Fleming Intel Update - Fabrications For 11/5/20

1. The release process was started at 1 am EST Mon. 2 Nov.

2. High level bond payouts were paid out overnight on Tues. 3 Nov.

3. Higher level tiers were due to be paid out Wed-Thurs. 4-5 Nov.

4. Tier 4B notifications could come out as early as Thurs. 5 Nov.

5. Many government leaders around the globe were told that the RV / GCR would be fully released during the 10 days between Wed. 4 Nov and Sat. 14 Nov.

6. Exchanges would extend through mid-Nov.

7. If there were post-election riots, or election vote disputes, the Department of Justice had already dispatched teams accompanied by DoD and federal law enforcement security teams to key battleground states and key cities to ensure the vote counts were accurate and not fraudulent.

8. It was expected that vote count disputes should be settled earlier than later during the next 10 days.

9. Bankers, attorneys and paymasters were asked by the US Treasury to be in their banking centers for the potential start of the Shotgun Release by Thurs. 5 Nov.

10. Tier 4B (us, the Internet Group) was distinct from the public Tier 5. Even if the public Tier 5 start was overlapped with the Tier 4B exchanges, Tier 4B individuals doing exchanges at Redemption Centers (obtaining appointments through calling 800#s via the Safe Link Web Site) would be getting higher rates than the public Tier 5.

11. The Safe Link Web site link would be in notification emails and given to trusted Intel providers to post and pass on to currency holders.

12. The public would NOT be able to redeem ZIM like Tier 4B will be able to do at the higher ZIM rates. Tier 5 general public would only receive a minimal amount (approx. several hundred dollars per 100T of ZIM) if they bring ZIM notes into a bank.

13. The Military Intel Contact asked for prayers over all release sequence events underway now behind the scenes. He said, “Get ready and get real. There is no looking back. Please be careful and pay attention to your NDA to protect your money!”

This information was based on the most recent information available on exchanges/redemptions done in the USA. It was not intended to be the authority on the appointment process, only a guide. Note that there may be changes once final instructions were received.

The Safe Web link will be sent to those who have either: purchased currency online from bank or an online registered dealer like TravelEx, Great American Coin and/or with one of the aggregating sites (Dinar Recaps, Dinar Chronicles et al).

The link will be emailed from one of Tier 1 (large banks): HSBC, WF, Chase, Bank of America possibly Fifth Third.

If you received the email directly, you may forward it to a friend or family member who you gifted currency and/or bonds.

If you were gifted currency/bonds a family or friend may forward you the email.

When you click onto the Web link, you will verify who you are by answering questions based on publicly available information. This process is similar to when you open a bank account or apply for a loan online.

You will be electronically signing a NDA – Non-Disclosure Agreement. Read it carefully so you understand what you are agreeing to. Print a copy for your records and for future reference.

You will be issued a unique 800# that can only be used once. It is unique to you.

You will be issued a unique code which will follow you through the process.

When you call the #800 to schedule an appointment, you will be asked to provide the unique code, the zip code where you wish to exchange and if you have Zim and/or currency to redeem/exchange. Zim is redeemed and Currency is exchanged.

You are not required to exchange in your hometown. It is recommended that if you live in a small town, that you go far enough from home so that you are not recognized. This is for your safety. There are no restrictions that prevent you from going to another state. You cannot go to another country to exchange.

You need to provide what you will be exchanging/ redeeming. Start with the Zim Bond and/or then currencies by country. This is because not all locations will have the ability to process Zim bonds. NEVER say how much you have. Legally, they cannot ask you how much you have.

Appointments are expected to last approximately 20 minutes.

What to bring to appt:

a. 2 picture IDs – driver's license, passport, government ID or anything with your picture.

b. 2 recent utility bill statements – this verifies your address.

c. Social Security card and/or Birth certificate. These may not be necessary, but bring especially if you have no picture ID.

d. If you have a bank account with a Tier 1 bank (HSBC, Chase, WF, Bank of America) bring your account number and routing number (a blank check will have that info.)

Have all currencies in order by denomination.

If one was not provided and you have a number of bills, create a tally sheet noting how many of each note you have. This can be done on piece of paper or create a table or spreadsheet.

Put bills facing in same direction and in denomination order – does not matter if large to small, or small to large. Place in small plastic bag.

On day of appointment dress professionally. Do not dress to point that you are uncomfortable.

Allow yourself plenty of time. Know where you are going and where to park if in a large city/urban area. Do not use Uber or Lyft type services. You might consider hiring a professional security company for transportation if safety is a concern. Do not share with anyone purpose of your appointment or what you are doing.

Make a list of anything that you need in the next 10 days. Do you have any emergency needs like housing or medical, etc.

If you are redeeming Zim, make a 3-6-month budget. Since it is currently unknown if Zim proceeds will be placed in a structured payout, you need to be able to say this is what I need until first payout is received. Structured payouts take approximately 3 months to set up. This should not include paying off existing debt.

Rates on currencies are based on Street rate, International rate and Contract rate. Not all currencies have a Contract rate. You can ask if there is one. You will want to know if there are conditions for receiving the contract rate and what they are.

The Redemption Centers will have a default package. This package will include rates, fee, perks, and benefits. If this is agreeable, you simply will follow through on signing all documents. Leave with copies of all signed documents.

It will be in your best interest to create a skeleton trust with the bank, if you do not currently have one. Be prepared to have a unique trust name picked out. Also, who your beneficiaries will be and a successor trustee (person who will take over for you should you not be able to manage duties). Do not use initials or your name for Trust name.

We have heard that rates will be on a screen at Redemption Center so you will see what is being offered.

There may be stations or tables to verify who you are, and a video about banking changes.

When you get to the actual exchange process:

a. Do not let your currency out of your site.

b. Ask that the DeLaRue machine be in the room and watch them run currency/bonds through. (The DeLaRue is a machine that verifies authenticity and counts your currency).

If you do not like what is being offered, you can ask if rates are negotiable.

You may be asked what you plan to do with the funds. If you are redeeming Zim, you are expected to have a humanitarian project. There is also a list of possible project areas to choose from. See list at end.

Historically, they have been looking for the following things in projects:

Projects that were global in nature – start local and grow outward
Job creation
Duration – multigenerational

Zim Projects: If you have Zim but not an existing project you can chose to invest in international projects. The fifteen categories associated with an Executive Order were listed below:

4. Security

5. Violence and criminals

6. American Indians, refuges and pacific islanders

The best way to talk about your projects is to explain a problem and then how you want to fix it. Example: Homelessness – want to build safe affordable housing.

Your project should be typed up in a 1-3-page format with bullet points. This just makes it easy for them to read. Attached is a cover sheet for your project. A copy of your project write up will be left at Redemption Center.

If you do not like the rate, ask for your request to be reviewed.

You may be given a Safe Keeping Receipt (SKR). This is where your currency/Bonds are recorded, and you are given the SKR. You will then work with a Trust company and/ or Wealth Manager to assist with negotiations on rates.

Discuss what fees they are charging for exchange. Fees may have been calculated in the rates. It is ok to ask about negotiating fees. In many cases, you may be further ahead to just pay the fees. This is something you can ask about. The same is true for perks.

If all is agreeable, sign and get copies. Remember that any agreements can be rescinded within 72 hours/3 days by law. You may ask if that time can be extended to allow you time to meet with professionals and to come back and renegotiate in your best interests.

You will open a new bank account for each currency and/or bond you are redeeming/ exchanging. These will be under Trust account name.

Below are some questions to ask and some may not be necessary under the new QFS:

1. Do the funds from each currency/bod need to be in separate accounts?

2. What about fund protection: Does FDIC still apply, or do I need a Lloyds or Cdars Insurance for amounts over $250,000? Is this something they can assist with?

3. I have been told that these transactions are non-taxable, if not, should that not be true, will you provide in writing that I will have access to the funds to pay taxes.

4. Ask for a full explanation of what the CAP's and restrictions are and how they work. How are they scaled and what are the benchmarks for restrictions to be removed?

Read everything they give you including the NDA. If you do not understand, ask until you do. OR if you feel you need help ask if there is an attorney available who can help.

Be respectful – they are not trying to trick you or deceive you.

Discuss Bank Perks – on the private banking side there are perks that you can request. Understand that you will be paying for them. They typically are tiered – so the more AUM (assets under management) you have, the more options you have.

Let them know you are aware that there will be a number of essential tasks to be addressed in the next 10-15 days. Tell them you will be needing help in setting appointments and managing those tasks. Ask if they can provide you with someone to can help. Below is a list of possible tasks.

a. Establish primary irrevocable trust and any additional trusts or structures
b. Meet with Security and Risk management team
c. Wealth Management Team
d. Attorneys and CPAs
e. Establishing short- and long-term priorities
f. Education for self and family – ask what time frame is for completion

When setting up irrevocable trust it should include the following attributes:

i. Complex
ii. Non-grantor
iii. Discretionary
iv. Spendthrift
v. Asset Protection

The Big Call w/ Bruce Intel Notes 5/7/20

Welcome everybody to The Big Call tonight – it’s Tuesday May 7th and you’re listening to The Big Call – Thanks for tuning in everybody - all over the globe

Ok so let’s talk about where we are tonight – you guys realize Thursday night’s call was giving us a pretty good impression that we were getting really close – Well we are still really close – however – I want to tell you the language I am getting - and the language is saying a lot –

What we received yesterday which was Wednesday – was talking about the “intent” – the intent was to get the emails – the Wells Fargo emails – and the #800 numbers would accompany those – and the #800 I would receive to put out – independent of those emails -  though the intent was for those to come out “today” – that was the “intent” –

Now – did they make it?  Nope – not by the Big Call they didn’t - Now – here’s the reason why though – First of all there are 527,000+ emails already positioned – ready to go – on Wells Fargo servers – These are to be released in 4 batches – ½ hour apart – the simple math on that would be – 4 x ½ hr = 2 hrs – so in approximately 2 hrs x those 4 batches of emails would be sent out – when is that going to happen? It was supposed to happen sometime today – we did not have a time for it –

Did it happen today? Not yet – could it happen any time? I think it could happen anytime now – but what I’ve heard for quite a while – this would be a day time event – I would think it would happen in the day time – when it is released –

Alright – so – the “intent” – what else happened so the intent was not able to be fulfilled today? We know that the intermediate groups were to have been paid – and some have been – the prosperity packages have been complete - CMKX was to be complete by today sometime - don’t have an update report on that yet – but I think the intermediates are being handled –

The reason that we could not receive our toll free numbers yet are twofold - #1 yesterday – Wednesday – was the day I said the exotics were to be handled – these are Bonds – Boxes of Bonds – Petchilis – super Petchilis – (just for reference info – LINK) there are Zim Bonds and other historical gold bonds – that were to be hypothecated and paid out – out of five different cities today – including Dallas – Miami – London -

Zurich - Hong Kong – all were supposed to start at 2:30 am Eastern in all time zones – at the same – actual time – that – if it did get started around that time – we don’t know how long that was going to take - but the word I had was – when those bonds are complete – the toll free numbers and emails - 527,000+ - would be distributed

So – do we know how long it is going to take for those bonds to complete? No we don’t – Is it a matter of 1 day or days? I don’t have that  - but I do have this -  and this is mainly an opinion – that I have about the subject – and I don’t know if it’s going to be true or not –

Today is the 7th tomorrow is the 8th - who is it that loves the number 8? And also the number 5? - The Chinese Elders – 5/8 it’s interesting – on the face of it – because if the intention was for us to receive the emails and toll free numbers today would the same intention be there tomorrow? I would think so –

Now – there are one or two little things we have to add to this – here’s one of them – there had been some shenanigans  to try to make this a taxable event – especially on the Zim – I have told you for years – I mean many years – this is NOT a taxable event to us –

I hate to mention names – so I won’t – certain people in Congress had placed a 14% tax in that got removed last night - in other words – they handled it – they took care of it – it’s NOT there – there is NO tax on this currency exchange or Zim redemption

Now – what’s interesting is that precipitated a new rewrite of the protocol and procedures of the currency exchange and Zim redemption that would have started yesterday – Is that is something that is done by now? Maybe – I don’t know that either – but at least they are redoing it so that when we go in it will be clean and easy for us to go through – I look at it as a positive –

Now – what else is out there? You’ve heard me talk about audits before – there are a number of audits – I believe there are a little over 1800 audits that needed to be done as of yesterday evening – When I hear that – I go – ok – who are they auditing?  What’s up?

