Mohammad Reza Al-Khafaji: real reform must be the advancement of real services

Baghdad (IBA) ... A Deputy from the Liberal bloc stressed Mohammad Reza Al-Khafaji, the need for real reforms to benefit the Iraqi people, not formality to benefit political blocs and parties and some of its characters.
