rayren was on and there was only about a 100 people on the call which is quite unusual as usually when he comes on the line fills up right away but he never has anything to contribute except for what his banker buddies are telling him.

Goldstar. That point I get, but it makes me wish we wre getting a fiat exchange then convert to gold backed as the exchange rate would give me significantly more (say 600K), which would then become gold backed as opposed to the excange rate of 1 dollar to gold backed value. See what I mean?

This is hard to get a wrap around. Just exactly how long of a time period are we talking for adjustment. Commodities like grain, livestock etc. will have had COST associated with production basses on fiat. You cannot retroactively adjust those costs. They have to be paid for or we will have problems. Please explain if I am off base hear.