Guys – what that really means is there are people and globally  - around the world – a little over 1800 people that still needed to be vetted – to see if they were able / ready to receive their funds – could it be a part of the intermediates?  That is my guess – maybe some other group – we don’t know –

The point is those are continuing to be vetted out and probably some clean up on aisle 3 – and it’s an ongoing process – when those audits are complete can we go before they are complete?  Maybe – Will we go after they are complete? Quite possibly –

The other piece that gives me a really good feeling is – we got a very short message today that said that the value dates – which is the date where monies should be available for all was 5 – 11 - 2020 – That’s Monday

Does that mean we go before then? And we get access to our funds? Starting Monday?? Major funds – I’m going to say? I believe it does – Does that put tomorrow or Saturday in the mix? Yes it does -

So if that is a confirmed value date which is 5 / 11 – then that’s looking very good for us – very good – Let’s hope that is exactly what happens and we get started prior to Monday –

Let’s talk a little bit about the redemption itself – we talked last time and it’s made its way back around the net and the web and everything – on the blogs – 140 million dollars available at the first appointment –

Well – guess what? They went up on that number – here’s your new number - between you can ask for 100 - 250 million dollars at your first appointment – so we went from 140 to 250 million availability of funds at our first appointment

What about the second appointment? Second appointment would be for when you are able to negotiate Your Zim rate and do a really nice presentation for your project and be able to ask for or negotiate a higher rate – I don’t know if there will be a default rate at the first appointment – I’ve been told they did have it -

They did have a rate for it on the Zim – then it went away  then it went down then it went back – now it’s gone – So I don’t know what  they are going to do for us at the first appointment  on the Zim –

Are they still going to make an advance against our Zim appointment of between 1-25 million on a debit card for example?  I think that is still in the mix - But you know what? The way these protocols can be rewritten – that could even be changed today – and I don’t even know it –

We got to dance with the one who brought it – and so far – the information we have is saying that is still in play but their actual Zim rate we settle on would be done at the second appointment – and we know they want the second appointment completed by the end of the month of May - Today is the 7th - tomorrow is the 8th and the value date is Monday 11th  -

We should be underway and I don’t know about you guys but I want to get that second appointment out of the way sooner rather than later – so we can move on with our projects and the rest of our life – So we will see how that shakes out - and that second appointment is very important – nobody else has this – this is an exclusive for Big Call listeners tonight -

When you go to your second appointment – 5-7 days later – after your first appointment - who will be there – you will be doing it at a Tier 1 bank – or at a Wells Fargo Wealth Management office - so who’s going to be there? You will have your wealth manager – possibly an Abbott Downing representative – and guess what?  Not a UST representative – but a State Treasury representative – for the State in which you live - or do your exchange - 

So why would the State Treasury be there – to let you know what your obligation would be for your future taxes on the “interest” that you earn on your structured pay out of Zim –

Does everybody understand that when you make interest on your own money that is a taxable event currently – it is taxable to State & Federal – I am not talking about Federal though am I? – I am talking about the State Income Tax – the state that you dwell in –

If you live in Texas or Nevada or Florida – there’s about 6 – 8 states that do not have state income tax – I have a feeling if you have a domicile in one of the tax income free states then you are probably in the clear on this - 

Let me just say – I don’t know – but let’s say you do live in a state that does have income tax – that Treasury representative would give you the rules and regulations on how you would remit taxes that you earn on interest - taxes on interest that you earn – Interest earned on income is called Passive Income – it’s not really considered earned income but passive income –

In my case I am going to ask for my structured pay out to pay me every quarter - that money that comes from the motherlode account to my spillover account would be taxable but you are also able to expense against that - I am not getting into a CPA roll – this is going to be the job of your CPA - or tax attorney to advise you on that area – That is a new twist we got yesterday – Please understand that the exchange of the currencies and redemption of Zim is not a taxable event –

We know that in the NESARA legislation from what we know of NESARA – there is to be no more Federal Income Tax – Personal Income Tax – Let’s see how that comes out – when it is implemented – if that is what is to happen – it needs to be brought forward from the Treasury Secretary - and you guys know that the IRS has been rolled into the Treasury – as well as the Federal Reserve -

We will be getting our new money which will be UST notes  and our USN are asset backed now has actually been seen on bank screens in other countries – we will see fairly shortly on our own bank screens as a USN - the 3 letter designation use to be USD will now be USN

Also in the news we have Iran has revalued in the past 2-3 days and also Iraq and congrats to Iraq for a newly elected PM who has already started talking to the people – I think that was beautiful timing to have that done right before – and Iraq is still being a little bit quiet on the release of their revalued Dinar – It’s only a matter of time that will be known –

What’s interesting to me is today I find that the Iranian Rial is changed to Toman – and that currency revalued and my understanding is – let’s see if it pans out - will be within 5% of the rate of the Iraqi Dinar – Why? Because they are next door neighbors and trading partners – I believe that is the regulation – since they are close and trading partners – So if you have Rial it is in the first basket – we are going to be able to exchange it – bring it

We have a timing mechanism that is circulating around the pay outs if you will of the bonds – boxes of bonds – the petchilis – the super petchilis – the gold backed historic bonds – the sheet bonds – the Zim – so on and so forth going on – we think now – since early this morning

Everything is moving forward CMKX is finishing up prosperity packages are complete – I think possibly all the intermediates if not complete are due to the audits – but still going through – we know activity is still high out west – and we believe that all paymasters are liquid now – and the codes have been entered – so the cores and admiral groups can be paid out –

One other thing – you no longer need a hall pass to get to the redemption center  - we no longer think that will be an issue – but when you do get your email you should get / have an identification number – for “you” and that you would bring in – printed out –

Let’s say they do not have your email – and you do not get an email – when you call to set your appointment  you tell them you did not receive an email and would like to have an identification number

We are looking at 25-30 min max at the first appointment – possibly taking a little more time at the second appointment – for presentation and setting up any additional accounts –

Everything is on cruise I believe and if they don’t find something else to slow  us down I believe we are looking good if we do in fact have a confirmation on the value date of Monday 5 / 11  Have a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend.

Also I want to add that BigCall Bruce is not alone in this paradox of intel as we also see the scammer Frank26 and TNT Tony catching up in second place. All of these scammers want to brag that they are the "direct agents of the government", pretend their intel is so good and informative and that they know intel that they can't reveil until it is time. Just watch the new YouTube videos of Frank26. Does this appear to be a sain grown up man? Look at the suits that he is wearing? He literally dresses like a clown. Who the hell dresses up like that? The last time I saw someone dressed up like that I was the circus with my two girls. Watch his facial expressions too. He loves being in front of the camera and thinks he is Gods gift to the world of intel.

Honestly I don't know how this rumor of some fictitious #800 started but I will tell you it is a lie and I have confirmed this many times with the government.

The government does not have or support any 800# and has not set up exchagne centers throughout the country. The unbelievable, almost insane idea, that these centers are now manned and ready to receive us is beyond words. It is beyond my comprehension that anyone in their right mind will believe all this crap.

So these so called "exchange centers" have been manned and ready now for 6 years? Yes evre since TNT Tony has his own site. Who the hell is paying these people to be at these centers? Who are these people? If they are trained and they know this RV is real then why don't they buy dinar themselves? Oh - they can't because they are under a sworn oath and NDA not to. Then why don't they quit their jobs and buy all the dinar they want? Why do they just sit there day in and day out waiting for us to come?

Folks this is all insane rubbish and anyone who truely believes this crap from these gurus is nuts and should go see a good shrink.

Jiminkc: You’ve advised us to ask for contract rate on our total amount of each currency, as you intend to do.  In older Tony/DC days, there were limits on the amount of currency exchangeable for the contract rates, like the 25 m dong and 20 m dinar.  Have you asked the banks recently if they will have limits, and if so, is that a directive from the Govern, or a bank-imposed number?  Also, you went into great length on the last call saying one or two banks said only Zim holders will be able to get contract rates on their other currencies.  Why would they impose that restriction?  Is it still what is being said by those two banks?  Is it just an arbitrary decision?  Has that spread to other banks?  Ans: Got it from our committee person, never received info from the bank.  I’m going to try and get it on all my currency (contract rate).  They haven’t been told any limits.  We’ve heard you can get contract rates on all the currencies regardless if you have Zim or not.  Ask for the contract rate on every currency you have.  I talked to them, and they said all they have to do is ask for it.  If you don’t you won’t get it.  If you do, you are supposed to get it!

"800#'s, Military Bases, and Concerns" by Terity - 1/29/19

You know... I've been on this forum for a few years now. Reading diligently on a daily basis, trying to make sense of this ongoing RV saga. 

And I have come to respect the posts of a few members including, but not limited to, Mr. Ron Giles. 

Over the past few days there has been a lot of discussion around these elusive #800 numbers. 

Anonymous and ubiety have raised what, in my opinion, are very logical and sound questions. Yet they have been bashed as trolls to say the least. 

And my question is WHY! 

Why is it unreasonable to want to know where these #800 numbers come from?

Why is it unreasonable to want to know who will issue them?

Why is it unreasonable to want to know who will be answering on the other side?

Who decided that Patrick, or Bruce from the Big Call Universe will have access to these numbers?

Why have they been the selected/chosen ones?

Perhaps they themselves can enlighten those of us who wish, and I believe have a right to know, where they will get these numbers from and why we should really trust them.

I have personally gone to The Big Call Universe site on many occasions to sign myself up for their newsletter and to be contacted when the #800 numbers are released and nothing ever happens. I enter my name and surname, my valid email address, hit submit and what do I get? Nothing. No confirmation, no link in my inbox to confirm my subscription. Nothing. I even contacted the site through their ministry email address expressing this issue and asking how to go about resolving it but if you've received a response then so have I. What happens after I hit the submit button is I am instantaneously taken back to the sign up page as seen in the screenshot below. It doesn't work! And believe me I know how to sign up to newsletters only this one never works....

So who is this Bruce? And how does he have access to these numbers? And where does he get his information from?

Is there anybody here that can verify for me that they have, in fact, successfully signed up for this newsletter?

Another question raised by Anonymous and/or ubiety is the unmarked military bases. 

So let me get this straight, folks. I call this #800 number, while having absolutely no clue who is behind it, to follow instructions to go to an unmarked location, possibly with military escort, to hand over my currency in order to have it exchanged/redeemed without knowing WHO I am dealing with. 

Who can assure me that this is all trustworthy? Because Bruce or any "Bruce" says it? How can I be certain this is not all some big set up to strip people of their currency? Who is to tell me that I won't be escorted to my appointment only to have it taken away from me at gunpoint and then released, in the best case scenario, with a warning to hush hush in order that my life me spared? Just saying. Are these not reasonable concerns? Are you kidding me? To me it's insulting to peoples' intelligence and trust. 

And the other matter of concern. It is said that HSBC will be the (chosen) bank to handle exchanges. Is the HSBC NOT part of the Central Banking System we, as humans aspiring to an honest banking system, are making efforts to wipe off the face of this planet? 

Yes, fellow readers of this forum, these are my concerns. And they are sound and logical concerns based on sheer common sense and anyone who tells me otherwise is very gullible or does not have my best interests at heart. And before I, too, am labeled a troll know this. I come from a place of integrity with only good intentions in my mind and heart. If my questions/concerns can be answered in a respectful manner it would be greatly appreciated.

Parliament met today but did not vote on the cabinet positions. They announced that it will take place at the Wednesday session, including the budget.

I wanna put a few important questions to the community here. Hope someone will be kind enough to revert back.

I've read "Zim holders could redeem/exchange currencies at any bank, though the Zim would eventually end up at HSBC. If you originally redeemed Zim at HSBC all kinds of personal, legal and financial perks would be offered."

My question is if one belongs to some other country other than the US and there's no HSBC bank branch there, what would happen in that case?

Will there be #800 numbers for all currency holders belonging to different countries across the globe?

I've heard that RV is only for the currency holders of the US. Is that true? Then do the currency holders of other countries need to wait upon the GCR for redemption?

What is keeping the RV from happening up until now?

Hi All,

I’m a bit confused concerning the #800 as they apply to foreign countries. We all have heard on a very regular basis that the #800 will be available for the US, Canada, and Mexico. But we never hear anything about the release of those #800 for the over 200 other countries of the world. I’m an American living in the Philippines and although there are 4 branches of HSBC located in the business district of Metro Manila and 12 branches located in other parts of the country, will we have an #800 for one of them? I only ask this because a few days ago while listening to Parry and Kent Dunn, Kent stated that those currency holders living in Thailand would have to travel to Hong Kong for their exchanges (I have just discovered via an internet search that Thailand apparently does not have an HSBC branch any in the country so this might make sense). Is this also something those of us living in the Philippines or neighboring countries might have to contend with? I did hear only once, and I do listen very regularly, that upon #800 availability, we should simply call the given number telling the person at the other end of the line that we are in the Philippines, Namibia, or Kamchatka and we would be directed accordingly. What’s the latest on this?

And within the past few days I heard that the rate would be higher in the US and Canada than for the rest of the world. It has not snowed here in the Philippines in the 27 years I've lived here so immediately upon my exchange I intend to return to the states and pursue my humanitarian projects there. Will I and people like me in a similar situation be penalized simply for our present geographical location?

I’m not griping here but maybe one of the gurus can speak to this conundrum.

RayRen: Good afternoon, TNT super-fantastic family! This is Fantabulous Friday, January 26, 2018, with yours truly RayRat98 here along with Tony. We won’t keep you long because we know it’s Friday and everyone’s ready to bust loose. We don’t have any great new developments since Wednesday, so what will we discuss?

Tony: I think we can say something about the rates…

RayRen: We did get some new information on rates. Now $4.87 is the dinar rate being seen on the screens.

Tony: We got that this morning, in the US, from one bank, and we are trying to confirm that. The same bank, different branch, is saying they aren’t seeing ANY rates on their screens. So you’ll have to check with your own bank. We don’t usually share rates until we hear it from global traders, but these guys are usually good with their intel.

For those who have been following all along, we said $3.71 at one point, and it took everyone else a few days or weeks to catch up and confirm it. We said the lower denominations were at the bank last week, and now everyone’s seeing them, and they are explaining the 1s, 5s, and 10s on Iraqi television. So we are all on the same part for that. For years I said the rate would be 1:1 in Iraq – that is their rate, not our rate. Iraq has done all they can do for us: they put the new rate on all the cards and been paying people at better rates. Our sources in Iraq say that it will be a slow rollout and then it will pop. They have put out a schedule of when people will get paid at the new rate, which today we are told is $4.87. Now another guru is saying that Iraq is doing a slow rollout, just like I explained to you. They are also saying this will happen in January. Our top guys in Iraq are all being told this is going Thursday and Friday this week; we said that at the beginning of the week. Now, they have switched days, but it is still this month!

