TerryK BUDGET READ, APPROVED, VOTED ON AND APPROVED...GOES IN PAPER SUNDAY...ALREADY ANNOUNCED. THE BIRDIE IS TELLING ME WE MAY SEE THIS TONIGHT INTO TOMORROW. SOURCE... ADVISED THAT THIS CAN HAPPEN ANY MOMENT AND THAT THE POSTING WILL HAPPEN SUNDAY IF NOT BEFORE. VERY EXCITING TIME.

Since they postponed the budget vote today and there has been no RV, I'd say TerryK's DC source is as full of it as he is.

They postponed it until later today... but have since had that meeting according to latest news... an article says the budget has passed?

So here's my question...since this has never been done before...how does anyone know that once A B and C have happened it will RV. Does anything need to happen for it to RV or are there things that definitely need to happen for it to RV??
Seems to me like anyone who can read and make some smart sounding guesses is a guru these days...but they all know the square root about what comes out of the hind end of a cow when it comes to RVs
