There is only one country in the world that can stop this and is not. Why?
There will be no RV until ISIS is dealt with or they form their own country.

Tony & Winston saying that they need to RV because "wealthy people don't fight" is just plain silly. ISIS has to be put down like a rabid animal!

And an RV will not happen before new notes are in the hands of legitimate dinar holders. Think about it. To reduce note count is important to the value of a dinar. And ISIS has a LOT of Dinar. So, the answer is to make new notes, let the good guys exchange old for new, make sure ISIS can't exchange, and in the end drop the note count by a high percentage.

THEN you can think about restating your currency's value. (Even if it would be a fiat currency)

Cascadian, That is what I have been saying to my family all along. I see a NEW CURRENCY coming and those who are not in the country and holding dinar will not be able to exchange. MAYBE those with a Warka accts will be able to get something, but since all U.S. citizen held Warka accounts are actually tagged as Foreign - U.S.A accounts, I can almost see them being deleted if an RV happens.

I just came out and had to clear my head before answering this. First of all there is not one country that can settle the isis problem. If you look into your history books for the middle east they have been fighting for centuries.

There is hate and distrust among the different sects.isis or alcadia are no different. They have their own views and want to force it down peoples throats. This is no different then the tea party here has there own views and wants people to follow . The only difference is it's nonviolence and its supported by people like the koch brothers and dick army under the guise of helping people when the only thing they help is there pocket book.

Now back to iraq. There are two parts to this eco and pol even though they might intertwine they are separate. The rv will happen whether or not the isis is contained but even you have noticed they are not sweeping the country anymore you have many countries helping and it is not out of the goodness of there heart it is oil/ big money.as soon as the goi gets there act together and abadi is pushing big time. There will be a currency exchange imho around 1 to1 and everyone will be able to cash in because it will be international and according to the laws of un and wb it has to or iraq gets no loans credit or help. So, yes Kevin there are some who understand.

This would make Iraq's currency worth more than the rest of the worlds put together. Why do you think that is possible?