What I really love is that the other gurus are all saying that it is coming this month, for the same reason I said: so that when people are paid on the 1. February, and with corporations giving out bonuses, this is the perfect time to hide an RV as people are spending more money. That boost to the economy will be put down to the new tax law, rather than an RV. We were being told tonight after the markets close; now we are being told Monday, but that’s good as well, so long as it’s this month.

So everyone else is now getting the same information on rates and process, for the same reasons. That tells me that we are right on schedule, and that’s what our sources say as well. I don’t know what the schedule is, but I’m happy that we are right on schedule.

Questions from the TNT forum

Q: Tony mentioned that the rate shown right (as per Wednesday call) now is $4.07 and this event will be a taxable event. The taxes (15%) will come off the top. To clarify, the tax of 15% (or whatever the rate might be) will be taken off the $4.07 and the payout rate will be $3.46. Is this scenario correct?
[Tony: No.]
Or is the $4.07 the net rate which has the taxes taken off already?
A: The 4.07 is the ‘sell rate’, at which the bank sells to you; that is, it’s the rate AFTER the tax has been taken off. The buy rate might be a little bit less. However, the taxes come off before we even see the rate, so effectively $4.07 is the net rate… or now we are hearing $4.87 after the tax has been taken off.

Q: Do you know if the exchange centers (and/or banks) will be able to give us some type of documentation during our exchange that can be given to us, for the purpose of giving it to our CPAs and Financial Teams explaining that our newfound wealth was arrived via an event where the government has already taxed it? I would really like something in writing that I can give to them. Having to assume that all CPA’s and Tax Professionals are up to date on this tax event is liking talking to various banks about the dinar a year ago…it’s is risky at best.
A: I don’t know what the bank plans to do, or why they would do it – it’s not the bank’s concern. It’s up to the IRS to pronounce on that.

Q: Any update for the pictures coming out of the new lower denominations?
A: It says there are on the billboards and television in Iraq, but we haven’t received any yet. One of our sources spoke of sending them to us, but is not comfortable. Three banks have shown the lower denominations to their people, but not released them yet. They did do a training session on Wednesday on Iraqi television. I will ask that question.

Q: when we get the #800 number all the people that we given small amounts of currency to, do we give them the number or direct them to the bank for exchange?
A: I would give them the 800 numbers and let the banks deal with it.

Q: Could you please clarify something for me? It is my understanding now, the currencies have been “pretaxed” and that this will be a nontaxable event for us. Does that extend to the Zim, Dong and other currencies or just to the Dinar?
Tony: We are doing exchanges through the banks, and that is pre-taxed. Groups are ‘purchasing’ through China, so their situation might be different. We’ll have to wait and see.

Q: It was said on Wednesday call that the banks will be in charged of the 25-year pay out. Is there any guarantee that the bank will not fold and take our money?
Tony: I don’t know who will guarantee the money because I don’t know what the contract says. You’ll have to look at that, maybe with an attorney. If we keep going the way we were going, eventually that would explode. Some poor countries would never catch up. By restarting the global economy, that gives less-developed countries the chance to catch up, based on their actual assets. Somewhere that plan has to start; it will take years to get to where they want to end up, but this is the start.

Q: in the past you told us to wait before we jump into the market to invest because of volatility (six months). In light of all the business coming back into the country and the repatriation of oversees dollars, is this still your position?
Tony: I don’t have a lot of faith in countries coming back, but that’s just my opinion. I do think the new tax plan will help us as the new 1% and help corporations, not so much for individuals. It’s great that companies are giving out bonuses, but every one of them is also shutting down locations and businesses. So “I’m give everyone a bonus, but by Monday you’ll be out of a job.” So maybe they are giving out bonuses to people they are still employing, but really that puts the money back in their own pockets. It’s just playing with numbers. Sure, there might be some opportunities, but the same ones that were available before. I don’t believe in investing in existing industries; the real opportunities are in new, upcoming industries, so that I can ride the wave with them going us. I know everyone is crazy about BitCoin, but that was always a Ponzi scheme to me. Those who got into BTC at $10, when it went up to $10,000, they are now ecstatic. However, those who got in at 10K, and then it went up to $20K… then it fell down to 10K, and it is projected to go back down to $2K. Will it go back up to 20K? Probably not. Also, when BTC first came out, it was the only one. Now there are seven countries doing their own version of BitCoin, and we’ll find out about that in May. Other countries are outlawing BitCoin. So these other established companies say they are coming back to the US? Well, I’m looking for new companies and new opportunities.

Q: Since you have focused on trusts, is there any value in having a trust in place before the exchange?
RR: If you already had one, yes. I wouldn’t do it just for the exchange. You can create one afterwards.

Q: I am concerned about the lower denominations. Remember hearing several times that ATM’s were loaded and or unloaded with lower denominations and even fills were minted. Now recent report that banks are seeing lower denominations on hand but not released. Have you seen a picture of them? Do they really exist?
A: Yes.

Q: You have often said you would challenge the legality of any “requirement” to do a structured payout? According to your sources on the Zimbabwe, will it be a legal requirement? If not, who is putting that in place?? RR: I don’t have enough information on that so far.
Tony: If that is the procedure they set up, then it’s in the rules. You can challenge it, but I wouldn’t want to spend 25 years in court rather than spending my money.

Q: If I have a basic trust I exchange into and then set up another trust and transfer money to it, does this make it a taxable event?
A: Yes, unless the first trust is the grantor to the second trust.

Q: A long time ago it was said that we should be able to prove where we bought our currency. Is this still true when we go in to do our exchange? Or does it matter?
A: Nobody has said anything about that recently, but long time ago they wanted a letter for the background check. I would have proof, such as receipts or a gift letter; better safe than story.

Q: If I after I personally exchange my currencies (I assume that I might personally pay any taxes that would be due) and then after that I create an irrevocable trust (because I didn’t have the money before the RV/RI) , and then assign/gift that trust with my currency money, does the assignment of that money into the trust create a taxable event so that I then would be paying double taxes?
RR: What I’ve been told is that the first 500 million will not be taxed, and if it’s over that, you need to take advice. Tony: Is it limited to 50 million? Really?
RR: That’s what some professional folks have told us.

Q: Which is it for the Zim: remove six zeros and multiply by .147? Or multiply the face amount by .000000147?
Tony: That is the same rate, and 100 Trillion comes out at $14.7 million dollars.

Q: Is there a contract rate for the Zim like the dong and dinar?
Tony: I have been told that there IS a contract rate for the Zim, but you have to have a humanitarian project in Zimbabwe with a partner over there. The rate would be $2, and it would still be an 80/20 deal. The people who told me this were listening to the call when I explained it a few weeks ago, and they said I explained it well. The bank will assign you a partner, or you could find your own. It has to be approved, so check when you go to the bank.

Q: How will the NDA work for husband and wife, if one is in the hospital?
Tony: We wouldn’t know, but the bank will have some way of working that out.

Q: if our total amount of money exchanged equals less than the cap of the 500 million (dollars worth), do we get to keep our money without any time period pay out?
Tony: That cap is ONLY for the ZIM, and below that amount, you get to keep it all anyway.

Tony: How does 404 get in as the first caller every time??

865/404: I call in early. It may be an hour or so, and I listen to the music as I get on with my other tasks. So they have been tweaking the rates on dinar; have they been doing something similar with the rates for the other currencies?

Tony: I don’t know because we’ve only been asking about the dinar. I know dong has been static, but they expect that one to climb higher when it opens. I expect that all the currencies will go up on Forex.

Caller: When will the slow rollout been complete?

Tony: It takes four days for Iraq to get from the top level to the street guys. It’s rolling out and they raise up the levels every time they pay someone. It is also viral, starting in the middle and spreading out throughout the city, the province, and the country. It also depends on the type of person, like veterans, teachers, doctors, etc. Finally it gets to the government people. We want everything to switch over at the same moment, but their system isn’t finished. They are still putting up banks and ATMs, and switching this one, then that one. That’s why their intel might not seem to match ours, because it hasn’t got down to that level yet. However, on Monday, the rest should change on the same time.

Caller: Have you had any feedback on what they are saying in the mosques?

Tony: I haven’t heard from Iraq today, and typically Friday is a bad day for intel until after the sun goes down. That is why we haven’t been able to verify the rate over there yet.

423 caller: Several years ago, you said that it would make a difference whether you said IQN or IQD.

Tony: It never hurts to use the right code, which is supposed to be IQN – N for NEW.

Caller: You also said it would be tied to pound sterling.

Tony: There is a basket of currencies that it will be tied to. That’ won’t make a difference to the rate in the US – it will still be in dollars.

Caller: My husband is going away for two weeks; will that leave us in a bad spot if it goes up on Forex and then drops? Or will it be good for us in terms of Forex?

Tony: I don’t know. As it was explained to me, there is a certainly number they want to hit every day, and then they have a formula to cut it off so that it doesn’t run away. Then there is a number they want it to max out at. I think that will be over a ten-day period of time based on the formula I was given. Once it starts going down, everyone will sell, and it will drop quickly.

Caller: Do you think it will happen this weekend? Or not?

Tony: Friday afternoon or the weekend has always made sense to me, but what I’ve been told is outside my traditional window. If they do what they said, it’s not tonight. But who knows, really? Maybe they just want me to say that on the call. It’s still this month.

601 caller: Did I understand you to say that the 100 trillion Zim notes would be worth 20 million dollars?

RayRen: Based on the last rate we were given, 100 trillion Zim = $14,700,000.

Caller: I have a relative who has some medical issues. I know there is a cap on a gift of $15,000 per year. If I set up a trust or a bank account with 100K in it, that they could draw on, would that work?

RayRen: Why don’t you wait until this happens and see what works then?

Tony: You want to have a joint checking account that they can draw on? I don’t see why that wouldn’t work. You can set up a joint account with anyone. Make sure it is set up so that someone who is on welfare or benefits doesn’t lose their benefits. You can always check right now with an attorney or with your local Legal Aid to see what would work best. They are qualified to give you that kind of advice; I’m not a qualified adviser.

RayRen: Or you could just pay the bill! [The gift tax only applies to gift of money; you can pay someone else’s medical or educational bills without gift taxes.]

386 caller: So, are six zeros coming off the trillions AND billions of Zim?

RayRen: They are not taking any zeros off; the Zim denomoniations are exchangeable at .000000147, as we understand it. There are eight notes they will be accepting initially:
50 and 100 trillionnotes
50 and 100 billionnotes
50 and 100 millionnotes
50 and 100 thousandnotes

Next caller: I have eight grandchildren (ages 2 to 25) and I have set aside a 100 trillion for each of them. I don’t want to give them to them directly because I want them to work and such. I want to open an account for each of them separately, such that they cannot touch it until they reach a certain age.

Tony: So open a trust for each of them, and set each one up so that they can only draw from the trust on whatever terms you want.

RayRen: That works better for me. Don’t make them beneficiaries, though, because otherwise you make them owners.

AK caller: Did I hear Tony say that if you have more than 200 million, you should go to a tier 2 bank? And where can I get higher rates of interest? Should I got to a larger city?

Tony: Tier 1 banks will be able to handle higher amounts than tier 2 banks. You can negotiate with any bank to get higher rates, if you leave more money there. When you call the 800 number, and tell them what you have, they can tell you the best place to go that can handle that amount; you can negotiate from there.

Caller: If I were to exchange just a small amount to deal with immediate concerns would there be any problem doing that first and then exchanging the rest later?

Tony: There isn’t a problem, but there is time limit on contract rates, and also a limited tie for the rates to go up and down on Forex. They will be offering those special rates and perks for a limited period too. If you have enough to get those perks anyway, that’s not an issue for you. But what could be an issue is getting an appointment at the moment that you want to exchange, if others are using the 800 numbers to set up appointments. Only you can decide how to handle those parameters.

Caller: I don’t know if I want to go for the contract rates if the NDA and contract is so long and involved.

RayRen: What would you do with that small amount of money? If your bills and family members have been in a bind this long, another week or two won’t make much difference. Let’s say you exchange a 25K note on Monday @ $4 and on Friday it’s jumped to $8. That’s double the amount, and could bring in double the income further down the road. If your needs are that immediate, you would have dealt with it already. If you really that pressing an amount, I’d borrow that money for a month at a rate of interest, rather than missing this opportunity. By the time you have to repay the loan you will have exchanged, you haven’t lost anything. Really you have got free money for 30 days. Regardless of your credit rating, if the bank realizes you don’t need the money, you will probably get it.

Closing Statement

Tony: Summing up the week, we are not looking for the RV tonight. But I love this week for all the information we got. I know it’s in January, and Friday night makes sense because the banks would have three days to exchange people before this hits Forex. They were supposed to get everyone through in ten days. Monday is reconciliation day for banks, so Tuesday is really the first banking day, and then on Wednesday people start buying things. That makes some kind of sense to me. I love the fact that we have three different bankers in Iraq showing the lower denominations and saying “it was always scheduled for this month”. So I thought it was a great week, with the $3.71 on the cards, with information from the CBI that it would be a slow rollout and then just pop. Now we’re hearing $4.07, then $4.87, and training for lower denominations on Iraqi television. I’m relaxed. If it happens tonight or tomorrow, that would also be great, although that is not what we are being told.

