HE REPORTED THEY HAVE THE HIGHEST GDP IN THE MIDDLE EAST. WELL IF HIGHER THAN KUWAIT AND KUWAITS DINAR VALUE IS AT $3.38 then where can iraq VALUE BE. ...SOUNDS GOOD TO ME.

actually, the head of the WB just discussed lending Iraq 15 Billion, because they are in deep trouble...they are bleeding money, their country is overrun by ISIS, their parliament is in shambles, people rioting...yeah, sounds prime for an RV, LOL
