Back to the Ukraine crisis now, and there are concerns the looming threat of wide-ranging Western sanctions against Russia may seriously push up the global cost of oil. Fuel experts warn that the United Kingdom which takes in a lot of Russian supplies could be among those hit hard. RT’s Polly Boiko has the details.