I was wondering if you can shed some light about where those of us "lightworkers" from Mexico who have currency to exchange can ensure we will be able to see what 800 number(s) we should call when available.

Reading OWK's latest post rose some questions and doubt that even if we are registered in your email list to get that info it will include information pertaining Mexico's HSBC contact numbers.

I understand that as per all the info shared by you that the numbers are still not available for the West but OWK's post stated that they may have for our region but we have no place to check or confirm that, any thoughts.

I'm in peace and know that Father will ensure we get the information at his time but as you have said we must be vigilant and aware of the process to ensure we can receive his blessing and share it with our brothers and sisters.

There is ABSOLUTELY a plan to get phone numbers for EVERY country. However, right now, all I know is that there is one number that is being shared from person to person while it is still a World Secret. Of course, once the rates change publicly on the governments websites, it will be posted on IDC, and can and will be sent by email as well.

I am quite certain that if you get the number by word of mouth (Early segment plan), or get the number from the website or email (After the rates are changed publicly), you will be able to ask for the call in number for any country in the World. Of course, the Elders and NPTB have thought of this and just any other possible issue well in advance.

Trust the plan, they have had centuries to create it, and have been tweaking it to perfection ever since. You are in good and benevolent, hands.

I’m a Brazilian ZIM holder, and yesterday OWK stated that the GCR/RV had started in America, probably in Central or South America.

Does it already started in Brazil? Do you have any info about this?

Should I call directly HSBC and ask for the #800 or to exchange my ZIM?

Also, we’re in the middle of another corruption case with our current President, who is about to be impeached or he’s about to resign (just after 1 year after he took office since the elected president was impeached on April’2016). Should this delay anything about this matter in here?

#1) Yes, the Segments Plan is going EVERYWHERE in the World that includes Brazil.

#2) Until the new rates are published "PUBLICLY" for all to see, it is still a World Wide Secret. No bank will admit it and you will get NO proof what so ever! So don't bother calling the bank because they are REQUIRED to Lie to you about it.

#3) If EVER there were some concrete Proof of the GCR, Market traders and many others would go "ALL-IN" and upset the balance of the economy. The whole system is designed so that only those who hear about it and have "Faith" WITHOUT PROOF, will come out on top. Answer:

Germany is no different than every other country. EVERY ONE who holds these First Basket currencies which includes the ZIM, the Dong, and the Dinar, for example, are entitled to Get the "Privately Negotiated Rates" (Super High Rates) no matter what country you are in.

However, you will NOT be able to get information on this World Wide secret by calling the banks. You will have to be contacted by someone personally (The segments plan), or wait till the rates are published for all the World to see on government websites. Only then would any bank admit to the GCR.

Also once the rates are published, the special 800# will be on the IDC website and be emailed out as well. Since it is no longer a secret, after all, anyone can look up the new rates on the governments websites, then it can be sent by email and no longer has to be spoken by word of mouth (Kept a secret).

As far a Germany goes, I am sure that anyone can call that number and get the right number for their own country, and their area. It will be very easy and accessible to everyone. My 2 questions for the ZIM sovereign rate . . .

1. What would happen if I won’t be able to spend not even 10% of the humanitarian fund? For example just one 100T note at a sovereign rate will be 12.5 Quintillion Dollars! If I choose 80% for the project and sign an NDA, that will be 10 Quintillion Dollars! If I do 50 year structured payout, I would have to spend 200 Quadrillion Dollars per year just on the humanitarian project! How could I spend 200 Quadrillion per year? This is just one note!
   
2. Can I pick and choose what percentage may go to a humanitarian project? May be in the beginning 1%. Couple of years later 20%. Down the road 80%, 99% or all 100%.
   

Great thing about getting a sovereign rate is that I can really change the world and disperse any amount, fund all bright young minds of the world. Basically sky is the limit.

But I just don’t want to be obligated and forced to do certain amount of percentage because of the NDA.

As Yosef has said, it can be a real burden, and we’re only talking about one, 100T note!

And I’m sure most of us have more than one.

If I choose a screen, I can pick and choose projects that I’m passionate about and do them right at my own time, my own pace and my own set amount of percentage. I can even take time off for a couple of years and get back in later.

But the downside is I won’t be able to fully help, change, make our world great, and really bless people that are in need.

As Yosef have said, "there is no drama, no fear, but only abundance”.

Well I definitely will do a lifetime humanitarian work, but I don’t want any obligation of certain percentage, burden, and bank oversight.

So I’m having a dilemma in choosing screen rate vs. sovereign rate.
My heart tells me bless all! But my head tells me bless a few.

#1) Just like you said, you will be getting more money than you will EVER be able to spend, with even just one $100T Zim note. But there are NO % requirements for Humanitarian Projects. IT IS ALL YOUR MONEY TO DO WHAT YOU WANT. There will be NO OVER SIGHT on what you spend it on, and what you do.

That said, they are looking for what kind of person you are (Your Heart). They want to see and feel your heart. Do you speak "Excitedly" about helping humanity? Is this something that is a passion of yours? If so, they know that you will not only want to help Humanity, but, no one will be able to keep you from doing it. Light Workers don’t need over-sight, and the Bankers know that.

Why So Much Money Then?

I was having a conversation with "Source" on this matter and here is what I learned. We are not going to 5d, we are going to 6d. It turns out that 5d is "Abundance" and 6d is Freedom. With that in mind, if dimensions are actually levels of Consciousness, which Sananda told me they were, then ABUNDANCE CONSCIOUSNESS is very important for evolution (Ascension) to a higher consciousness (Dimension). That means by having so many zeros in your account, your ABUNDANCE "Feeling" energy, skyrockets into the heavens. When you have zillions of dollars more than you will EVER spend, your mind shifts to 5D Abundance Consciousness ON THE SPOT. How could it not?

Here is the Tip:

Ask for all you want. I want you to "Touch The Ceiling" and feel that you got all you could get. You didn't leave anything on the table. This is important to leave "Satisfied" with how much you got. Those who have the greatest feeling of "Lack" will need to ask for way more since they need more to wipe out that Lack feeling (Consciousness). However, those who do not feel as much lack, will not need as much to feel that wonderful abundance. In the end, no amount is right or wrong. It is important that the amount you choose, is the amount that will wipe out your personal level of Lack, and IMMEDIATELY shift you to 5d on the spot. If you leave the exchange center and feel like you should have gotten more, you are still in lack and did not get enough to wipe it out. But if you leave the exchange center completely satisfied.... You hit the mark!

No, it was a friend of mine who sent me the information on Max Steel. I have already checked him out from back when he came on the Gary Larrabee video channel with Kent Dunn. I had already discovered that he was a Cabal agent way back then.

However, when he had Tank on his show the other night, I though Steel may have turned to the Light, after all, I can't think of a more dedicated Light Worker than Tank. But as it turns out, he must have been using Tank to make himself look good, because he is still Cabal all the way.

In answer to your question, he was saying in his Cabal agenda conference the other night that "We have all been duped... The GCR/RV is not real!" I welcome you to go and do the research yourself. Mountain Goat is a well known Cabal stooge and cannot be trusted in the least. It doesn't mean that all the information is wrong, but the important part is. This one pretends to be in Germany and used to spend a lot of time giving a back story, which is CIA/Spy 101. Anytime an intel provider spends too much time telling you who they are and where they live, you can bet that is not who they are is not where they live.

It is widely believed that Dr. Clark is also Mountain Goat as well. I remember that idiot coming on the scene. Answer:

The segments are figured out by a super-duper computer that sees who is in contact with who. In example, I have a large list of people I send emails to since I got most of them into this investment. Ever since I got them in I have been keeping them updated on what is going on. Naturally the computer was able to figure out that I would be a "Key" person to get an 800# and then communicate it to my people that I am already communicating to. But these "Key" people could be Intel providers, currency dealers, etc.

Clearly, the plan is not perfect. Some have no phone to be notified by, and some have changed their phone numbers or lost contact with others. So, for those who did not get contacted by the segment plan, the 800# will be posted on the Website for 3 days (72 hours) and an email WITH THE NUMBER will be sent to them if they are signed up for that notification like you are. However, the website posting and the email will NOT be sent out until the GCR is public, and the rates are PUBLISHED on the Official Government's websites. As soon as that happens, the emails will be sent out. There will be many people who get the email that had already exchanged in the Segments plan, but for the rest who have not, they will then have the number and can make their appointments.

So, that means that you could still be contacted by someone under the segment plan, but if not, then you will be notified by both the website at IDC, and by an email as well. You can't miss out and you will have plenty of time to set your appointment. Remember, you need to call and set your appointment right away, but, the time when you actually go to exchange can be at a time and date that works for your schedule. Call fast, but go in when you can.

How much should we ask for on our 100T ZIM note?

We have calculated our mortgage pay off, bills pay off, loans pay off and other misc. debts pay off. Then we added in assistance for family members, purchase of 2 new cars, several trips we would like to take and a cash reserve. There are probably a few other items we will add as we think of them.

At start up we will use some of the original principle to get several humanitarian projects started. We have also calculated the amount of cash needed to bank (cash engine) in order to produce the amount of interest needed quarterly to fund these and other humanitarian activities in perpetuity.

We know the new metals backed financial system will fund our new currency, USN, for the Republic of the United States of America at an established value. Will there be any further reduction in value during the global revaluation process? While we don’t want to be greedy and take more than we need we do want to take enough.

The bottom line, should we ask for more funds at redemption to offset any future reduction in value of our GIFT? We think the answer should be NO, as we are now in a new benevolent period of growth and prosperity. “The Golden Era”

First I would like to thank Patrick for DC for offering such an invaluable venue for so many. Also I thank you OWK for all the calmness and clarity you bring to this process. Also an invaluable selfless service.

My question/comment is the veracity of the truth of this event. I have been in this speculative investment for just about 7 1/2 years and like so many others I have heard an incessant repetition of the same things. Whether it was just about to happen this week back in 2009 or the lifting of chapter7 or releasing the lower denoms or the liberating of Mosul or on and on for a million other reasons to the rv of the IQD has evolved into the GCR and that this has been planned for the last 50 or is it 100 or 1000 years. Who knows really?

I mean, I want to have faith in this and I believe I have kept the faith. But to be honest with you, even you have been expecting this to happen for some time now and it hasn't. I read you are one of the segment leaders which is great but how do you know with absolute certainty that you yourself are not being led down the garden path? Others have said and I'll repeat it - it keeps getting reported over weeks maybe even months and actually years but nothing ever happens. Do you really know with 100% certainty that this segment rollout is the truth and what the timeframe is?

Please take this in the well-meaning spirit it is given.

Sorry for the lead-in. Just setting the stage.

On Saturday, your peer Yosefus, (yet again) made very specific (erroneous) claims. As just a few examples:

· Redemption center staff checks in at 5:30am, 11:30am, 5:30pm & 11:30pm daily.

· HSBC told their midnight crew would get the RV start sometime Saturday.

· Military base redemption staff reporting nightly at 8pm EDT for ZIM only redemptions.

· Fresh food and drinks are catered in and placed out every night by 11pm EDT.

· Once tax day ends on Saturday April 15, expect 800#s to pop out, as that ends the 2016 tax collection period, legally--as well as the USA, Inc's fiduciary books permanently.

· Look for a midnight release between April 15 & April 16 as that's when the Christian Orthodox churches celebrate the Easter holiday.

· All 28,000 Wells Fargo employees are to report into work tonight at 6:30 PM EST to begin the exchange process.

Not only is each one of these ludicrous and beyond the pale, but the collection is wholly insane. (ALL 28,000 WF employees went to work Saturday night?! Before Easter Sunday? I know many. THEY DIDN’T!)

None the less, the tragedy is this jack-wagon’s bodacious “intel” preys on Dinarland’s hopes. Real, caring people’s hopes get raised to tremendous highs by this piece of dirt then get dashed when his BS proves wrong again. (But he keeps getting printed on DC)

I have a simple question for One Who Knows but before I ask I do want to thank you for the information you have recently put out and the answers to all of the questions that have been asked. People ask questions for a bunch of reasons and I have always maintained that it is alright to ask questions. I wish these arm chair psychologists and psychiatrists which just back the hell off and let people ask whats on their minds. I have always been told there is no "bad" question. To make someone feel bad for asking a question earns those people a good square kick right in the kahonies. I have found that if 1 person has a specific question, there probably are many others with the same one and for what ever reason, maybe they are beat up every time they ask a question, they end up not asking it. This endeavor is fraught with questions and a lot of time asking questions holds peoples feet to the fire so I say if someone doesn't understand something then go ahead and ask someone who may understand it better than yourself.

I have a simple question that I ask in all seriousness. You have called this plan "genius" and from what I see it is, even though I am no one to judge. But I cannot believe that General Dunford put all of the time and effort into developing this plan without some kind of time line for it. So I am asking in all seriousness, what is the time line for the roll out of this plan. Now I understand you don't know the exact moment but there had to be some indication as to whether we would be waiting to see this plan executed this week, this month, this quarter. I know in your post you said "a couple of days" but now that this has been out for "a couple of days" I wanted to know if you are sticking to that time line or will there be more delays in order to implement this plan or what. We, the die hards that have been patient through this whole thing have been through all of the delays, real and manufactured and just want to see this thing done, as I am sure you do. So a plan as complicated as this has to have some kind of time line. I'm sure the General didn't create this plan just for busy work. When I was in the service, whenever the upper brass created a plan and implemented it, it ALWAYS had a hard time line so thats why I am wondering here.

