Introduction to The Tax Factor

Everything that I will post in this forum is and will be persuant to the Rule of Law. The IRS and taxcourt only operate under Color of Law and Prima Facie (on the first appearance) evidence. If you stick with this forum, you will learn how to refute Prima Facie evidence, ie W2's and 1099's, and you will know how to get back everything you've paid in over the last three years, and each year following.

Hopefully, you are interested in the real truth as it is written in the tax code? Would you like to find out what part of the tax laws apply to you? Would you like to find out where your money really goes? Did you know there is a way to fight this alphabet bandit without going to jail? KNOW THE TRUTH AND BE SET FREE!

Did you know that the true subjects of the "Income Tax" are Government employees, and they owe over 3.3 BILLION DOLLARS in back taxes?   But, by the use of lies, misinformation, and subterfuge, they try to come after you to pay it.

WATCH THIS GREAT VIDEO:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oIIC6FS2q-4

WORDS OF ART USED BY THE IRS

"One Liable"  Undefined
"Taxpayer"    Undefined.  When they write you, they take away your name and enjoin you with,"Dear Taxpayer"
"Employee"  One who works for an Employer, performing the duties of one who holds a public office
"Employer"  United States Government, Inc
"Person"      Corporation.  This is why they spell your name with all uppercase on the envelope and cover sheet on their presentments.
"Wage"      What an employee makes who works for an employer....cf. Employer (US Government)
"Income"   What an employee makes who works for an employer....cf. Employer ( US Government)
"Internal"  To occur on the inside of an organized structure (such as the IRS)
"Revenue"  Re-Venue (change a proper place where a particular case should be filed or handled)
Just for you to get a grasp of the word descriptions above, IF YOU DO NOT ENJOY THE PRIVILEGE OF BEING AN EMPLOYEE (GOVERNMENT WORKER), WORKING FOR AN EMPLOYER(GOVERNMENT) YOU ARE NOT A TAXABLE ENTITY, BUT LAWFULLY DESCRIBED AS A PRIVATE SECTOR INDIVIDUAL, WHO RECEIVES PAY FOR HIS LABOR OR SERVICE.  THE SUPREME COURT AND CONGRESS AGREE THAT LEGALLY YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE TAXED.

The framers of the Internal Revenue Service very cleverly have re-structured the meaning of everyday words to deceive the public and bring them under their jurisdiction to force us to pay the US corporate debt to the Federal Reserve. Through the use of these words that are right in front of you, they really exist as a 'Service to Bring YOU in to Court'  That is the real meaning of the acronym, IRS. Now you know why the IRS and the so-called Department of Justice are usually in the same building. What it should say, is  'Dept. of JUST US'

Yes..Unfortunately, Being in the military is considered a privileged activity in that you are paid by the Federal Corporation. Any other money or earnings that you make that are outside of the military or your privileged relationship with the government is not taxable and not considered income as defined in the IRC and Title 26.

You are not liable to add that to your W2 and 1040.  If you do have earnings outside of the true meaning of "income",  and someone has issued you a W2, you can file a separate 1040, and form 4852, to get all the money back that you paid in for non-income earnings.  I will provide examples eventually if there are enough people that show interest.

Hmmm, interesting question.

"Until adoption of the Postal Reorganization Act of 1970, the U.S. Postal Service functioned as a regular, tax-supported, agency of the federal government.

According to the laws under which it now operates, the U.S. Postal Service is a semi-independent federal agency, mandated to be revenue-neutral. That is, it is supposed to break even, not make a profit."

I already know the answer for a fact, it is where the spouse and other family members work, so this so called "tax expert" needs to weigh in here to have thier "expert" status measured.

Top paid Ex IRS Employee, Sherri Jackson TELLS ALL.  Sherri quit the IRS because she discovered that 'Income Taxes" as applied today is a total fraud.  Please watch both of these videos.

Attorneys would be jumping at the opportunity to represent people and have them pay to "correct" this and PAY to have paperwork done and filed correctly.  The information is flawed, one sided, and missing the main element that makes a legal case ( or I would be jumping on it )

Again - if you are going to present "the tax factor" , answer my question......

I have answered your question!
Just because you've got your head in the sand does not mean everyone else has to.

IQDforUS.... you are a sham! You pretend knowledge but present nothing but your arrogant, ignorant guesses. Roadglide documents his path. You obviously seek to tear down when roadglide is trying to help people out of their down spiraling, govt induced mental lethargy. What really are you trying to do?

no - roadglide - my question was "Are United States Postal Workers considered government employees" - so you have NOT answered my question that I see....did I miss the post?

pap4 - I do not recognize you, and at one point in time I was one of the Newshounds here....so why don't you go back and read over my postings from the beginning ...  and then come back here and say that.  I have posted so many links backing what I have said that simply because I do not have as much time as I had then to devote to "rehashing" what has already been covered does not make me any of what you said.  I actually give a hoot about the people here whether we always agree or not.  Kevin Turbo and I used to hash things out for the boards all the time - quashing the rumors and BS.    I do know that if you took the information being offered to a tax attorney, or ANY attorney, and tried to do this, THEY - not me - THE ATTORNEYS would set you on a much better path.

I have NOTHING to gain, and as a matter of fact it costs me my time which I consider as valuable as yours.  If you believe him - let us know how that works out for you.

See, I noticed in his LONG post he refers to "some judges"  "some courts"...how about the actual CASE NUMBER.  If there was in fact CASE LAW - whether being considered in a higher court on appeal or not - there would be case numbers.  I want those.....and YOU should too.

The USPS  is a quasi government agency and it's workers receive their "income" from federally derived privilege, therefore they are a taxable entity.  The downloads I have provided have tons of case law in them and there is a lot more coming.  If you weren't so bent on harassing me, you might discover the real truth concerning the tax laws.

Either you are a revenue agent or just another blind member of the sheeple flock.  Why don't you leave papa4 alone...he knows a lot more about the tax laws than you.

How's Schiff doing in prison? How could he get it so wrong, and you get it so right? Maybe because you're small potatoes and don't make enough to be worth their time? Or maybe they just haven't gotten to you yet?

Hmm, before my time, but it looks like roadglide was yet another one trying to use "sovereign citizen" style arguments to claim immunity from the law. It's never ended well for anyone - as Dave Schmidt can confirm!