I truly am not trying to put you on the spot, I truly am not trying to make you look bad. I have come to the conclusion that you are one of the "good guys" and don't believe you would put something out that was total crap so I hope you can enlighten us with the answer to the proverbial million dollar question. We are just tired of the games and hope that this truly is it.

Thank you for your (it seems) tireless efforts regarding the idc community.

I am in a southern African country. I bought currencies via ebay, but had it delivered to family in England. Once I just made the delivery adress theirs and other times, when I experienced some difficulty buying from my account I had them buy it for me using their own account. I also had them buy dong at a currency dealer, but repaid them. When they visited in December they brought all the currencies (Z$, IQD, VND) along as well as all the paperwork. I thought maybe there will be a local place where we'll be able to exchange, but we don't have an HSBC over here. The original plan was to go back to England to exchange and I'd still prefer that option.

I haven't explained the RV/GCR to them, because my believe in this wasn't hight enough untill recently. It remains a speculative investment at best, so neither could I really sell this to any of my other family members. I tried to, but was shot down before I could get started. Having to exude an air of being financially​ responsible I didn't bother a second time.

There are 3 of us in whose name the currencies were bought, though I ultimately paid for everyhing. Who will have to exchange what, seeing that there is supposedly a record of who bought what? I'm afraid that the big bucks will then go to people who does not have a clue about this whole reset, leaving me with almost nothing to do any projects with. My original plan was to put the money in trust and devide that which wouldn't be needed for projects equally among the family members, so they will probably be getting more than they would know what to do with anyway.

1. Possession is 9 tenths of the law, but would the name of the original purchaser have any impact?
2. Any idea where in southern africa I might be able to exchange? Apparently SA does have an HSBC, but not a retail banking branch.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart for all that you and Patrick do for us in this community, it is so appreciated. I'll get to the point as I know you have many many enquiries.

I'm from UK and up til now I've kept a low profile because I wish to help humanity as anonymously as I can, for many reasons but mostly for my childrens' safety when this GCR rolls out.

There's no one talking about the GCR/RV in UK, Dinar Chronicles is my only source of info so I check in daily and have for a while now and am content to trust the process.

But, I now have a small request, please will you put me on your Segment email list?

I bought my currency from an HSBC branch in UK, but they didn't take any contact details so I can't expect them to email me so I rang HSBC in London today.

It took an hour, as I was passed from dept to supervisor and back again, yet still I couldn't get to anyone who had a clue what I was talking about, they could only offer a screen rate which is the same that it's been for the last few years.

They had no idea what I was on about, it's like I'm on a different planet!

I'm assuming in UK there's no where near as many currency holders as in US, and as I have Dong, I'm thinking maybe its a different system here whereby the banks have no idea about this and the only route to some kind of 'secret separate first basket currency exchange unit' is the #800 coming to us via "segments".

I'm confident that I'm not in a list or group due to my low profile, although I'm on Patricks email list for this site.

So please, OWK, you seem to be the reliable source of info, would you kindly include me in your segment group list? Patrick will have my email address from this post and his "Intel" email list, I would be really grateful if he would pass it to you.

I’d like to thank you very very much for your service on humanity, and in particular for helping the community here on IDC „planet“ to guide us on all topics of our currency exchange and questions about ascension and more. Also a special thank to Patrick for providing us this „galactic“ platform for our great future, thank you very much Patrick. And also many thanks to all writers here, equal on which topic you write, if currency exchange, spiritual guides, the event, ascension and a lot more – I love it to read a lot of them.

Until now I have translated a lot of articles posted here for a german speaking chat group, and it helped me on the one hand to learn the language better, and of course on the other hand to increase my knowledge on all these different themes.

Since many years I live in Spain, and for this reason I will stay in the future here too, and I will start my humanitarian and infrastructural project in Spain (center will be in Barcelona, I will move to there, just the moment I live on one of the beautiful Balearic islands). My projects includes about 25 countries, or even far more than 50 countries, it depends on the rate I can negotiate. Also when I have a profound knowledge on different professions I studied in this life, I am sure that I am not prepared to build up a huge company (foundation) of tens of thousands of humans to realize this project by my own (as a „CEO“), for this I need someone, but I am sure at my appointment they can help me!? I will take over a part of the whole project, and I see myself also in the position of a „student“ who will learn from the „CEO“ how to build up a huge foundation. I have only ZIMs, and will invest nearly all in my project, and I will take only a fix amount for me in private. At least the percentage I take for my my own will be less than 0.01%, or even far less.

I want to ask you some questions, I’m sure you can answer them :-)

1. I have prepared a PowerPoint presentation for the appointment. Do you think there is also the possibility that they have a beamer and computer at the appointment which I can use when I have a USB stick with me, or I can only use my printed presentation (My Macbook is broken, and the desktop computer I cannot carry with me ;-)? Or do I have to ask this at my #800 call?

2. About the language at the appointment. Like I said I live in Spain (born in Germany), I would like to have my appointment here; I think it will be in Barcelona, when I am right HSBC is there. The problem is, I want to do it in English language, even I don’t know if I can handle it perfectly in English, but definitely I am unsure to fulfill it in Spanish language, and I don’t think that at the appointment will be present German speaking peoples!? The reason is not really about the presentation, to handle it in English, it is more because of the NDA (yes, I want to and have to go for „sovereign“ rates cause of my project).

Do you think that it is possible also when I do my exchange in Spain, that I can have a copy of the NDA in German language beside the English version, which I can read before I sign the english version, because it is difficult for me to understand the business English in contracts? Or it will be better to go to Germany or Switzerland to do it there, even the project is in Spain? (My presentation is prepared in English language, because if I had to go to Germany or Switzerland, there is not the problem, they speak English too)

3. There were different opinions in the past about the number of pages of the presentation. Now I have two versions, a short and large one. The short one has nearly fifty pages, the large one nearly hundred. Or the short version still has to many pages (it is a PP presentation, so a single page has not a lot of text on it, and it is better to capture the content fast)? For me it makes no sense to have a presentation of a handful pages at this size of the project. Or what do you think or know about the count of pages?

First, you won’t be getting any help with your projects at your exchange appointment. That will be about agreeing to a rate, setting up your accounts etc. You will be able to enlist the help of your Wealth manager with your projects. He can help you pick a good contractor, manager, or whatever else you need. Importantly, you will have the money to get expert advice for EVERY AREA that you want advice. VERY EASY.

Electronics At The Appointment = NO

No phones, computers, recorders, or other devices will be permitted at your exchange appointment. If you have a Power Point presentation, print it out.

Your Project/Presentation

I have pointed out that it is not as much about your presentation on paper, as it is about you revealing your TRUE HEART. They are looking for passion. There will be people who have been living under a bridge who will get the high rates without any paper presentation at all. It is all about YOU. Your project presentation is more about them listening to your excitement, than it is about your project itself. If you are a Light Worker, it will show and that is all that matters.

NEXT: Language

This was a very important question and the answer will be as well. Tell them that your primary language is German and that you want someone there who can speak German to you, and you want your agreements in both German and English. There is NOTHING too hard to do for a future Trillionaire. Tell them what you want and expect to get it.

Your friend most likely will get some sort of notice from a segment-group. Just tell him to let you know when he does. First, you should be in the system since Travelex is not just a dealer, they are one of the largest. So, I am quite sure you will be notified through the email address you used with them. However, no matter what, the 800#s and information will be on the net just like they said. If for some weird reason, you don’t get an early notification, you will get the information you want from the net anyway. No Biggie.

The street Rates will be the ones that regular people get for years to come. The regular exchange rates for that currency. We will have much higher rates available to us during a short time for ALL THE FIRST BASKET CURRENCIES. The Dinar, Dong, Afghani, zim, etc. You will have plenty of time to exchange and get these rates.

There will be the early notices, emailed in segments, then it will be posted on the net for all those who didn't get any emails, or didn't even have emails, and that will last for a certain number of days. Once the special exchange offers are over, all rates will reset to the street rate where they will remain.

So my question is (just to clarify), how about the #800 numbers that is suppose to be will be posted in IDC website that says: "This is where the 800#'s will be listed which will be included in the TETELESTAI post once published." (which actually I am waiting to appear)

Does it mean that there will be no number to be posted here or it will be cancelled also?

Answer:

The segments plan is an Early notification plan. It is to get as many people through the process as possible before it is posted on the net. If someone posts one of the segment numbers publicly, it will have to be disabled and replaced. no biggie.

However, when the 800# is posted on the web site it will be the "Internet 800#" and will remain for a few days until all those who had not yet called in can do so. After a certain amount of time, it will be pulled down and turned off as well. This means that when you get an 800#, call right away to set your appointment. You don’t have to go in right away, just make contact right away, and then set an appointment time that works for you. Some will set a later appointment time due to travel sickness, or something else. Easy!

How will we get notified over here when we can go in, I have spoken to a HSBC Bank here in Aus several weeks ago and was informed that they new all about the RV/GCR and weren't allowed to discuss it or mention anything about it until they received official advice to do so, another question is the HSBC banks here don't do currency exchanges but all have a Travelex currency exchange centers inside the branch so who will do the exchange, Travelex or HSBC?

I am eagerly waiting to help the poor & hungry all over the world, I monitor all blogs and currency sites daily and can't wait for this to go but it's hard to get advice guidance when no one has your contact details, any guidance regarding this would be greatly appreciated.

Basel III has strict standards of keeping track of these currencies and you MOST likely have an email address listed for your purchase for this VERY TIME IN THE PROCESS. They knew that down the road, when this actually went live, that they would be contacting people by email, just like it is being told to you. So don’t be surprised to find out that your email address was collected and saved for notifying you later.... Like now!

YES, you should notify your giftees as they probably don’t have any buying records or ways that the NPTB would know they have currency. Like you, I have many giftees and it will be our responsibility to notify them when we get the information ourselves.

Patrick will be getting the 800#s to put on his website when it is the right time. Remember, for all those who don't have emails, or aren’t contacted for some reason, they will be able to get the 800#s and information on the website when it is posted. Easy.

As far as your friend goes, I don’t see a problem with that. It is an early contact roll out plan, and you are just helping the process to go faster. That being said, keep it to those people you have direct contact with. I know that there will be some overlap at times, and some people will be left out since they never bought currency themselves. But that is why the number will then be posted on the net so that whoever still has not set their appointments, they can do so then. It is a pretty good plan, and it can be tweaked a bit, especially if you want to go with your friend to exchange as well.

According to Zorra of Hollow Earth, the IRS, and The Federal Reserve "Are No More." They were agents of the British Crown. That being said, the "Official" response is to file or file an extension.

However, my personal feeling is "Screw them" and don't file. I expect it is just a matter of hours if not days before the Republic and NESARA will be announced and we will be told that those "Agencies" no longer exist.

Frankly, it would be fun to see what they would do about it since they are all show now, and have no authority to do diddly squat about it. To be clear, my personal advice to my friends up till today was to file if they were going to get a refund, and file an extension or skip it if they were not. But today, with the GCR about to start, and the Republic about to make its appearance, I think that the IRS is all bark and no bite, and I would not file a thing.

It is my expectation that once the Republic and NESARA is announced, EVERYONE who paid taxes this year, if not prior years as well, will get a 100% refund of EVERYTHING they paid. All that being said, you may get your answer before the 18th anyway. All is well.

According to your info, HSBC is going to be the bank that makes the currency exchanges, problem is, I have Zims (whit humanitarian project) but there is no info in our country, and for that reason I have a few questions

1. Is there going to be a #800 in Mexico different than the USA?, or should I call the USA #800 to set my appointment?
2. Can I go to the USA to exchange my currency if I don´t have US citizenship?,
3. If I exchange in Mexico, what currency exchange is the bank going to give me, USN or MXN at the fair exchange rate to USN?
4. The sovereing rate for Mexico are slighltly different, but can I request for a USN rate and then exchange it to MXN? Or just request USN and stay on that same currency?

Answer:

First, you might be calling the same 800#s that we are here in the US. However, when this goes we will have the real Official information on what EXACTLY to do. I am quite certain that there will be some sort of list of countries, and banks to call once this is actually going. Don't worry about that, just wait until it is go time and then look for the information that pertains to your country.

#2) It is better for you to exchange in your own country. The systems are set up that way. When you get extra money for projects, it is expected that it will benefit your country, if not totally, at least to start with.

#3) You will be exchanging into your country's money first. You can then exchange again into another country's money later, but in your case, I would not recommend it. I personally think that your Peso might get a bit of a bump up in value later. If that is true, you will make money on your own currency.

For a while, we used to hear about the "Second Basket" of currencies that would revalue next. I no longer hear about that and I think that might be because many of them will change value this time around, and/or just because we are already getting whatever money we ask for, so why would we be interested in investing it in another currency? All that being said, I still think that there will be some other adjustments later and I would not be surprised if the Mexican Peso was one of them.

The bottom line is to just wait until this goes, then call whatever numbers you get and ask what you should do next in/for your country. The information will be available for EVERY country in the World. No country will be left out. Also, exchange in your own country, bring whatever ID you have and expect it to work out for you, because it will.

Something I keep forgetting to ask that keeps bugging the logical side of my mind....
How are the bank personnel "encouraged " to work, what seems like difficult lower paying positions and long hours, when they all could just have purchased Zim and be a humanitarian and not work a nine to five job? Were the banking personnel even eligible to buy Zim? Why would they all not be trillionaires too?

Answer:

Your question is actually a very good one. In the early days, the banks just lied to their employees to keep them from finding out about it. But many still bought it anyway. Then they put out memos that their Employees were forbidden from investing in these currencies and that worked on some of the employees. However, many people just quit so they could invest anyway, others got their families into it, and still others bought the currencies anyway. They knew that the bank was in no position to make such demands on their employees.

So, now that the cat is out of the bag, (and typing on a keyboard), the banks have had to take another tact. They found it was smarter, to accept that their employees had the currency and offered them pay increases if they would agree to work for a certain period of time after the GCR goes, so that the bank would not have to close. The alternative was to hire and train new people, to just lose them later once they found out about the currencies.

Now, most of them have currencies, and are getting paid very well to stay, and will continue to work for a short time after the GCR goes, until the bank can replace them. This was the better policy.

The NDAs have changed "BIG TIME" since this whole thing started. The NDA is so easy and nothing to worry about. My best advice is to not worry about it now. Wait until you get there and see what it says for yourself, ask questions and then decide. Frankly, that is the ONLY time you can decide because you won't know what it REALLY says until you see it.

That being said, I have been comforted by Grandfather, that it is nothing to worry about. They want you to have big money so bad that they have even raised the NON NDA rate so you wouldn't worry. Frankly the main issue is that they don’t want to freak out the sleeping public about what they had missed out on. It is better if they NEVER know how good we had it. In this case their ignorance, will be their bliss.

When the currency is devalued ,it's just what it means, if Iraqi dinar devalues it mean it going to take more money to buy groceries for example. That's why they use the American dollars over there. On a personal note, I'm so excited for this digital family and the Philippines to evolve past the RV.  I pray our fellowship will carry on somehow long after those elusive 800#s arrive and change everything.   Good people are hard to find, and human angels even harder.

​A: Yes and no.  The better questions is why?  See one ZIM note trumps all other notes, so to separate them is silly.  They'll see you have ZIM, and make a general offer to take all the currencies off  your hand.  If you want some clean and clear cash in a separate account they'll just set that up.  Sub trusts too for kids and businesses.  Otherwise, the majority of your money will probably be set up for investment through a structured payout, with a small portion coming out as spendable cash.  Keep in mind, one ZIM solves the majority of the world's currency financial problems… that's how dynamic the GCR/RV truly is… and why I question the question.  Think bigger.  


Q: Any advice for Canadian redeemers?


A: Yes, treat your native populations incredibly well post RV.  There are many suffering between Toronto and Vancouver.  Otherwise, there's no difference in terms of redeeming currency… it's the same anywhere in the world.  Has to be, that's why it's a  global currency reset… and why it took so damn long.  Had to be the same experience everywhere win the world.  The United States just has more redeemers and why they needed more off site redemption centers.

Q:  I’ve been hearing for at least a year now that the VIP’s have exchanged.  Is there any way our government can keep us common people from receiving this blessing?  We need it desperately just to survive. 


A: The world is in desperation for hydration, as well as your home.  Everyone is being made to suffer so all will play nice in the planetary sandbox, per the Chinese Elders mandate for release.  Just ask Israel having to accept a two state solution or Saudi Arabia having to let go of Yemen, or the Ukraine having to give back half of their country back to Russia.  As to your question, no you don't have to worry.  If you're getting to redeem, it's because the NPTB won't let the OPTB take anything away from you or anyone else.  The good guys are very much in control and not playing games now.  To God be the glory!


Q: What do I say when I first get to the bank so I don't look stupid?  Should you let them speak first?  Does it matter?


A: The exchange center employees are trained for all types of reactions.  Joy, tears, anger, rage, ignorance, fear, euphoria… they even emotional psychotherapists on duty at the exchange centers for people just losing it… good and bad.  In terms of negotiating, it's pretty simple… there's a screen rate… and there's a negotiated sovereign rate… if you take less than the screen rate, you won't need to sign an NDA, if you take more than the screen rate, the NDA's will be more severe but the numbers will go very high, especially for those prepared with humanitarian projects that create jobs (and they go super high if you're looking to do such things in third world countries).  The question is really what makes things right between  you and God?  What's the right rate between you and your maker?  Answer that, the rest will flow with ease.  As for what to say, speak from the heart and be honest.  Always. Trust in the process and let the gift be given to you, versus trying to manipulate the universe for more or deny the universe for less.  Just be you.  You're enough and so you'll get enough.  Enjoy the experience because it's a once in a lifetime event.  If you still find yourself nervous, just surrender to the process and pray for guidance… the words will come perfectly if you surrender to perfect love.  And remember, humility, knowledge and silence are the most powerful negotiating tools.  


Q: I have a ministry in Hamilton, Ontario with an email list of over 500 people interested in the GCR/RV event.  My question is when you get info from the Lord does he bring you to the event and show you stuff, ahead of time, that is how you know so much?   


A:  Wow, great question.  Honestly, yes.  Yet I do speak with military, agency, banking and white hat contacts almost daily.  So I do get some earthly direction as well, but yes I'm shown things that lead me to places in spirit in advance.  I knew about the GCR/RV in 2006 due to this ability, which was honed as a professional writer for years.  Recently, it's developed from faith into knowing and I do witness events before they happen.  The Trump & Paul Ryan fiasco is just such a thing… I've already seen Paul Ryan sworn in and healing the country.  Yet Trump won… often times I know things in advance but have no clue how we get there.  The ZIM was such a thing, yet I have since researched the heck out of it to feel certain about my investment decisions surrounding currencies (which I held off buying for 5 years because I never felt the were real until 2014).   Please understand I appreciate those who only want hard earthly facts, as well as those who are seeking higher conscious intel… but in truth, like Christ, we are both man and spirit… so it makes sense to me to utilize both when I share what I share.  Very good question.  


Q: Do you see us on the other side of the Exchange by month end?  Will It be a shotgun start?  Do you have a humanitarian project(s) that we can financially join in your efforts?  Will you still show up here on the DC blog post RV?


A: OK, a four parter… let's attack one by one…


1) I know exchanges are happening before the month of January will end.  The question is when will the 800#s come out, which probably your question.  Some of the group paymasters have been hydrated and will start paying out on Monday at 12:01pm EDT.  
2) The shotgun start is a bit of misnomer.  Tiers 1,2,3 and T4 paymasters are already hydrated, so no it won't be a shotgun start.  Liquidity will be a shotgunned approach world wide, whereby all currencies can move (or be in taken for redemption) at the same time or in a shot gun fashion, yes.  
3) I have a compliance mechanism to service the globe, and that is what I will be working on.  Not one project or humanitarian discipline per se.  The Lord has tasked me with reaching every soul on the planet with mercy… consistently, efficiently and abundantly.  That said, like you, I will be showing the redemption staff my humanitarian plans and also asking for sovereign rates on the ZIM.  
4) I will no longer blog in an economic prediction sense. I will be starting a humanitarian media organization that will communicate my overarching world view of service as strength, but not on D.C. specifically.  I have a face for radio, it's best if I stay in the background as I believe fame (and money) does nothing but corrupt. 

Q: With President Trump stopping people with visa's from coming in to the US will it stop the RV?


A: Ah, The Donald.  You guys know I'm not a fan.  But I get why he's where he is.  I've accept that after much meditation and some very long walks in nature.  Why him Lord!?  In part I came to the conclusion that the Russians and Chinese were attempting to rescue yet shame our nation, as a reminder of how bad we let things get to elect a Donald Trump-esque figure.  After all, I have knowledge that he's a known pedophile sitting in the highest office in the land.  I also am aware he wont' be there for long due to controlled scandal.  This was done more for the desire of the Chinese and Russians to control three terms of the White House, versus just two if they had run their selected candidate in the 2016 election.  It's my understanding they have set up nearly 13 years of control over US Republic affairs, and Donald Trump was a bridge to help achieve this goal.  He was also willing in order to achieve his own amnesty and keep his brand name, as well as his family's legacy through real estate.  Combine all that, and we all got Donald Trump.  As for visa's halting the flow of immigration… that's more complicated than just Trump.  Illegal immigration is a real problem in all nations with open boarders, and it was used as a weapon by the cabal against the American people… so there is some responsibility to reducing the flow of immigrants.  The deep question is what to do with good people working and earning a living here, and then what to do with their naturally born citizen children (DREAMERS).  Sadly, I do feel some very good and productive people will be headed back to their country as part of an overall change in the immigration policy, which I do believe is necessary.  I pray it's done humanly.  And you know what, that's a great humanitarian cause to help those out financially back in their home country who have been or are being deported!  When God gives you lemons, make lemon aide!!!!!!
     
Q: Some say the Dinar will have 3 zeros taken off......like the 25000 note becoming 25 and we will get $3 and change for that… so says over and out and Jester.  What say you?


A: No zeros taken off on any currency in terms of conversion.  Where the zeros come off is at the FOREX level, for instance… the Dinar is at 1,170.  I see the reality of the IQD being valued at $11.70 after the revaluation, and thus two zeros have been reduced.  But the actual face note of what your holding would then be redeemed at $11.70 USD.   Understand, international law says that if you print a currency (which is a very small bond against the assets of a sovereign nation) that nation or the nation collateralizing new currency must satisfy all old debts as they were issued.  And since China is absorbing the debts for the USA, Iraq, Vietnam, Indonesia, Afghanistan, Iran, and Zimbabwe… their printed face values must be honored 1:1.  I think people misunderstand how the system will be flipped, so they freak out over zeros being removed.  It's more about the decimal point shifting to make each currency properly valued on an international platform.  I mean seriously, with Vietnam's booming economy, should 1.00 USD = 22,300.00 VND?  That makes no sense.  Nor 1.00 USD = 1,170.00 IQD.  The western world attempted to convince everyone that their currency was the most valuable, when in truth, it was the least and this revaluation is needed to bring humanity back to a true and fair economy understanding… that's all.  


Q: We were given the email address to reach the white hats with information about dark behavior, but do you think it includes ripping people off, or do we have to wait for them to be otherwise reprimanded?


A: Garden in your own garden, stay out of others weeds.  Dismiss all such emails and don't send your currency to anyone.  Treat it as if it were cash because it shall soon be. 

Q: My residence is Sarasota, FL however, due to a family emergency I am away and will be for a couple months.  I have all my documentation and currency with me.  Question.  Can I exchange in my new town or do I have to go back to FL to do my exchange?


A: If  you're still in the USA you're fine.  Just call the 800#s when they show up, and let them know on the phone you're traveling and that you don't know where to go with your currency.  They will direct you.  You don't need receipts.  Again, your currency will be treated as cash, and you don't need receipts to exchange cash.  Nor are you taxed when exchanging currency normally.

Q: Can we get an international or NON-800 (First Call) numbers, for people outside of North America to call, to get their country's call in
number?

A: You're over thinking the process. When the proverbial RV switch is flipped, and the old system is 100% replaced by the new system, which is what we are waiting on in terms of getting 800#s to call and set appointments, there's no advantage anywhere in the world.  Gold backed currency just is, everywhere in the world, in any amount.  So instead of finding a short cut and running into a bank, step back, choose where and when you want to go in, and do you business with ease and peace because you studied the larger picture and know what the hell's going on.  There's no rush.  This is just our new reality post RV--and why this event is such a big deal--as it will literally change every life, every nation, every culture on the planet overnight.

Q: Can you share a potential conversation when we seat down to exchange?  What's the best or simplest way to ask for sovereign rates?


A: here's what I plan on doing… making my appointment at a time and day that's convent for me and my family.  Walking in with everything buttoned up, paperwork, identification, counted currency, lists of trust names, lists of cashier checks, lists of wires with account info, humanitarian projects, and a list of questions I want answered at the table.  I want to feel prepared so I'm not leaping at the bankers demanding rates.  If they ask me who much I want for my currency after they count and verify it, I'll say what it's really worth… and I hear I'm entitled to sovereign rates as a private redeemer… can you elaborate on that reality and process?  Let them talk.  I'll just listen.  and once I feel I have a good handle on what their thinking after reviewing all my material, then we can discuss numbers as I know (as do you) the sovereign rate parameters.  Think of it like buying a used car, but you know the blue book value.  I'm interested to see if they do… because chances are I'll be the one educating them on both the sovereign rate top end value and GCR/RV in general.  So i believe it's wise to let them do the talking until I know what their intellectual capacity is… remember, they've been training for few years, I've been training for a dozen… it's not really a fair fight, ya know!  


Q: Since we are aware of the higher sovereign rates, do we ask for $125,000 USD on $1.00 ZIM (with humanitarian projects)?  And what if the exchanger says they can't go any higher than say a few cents or $1 per ZIM?


A: Great question.  One I've thought about myself on several occasions.  Well, I know this, they don't want you walking out on the street for a few quadrillion dollars… so chances are they won't hassle with you on price. The exchangers are there to get  you whatever you need, they just don't want to over or under burden you depending on your state of mind and aspiration.  So just be honest with them about the sovereign rates, let them know you know about them, but I wouldn't go into specific values right away.  Just throw it out there, see what they say.  See where they are at intellectually on how the world really works.  Remember, if there were no sovereign rates the screen rate on the ZIM is enough to give someone a heart attack if they were unaware of the GCR/RV… so put some perspective on the negotiation.  It's an unprecedented situation for you and them, best to feel your way through it like a first date before you tell them you collect venomous erotic animals and drive a pimped out Pinto.  Go slow.  Be truthful.  Be humble.  And don't for second back down on what you are worth!  Get exactly what you need to serve your maker and get out.  Period.  Ooh Rah!


Q: Are they required to give you the high rate if you know it and ask for it?  


A: If you ask, and they determined you can handle it mentally, emotionally, psychologically, structurally in terms of your humanitarian experience and project plans… see there's a lot more than goes into placing a rate with a client that just "what you ask for"… good bankers listen to their clients and feel out what their true needs are  versus what they think their true needs are.  You might be surprised they take you higher than the screen rate if that's all you ask for or feel you need.  Vice versa, a twenty year old who never finished high school asking for the highest sovereign rate because they saw it on-line isn't moral to assign.  Some appreciate it's a two way street when you redeem… look there's PLENTY OF MONEY FOR EVERYTHING YOU CAN EVER THINK OF DOING IN YOUR LIFETIME AND EVERY LIFETIME IN GENERATIONS OF YOUR FAMILY… so it's not about one rate over another… it's about why did God put me in this position and what does he want from my life moving forward.  The Lord's already assigned you a rate, it's your responsibility to surrender to what He wants for you to serve Him.   Remember, it's a transition not a transaction your living through.  Spiritual versus earthly.  


Q: Should I write down my requested rate and have them sign it to state that they rejected it just in case?

A: Absolutely not.  Feel out the banker(s) and share your hearts desire with what you will be doing with the money to help others.  That's what they are trained to listen for, and honestly, all you should be thinking about when discussing the transaction aspect of your appointment.  Let them help you find your rate versus dictating.  People are so wounded from past financial dealings they struggle to think top down.  Sad.  


Q: I have a 100T ZIM note (uncirculated series AA 2008-2009), and I am not in any groups but have several humanitarian projects.  What is the best way to proceed?


A: When you get the 800#, call it, tell them you  have ZIM and where you live by zip code or postal code.  Schedule an appointment.  Arrive at your appointment on time with all your materials, identification and of course your currency.  Hand them everything when asked.  Share what you're looking to accomplish and come to an agreement on rate and terms.  Walk out.  Drive home.  Scream inside your own home as not to upset or upstage anyone.  Simple.  Easy.  No big deal.  


Q: What is the final trigger that will start the RV?


A: I was told to watch Israel and Bibi Netanyahu indictment or resignation… but I believe that's already been decided, so really it's just waiting on those pesky numbers to reveal themselves.  No great banking drama anymore.  Just procedural at this point.

Q: From the checklist you stated before in terms of launching the RV, how many need to be finalized yet?

A: I believe we are complete in terms of geopolitical, military, financial and political regime change.  Just a matter of release.  Easy like Sunday morning… wow, profound song title perhaps:)  God has such a sense of humor!


Q: I've been trying to understand this for awhile now. You say all go or none go but then you talk about banking tiers, and some have gone while others have not.  Are still waiting Tier 4, how is this all gonna roll out? 


A: It is confusing, isn't it.  See they never teach you how the banking system really worked in high school, college or masters work.  They didn't because an ignorant population is easier to control.  And while the NPTB won't be teaching the new system either, they aren't trying to steal from you anymore and reduce your standard of living at every turn.  As for the Tier 4 release, that's basically global currency transactions between the public, of all nations, in all currencies and denominations.  They handled Tiers 1-3 first in preparation for Tier 4 so the general public wouldn't notice any disruption in service.  All go means all 209 sovereign nations adhering to the new financial asset backed treaty known as the Paris Agreement on Climate Change that was put into force on November 5, 2016.  


Q: What is the known differences between the Screen Rate ($1) and the Privately Negotiated Rate ( up to $50K) per ZIM in terms of
NDA and Structured payouts?

A: Good question.  Screen rates are normal everyday values for currency if you were to walk into any bank and the world and attempt to buy or sell currency.  Privately Negotiated Rates are basically sovereign rates, that are higher than cash and coin screen rates, as they exist on a higher tier in the banking system.  We understand those to be much higher for all currencies, not just the ZIM.  However, in terms of the ZIM specifically, we understand the audited value of the continent of Africa, including Zimbabwe whose currency will be used as the regional reserve currency for the entire African content and eventually placed in the IMF's Basket of Currencies determining the global reserve currency value… is $125,000.00 USD per $1.00 ZIM.  So the $50,000 USD top end price, awards both the redeemer with an incredibly high sovereign rate, while still leaving some arbitrage for the bank in-taking the currency.  Believe it or not (shout out to Crazy Carl for the answer btw--legend).  Structured payouts and NDAs will accompany all sovereign rate transactions, whereas we understand screen rates can be received without an NDA (but all ZIM exchanges will have some form of NDAs given their sheer volume--it's just how detailed the NDA will be).  Also, you can avoid NDA's even on ZIM exchanges if you are willing to take far less than the screen rate, and settle more on a final lump sum number--as we believe more than 75% will do because they just don't need or want as much money as even one ZIM note qualifies them for.   Seriously, if  you're a single parent with two kids do you really need or want 100 Trillion USD?  What if you're 75 and want to spend as much time with your grand kids as possible?  Again, do what God wants you to do, not what man suggests you can do.

Q: What at the different levels of NDAs and Structured Payouts?


Most NDA's are like 2.5 pages, some 8 pages… I've even seen one that was 22 pages long.  It will depend on what kind of asset you hold, which currency to redeem and what rate you negotiate.  As for structured payouts, they will vary depending also on what you negotiate.  Some are just for 18 months while others can be for 100 years… totally between you and your exchange banker.  Interest rates will vary (2%-8%) as will when those structured earnings are paid out (quarterly, semi-annually and annually).  It's like a build a burger restaurant… where you choose your toppings.   How's that for analogy!


Q: What banks will be exchanging ZIM at Sovereign Rates? (HSBC, WF?, TD?, others?)


A:  Wells Fargo lost a lot of respect in my eyes when they pinched from the people a few months back.  That said, I wouldn't have problem exchanging with Wells Fargo now, even with ZIM.  As HSBC took control of the ZIM program and will be handling the oversight as paymaster.  So you can choose any bank to redeem.  However, when you call the 800# tell them you have ZIM, and they will direct you to a redemption center that specializes in that currency specifically as it's different than the rest.  I will not be redeeming with Wells Fargo let it be known.  Can't support hidden thieves and common criminals dressed as three piece benevolent aides.  Just can't do it.  


Q: Why should we trust the banks when they have such a compromised past?


A:  You're trusting God not the banks.  Remember, if you're getting a nickel its because the coast is clear and your money is protected.  What you do with you money after the exchange is up to your own skill and judgment, and many will attempt to take what you suddenly have… but the exchange process itself is safe thanks to some very selfless and dedicated men and women we will never know.  God bless them and their families for their sacrifices and loyalty to our country's resurrection.  Ooh Rah!

Q: How can we mentor the people we have gifted after signing an NDA?  Can we/they sign a co-NDA?  Can the bank act as a fiduciary agent?


A: Good questions… NDA means Non Disclosure Agreement, so to mentor someone after the fact is breaking  your NDA.  Just saying.  If people have not prepared for this, I'm sure it's not because you didn't offer to help numerous times.  They just didn't believe in God's mercy this much.  Understandable, yet inaccurate.  So they must bear that burden less your help in my opinion.  As for a co-NDA, doubtful.  And yes the bank can act as a fiduciary agent.  So can a lawyer, an accountant, a certified estate planner, and an assigned trustee…  you'll have many options to help people through the post-RV process without you personally holding their hand specifically. 


Q: What's with the six zero LOP?  Or is it a bond with no LOP?


A: No lop on any currency's face value.  Only the rates, which actually makes you more money.  The Internet has it completely backwards, and on purpose btw.  Keep it Simple Stupid (KISS).


Q: Is there a benefit of holding a small portion of currency, especially ZIM, back for a later date (keep a few $100Ts for 10 years from now)?


A: Absolutely none, unless you feel unsafe about transporting your currency or arriving at your exchange appointment safely.  I have put a few notes away in a safe deposit box just in case something unexplainable happened as back up for my family (redundancy investment strategy).  Otherwise, take what  you got and let it rip.  Last thing you want is a mound of ZIM in your shoebox that's not redeemed.  It's dangerous and irresponsible not to cash it in at the first opportunity.  

Q: I am currently moving across the country so I don't technically have a home address right now. I could use my previous address (my parents house) if need be but I'm no longer in that state will that be an issue?  Also my car is broken down and in the shop currently and I don't have anyone near by who could take me to the exchange location. If my appointment time comes before I get my car back would it be alright to take an Uber to/from the exchange location.


A: To the first question, as long as you have a valid drivers license and passport, birth certificate, voter registration card, school ID or utility bill… you'll be fine no matter where you are.  Again, this is just a currency exchange it's not rocket science.  However the Uber scenario while feasible is not optimal, just because you're inviting a stranger into your presence holding a large amount of cash.  And if  you hold ZIM, and incredibly large amount of cash.  If there's no other way, then OK.  But otherwise, have a friend or family member drive you.  Try and keep everything currency related on the low down pre and post RV for obvious safety reasons. 


Q: I have friends who started with one group, and decided 'just in case', to invest by themselves elsewhere, since the group seemed to be a little risky. In the event that both places do pay off, can they be combined?  Or can they?  Does the 'double dip concept go along with retrieving with investments made 'EARLIER' ? I sure many are thinking this same thing; how to collect from both?  


A: If you're in a group, and have already turned in your currency, you can both redeem your in-hand currency and keep your group exchange profits… that's not double dipping.  If you're not in a group, don't get in a group.  More problems than solutions at this point, even if you want to create a redundancy strategy.  There's no struggle to redeem at a US or Canadian bank now, even with large amounts of ZIM.  Double dipping is exchanging your currency and buying more first basket currency… the purpose of the global release is to eliminate double dipping, even by high frequency traders which is why the  Dow was artificially raised above 20,000 on Wednesday of this week btw.  Good questions.


Q: What is different now that indicates in the next few days we are exchanging?  How long do you think we as exchangers would be wealthy
until money won't matter anymore few months, few years, few decades?


A: Good question.  First off Donald J. Trump is President.  That's different.  Really different as everyone is finding out.  But in truth, there's a force behind him that's controlling the shots and that force I believe is benevolent and directly reporting back to the Republic of the United States and Chinese Elders.  As for how long until money doesn't matter, you're all already wealthy beyond understanding… most just haven't accepted that hard bizarre truth yet.  My wife and family included.  What we hold is cash, not currency.  Think of it that way, and you're perspective will change instantly.  All money is going digital and paper money will fade in ten years at the most.  The deeper philosophical question is what happens when money disappears altogether and we manifest whatever we need instantaneously by definition of God given sovereign right as co-creation beings in form?  Swish that around your subconscious for 17 seconds and you'll come out on another plane of reality.

Q: If this NESARA rumor is true, do you think everyone in the globe is getting 10 million dollars if so how soon after and what's the point in us exchanging?


A: GESARA is not a rumor, it's reality.  Signed by 209 sovereign nations and forced into implementation within 120 days after the agreement was put into force on November 5, 2016, which means by February 2, 2017 you'll be in GESARA compliance wherever you exist on the planet.  So yes not only will everyone get what they need moving forward, 10 million dollars will appear like a trifle number sooner than later just because of your ZIM redemption alone.  What amazing, amazing times we live it.   


Q: What all we need to bring with us when to go to exchange? I had head to bring in a "live birth certificate" when we go in because it has special codes or something to that effect.


A: Bring what you would normally bring into any bank when opening a checking or savings account, including trust, LLC, and 501c3 paperwork if they already exist.  Driver's license, birth certificate, student ID, voter registration card, utility bills, social security card, AARP card, anything with your name or face and your address will do. The "live birth certificate' controversy was more about Rome's control over your soul at birth, thus they used your mind, body and soul as collateral to lend themselves money.  Bizarre, yes.  True, sadly.  That's over now in all countries due to the Golden Debt Jubilee which begin in the USA on September 22, 2015.  Hallelujah!
 
Q: We all know now that the USA exchangers will be receiving the #800 numbers for the exchange appointments.  But I am from the UK and over here we have absolutely no info what so ever concerning the RV or how to go about it when it finally happens, we rely on your info for clarity of the situation. Would you know if we, over here in the UK or even the rest of the world, will receive any such numbers for that purpose of appointments with our own banks or whatever?


A: Logical question so here's a logical answer.  The UK is a massive banking center globally.  London is equal to New York in terms of global banking important even.  When the 800#s come out, don't you think the UK will have numbers?  And if not, don't you believe the US branches of banks will have an overseas 800# for people like you to call and set up appointments in your home country, wherever that country may be?  I believe they will.  I also believe the  UK and every major nation will have an opportunity to redeem in their home nation, as this is my understanding of the terms of the global reset… all redeem, or none redeem. 


Q: Why is there no UNSC resolution with sanctions to force Israel to 1967 borders and recognize Palestine? 


A: There is, they just haven't enforced it.  See the Oslo Agreements.  What's happening now, is they're resetting all resolutions in the Security Council and also gaining consensus at the revamped UN to enforce said resolutions that brings much needed change to both Israel and Palestine.  The world is tired of the fighting, and neither Israel or Palestine can participate in the new financial system if they are at war.   So that out to tell you why they're suddenly agreeing to some kind of cease fire and two state solution.  Neither wants to be left out… and also why Netanyahu is being forced out.  


Q: Is General Dunford still the Chairman of Joint Chiefs?  I understand he is, so who has been feeding you disinformation?


A: Someone that talks to Dunford weekly.  No names.  Hey man, I just  report the news… your call as to believe it.  But it is interesting that that news came to me after both Kelly and Mattis were confirmed by the Senate for their HHS and DOD posts last week.  Just saying brother man.  Trump's president remember, anything can happen.

Q: Since there is no settlement of Israel/Palestine situation, how can we expect to GCR/RV?


A: I'm told there has been a settlement, but like the USA needed to reform it's true Republic government, so did Israel.  And Netanyahu is trying to deny that new government from taking power.  That government has already agreed to the Paris Agreement, and thus a two state solution with Palestine--recognizing them as a sovereign nation with their own 1967 Oslo Accord boarders.  What you're watching is a flailing body that has already been detached from it's head at the neck and is dying off.  Keep the faith.  God is with us!


Q: Will bankers allow us to receive $125,000 USD per $1.00 ZIM or will they offer us less and pocket the difference?


A: Depends on your humanitarian aspirations and understanding of the sovereign parameters.  Most don't know about sovereign rates, let alone what the top end number is.  Now that said, I'm not taking $125,000 USD because it's too much for my goals as they relate to what I believe God wants me to accomplish for the rebuild of Christ's Kingdom.  But if you need that much, ask away… it's worth that much, and why I always told everyone the top end rate because I felt morally we all had the right to know even if it blew our minds away.  People gotta start talking the real truth or else how can we ascend as a species.  

Q: What does Netanyahu have on Trump to make him a shill for Israel?

A: Wow, great question.  But a better question is what does Putin have on them both to make them both dance China's Elder's dance?  You see, both Netanyahu and Trump are warped crooked from birth, even related at a genetic level with Angela Merkel I'm told.  Trump was always scheduled to ruin n 2016 against Hillary, and take over like a dictator.  Which is appears to be now.  however, the Chinese and Russians discovered the cabal plan years earlier and set up honey traps and pay-for-play schemes that compromised not just Bibi and Donald, but all crooked candidates in all major elections worldwide.  You see, both Clinton and Trump were playing out a script for the Russians and Chinese, just as Netanyahu and Merkel are playing out similar exit strategy scripts in Germany and Israel.  Everything is under the full control of the NPTB because they have a higher intelligence guiding them as to how to change over humanity's financial, military, geopolitical, and governmental structure without the public noticing.  Now that's way hard to believe I know, yet I offer it in love as something to consider.  Again, if  you get a nickel during the RV, it's because it is safe.  And if it's safe to give common people that much money, perhaps there's an evolutionary transition occurring not just a banking transaction.  Take or leave this information, it's your call.  But please at least consider it.

Q: Why won't the good guys just take out Soros, Merkel, and Bibi?


A: They are.  They're just not doing it publicly or with force.  They don't need to as it's not in the best interests of humanity.  First off, people freak when leaders are removed for no reason from their countries, even leaders that are despised.  Secondly, the NPTB must also replace the old form of government with original constitutional or the legal form of government so it's not just as easy as ripping the band-aid and replacing one leader with another.  It's complicated yes, but done slowly and calculated for the best interests of all.  Try and see all these slow changes as top down strategies versus bottom up desperation and you'll be much happier I promise. 


Q: China is closed for 10 days for their new year, so all your dates are meaningless; why are you still feeding us lies, and won't accept rebuke or even say sorry?


A: Well gosh Mr. Happy.  So nice to meet you today.  My sincerest apologies, sir.  Now do you have intel you want to share with the group?  Do you speak to people worldwide and gather Intel to share freely?  Please share, if so?  Well… we're waiting…?  No?  OK then, lets examine your compliant versus question.  First off, the Chinese celebrate for two weeks not 10 days, and they're banks and markets are closed for three days, not two weeks.  Secondly, please excuse my inaccurate dates as they have ALL BENN WRONG up to this point, nor should you take my new dates or anyone's new dates as bible because we are all just trying to find our way in the GCR/RV darkness.  However, you bitching up a storm does nothing positive for no one, and thus I don't accept your anger and return it to you kind sir.  Now here's two hugs,  Do go find someone that needs one and give away the extra.  May God bless and keep your soul in love.

Q: How soon will the tax laws be changed governing gifting?  Right now there are all kinds of limitations.


A: Tax laws internationally have already changed they just  haven't told the world yet.  As for the USA, that's coming in the second quarter if I'm hearing Paul Ryan and the Congress correctly as it relates to tax reforms.  It will be much, much simpler and better in terms of percentage.  


Q: Are all 2008-2009 series AA, AB, AC ZIM notes being accepted?  Are 100Ts and 50Ts being accepted too?  What about other denominations in the Trillions, Billions,Millions, Thousands and various other ZIM Bearer Cheques and Agro Cheques from 2008?  And what about the much rarer ZAs from 2008? Are these acceptable?  What about circulated ZIM notes versus uncirculated ZIM notes?  


A: Wow.  You've got a lot of ZIM.  Take everything  you have and let the exchange bankers tell you what's authentic and exchangeable and what's not is my advice.  They're going to burn all of it anyway after to redeem it… so… take it in and see what they say.


Q: Should we expect some form of major disclosure and/or distraction to occur just before the RV / GCR?  


A: I used to think so on both accounts, but not now.  They have everything under control and don't need to play games with public perception.  In terms of disclosure for alien life, absolutely not.  They'll deal with all those disclosures in time, slowly and cautiously.  There's no rush or short cuts when dealing in ascension.

Q: Do you feel President Trump is instrumental in releasing the RV to investors? 


A: Yes I do, but not for the reasons your thinking.  He's not benevolent at his core, but he is following a benevolent script (singing for his supper) to receive his amnesty, currency exchange and keep his real estate empire.  In that way, yes, he's assisting the Republic and the RV.  But if he had his choice, he would have gladly allowed the cabal (his family by birth) to rule over us for another 13 millennia.  That I know for certain.  Historically, pedophiles and con artists don't suddenly become saints.  And if they did, they wouldn't act like Trump.  He's disgusting all the way around IMO.

So….Who Wants to be a Millionaire?  With the Coming Global Currency Reset, Just About Anyone Can…..If They Want to!!!  Here’s Some Practical Thoughts and Advice!
The upcoming global currency reset or currency exchange (C/E) reset has raised a lot of questions.  This Q&A is intended to add some prudent information to help those who are not sure about getting involved or have some questions.
But first a little background, on me.  Most of you remember me as the initial Director of The Hope Chest and I was the co-host on the “Let’s Talk 2012 and Beyond” radio program, and just last week I started a new radio program on Wednesday nights called “The Sedona Connection.” (www.thesedonaconnection.com.)
But, I also have a background in banking and finance, was a former State Senator and I’ve been a market trader for over 17 years.  I now live in Sedona, AZ and I’m helping a group of about 50 of us that have purchased dinar and dong……we’re all about to become overnight millionaires and we are taking the prudent steps of being responsible with our new gift of wealth.
I’ve been writing, giving help, direction and practical application to the group now for about 5 months.  I am offering this insight to a larger group with some practical Q&A.  Many of you have friends or family you’d like to participate in this C/E but they are not about to believe in what many consider a hoax or scam.  They want some proof or practical reasoning about what is about to happen.  This Q&A should help.
What is the Global Currency Reset or Revaluation?
While the Iraqi dinar (IQD) has had most of the attention, there is actually a complete global currency reset about to happen.  About 198 currencies in the world are being reset backed by assets and commodities such as gold, silver, oil, wheat, rice, etc.  Various economists and experts have said we must do this or the whole global financial system will collapse.
What is the Basis of This Currency Reset?
A few weeks back there was a You Tube video posted on various blog sites by Bix Weir mentioning the elimination of worldwide debt.  The real basis of the interview was the coming currency collapse.  All of the G8 countries (U.S, Canada, France, Great Britain, Germany, Italy, Russia, and Japan) have fiat currencies, meaning there is nothing backing them up but the good faith of the government.  We know how good that is considering most of them are theoretically bankrupt.  The Federal Reserve in the U.S. can print money at will and put it into circulation at any time.  They have been doing this by the trillions for the last few years; it’s obvious they think money can grow on trees as they can just print up whatever they want whenever they want.  This normally causes a huge cycle of inflation, devaluing of the currencies, and leading to a collapse.  Every fiat currency in the history of the modern world has eventually collapsed and all of the G8 countries are currently in debt beyond their ability to recover.  They are all theoretically bankrupt beyond their ability to pay back their debt, meaning it’s only a matter of time before their currencies collapse.  This printing of trillions is just kicking the can of the collapse down the road.  Bix Weir stated we are on track for this collapse in the next 2 to 4 months.  The collapsing currency also eliminates all debt as money has become worthless.  He stated we are on a path of two choices, currency collapse or a global currency reset backed by commodity assets.  One is inevitable (the collapse) if we do not do the other (the reset).
Who’s Behind this Currency Reset?
The shadow governments controlled by the cabal/illuminati have manipulated the global finances of the modern world for a couple of centuries.  They currently manipulate and control the stock market, price of gold and price of oil.  They have deliberately kept about 60% of the world’s population living on less than $2 per day and the rest of the developed world in some form of economic slavery.  The ultra-wealthy 1% has controlled the rest of the world’s population through the power of controlling the world’s money supply.
Their lust for power and control is about to fall apart.  A coalition of about 160 countries led by the BRICS nations (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) have formed a united front on the G8 and called their bluff of corruption and greed.  The G8 so weakened the world economy it gave way for the 160 nation coalition to step up and call “check” in the world financial chess match.  It’s game over; the coalition is demanding a return to asset backed currencies to stabilize the world economy.  The IMF (International Monetary Fund), World Bank and BIS (Bank of International Settlements) have quietly been working on this reset for 5 to 10 years.
Why are the Iraqi dinar (IQD) and Vietnamese dong (VND) so Important?
There are three currencies that are way out of balance with the rest of the world; the Indonesian Rupiah is the third.  While I’m not familiar with Vietnam’s full story, Iraq’s has been more center stage.  Both of their currencies were devastated from their wars with the U.S. as their currencies can be purchased for 1/10^[size=10]th of pennies on the dollar.  In 1990 when Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait, the country was placed on economic sanctions by the U.N.  They could not trade their goods on the open international market and their currency was taken off the foreign exchange.  This is a U.N. Chapter 7 seven status.
On June 27^th, 2013 the U.N. Security Council voted 15-0 to remove Iraq from chapter 7 and return them to chapter 6 status.  Here they once again became a member of the international trading alliance, but to do so they must bring their currency back onto the foreign exchange market, meaning it must be revalued.
Today 1162 dinar will trade for $1 U.S.  In 1990 before the sanctions .29 dinar would trade for $1.  To reverse the trade value, in 1990, 1 dinar would trade for $3.47.  Today approximately 21,100 Vietnamese dong will trade for $1 U.S.  So you can see the huge imbalance.  When the currency reset is backed by commodity assets those values will skyrocket and come back into balance with the rest of the world.
So Why Are the Dinar and Dong Going to be So Valuable?
Each country’s currency value will be based on the countries tradable commodity assets.  Not only does Iraq have the 2^nd largest oil reserves in the world, but they have huge gold mines. Many are speculating that Iraq’s dinar could become the strongest currency in the world.  Their Prime Minister was recently quoted as saying, “We have billions and billions of barrels of oil to trade, but we do not even have running water.”  Their country has been devastated by war and they want to rebuild.  They are hungry and anxious for this reset to happen and are willing to pay handsomely for it.
For Vietnam, it’s rice, the world’s largest food commodity.  Vietnam is the 2^nd largest rice producer in the world, have large amounts of rubber and they have offshore oil rigs.  They have been selling their rice and oil to China who has kept their currency in suppression since the war.  Based on an open and free market the value of their rice and oil will explode to be on par with the rest of the world.
So, What are the Exchange Rates of the Dinar and Dong going to be?
That’s the trillion dollar question!!!  Some individuals have been working on this C/E for close to 10 years.  For most of that time speculation had the dinar returning to its 1990 value of $3.47 and the dong around $.47.  Based on my involvement, talking with scores of people involved and reading the blog sites every day, I believe these are the minimum rates.  But, in the last month so much has changed.  The key was the U.N. vote on June 27^thto bring Iraq back into the global open market, when that happened everything changed.  Since then the blog sites have been saying the reval could happen any day now.  But, things change virtually every week, and sometimes every day.
What most people don’t know is the U.S. government has trillions of dinars to exchange.  They want the value to be high so they can pay off the U.S. debt and they have been negotiating behind the scenes to get the rate as high as possible.  Many insiders who have contacts in the IMF, U.S. Treasury, the Central Bank of Iraq, and some of the larger banks in the U.S. have been reporting the rates are already appearing on the back screens of the bank officer’s computers.  This has been going on for over a month and the rates are reported to be very very high.  While this is all speculation at this time, the intel appears to be very reliable.  Some feel those rates are just test rates and will not be accurate, while others are reporting those are the C/E rates for the private groups (I’ll explain that later.)
Ok….OK…so what are the Rates?
Speculation has the minimum rates of the dinar at $3.47 and the dong at $.47.  The upper rates…..I hope you’re sitting down.  The dinar is at $23.50 and the dong at $3.60.  Do the math; you’ll see why we can get excited!!!
100,000 dinar minimally will become $347,000 and 100,000 dong will become $47,000.  At the high end 100,000 dinar will trade for $2,350,000 and 100,000 dong will become $360,000.
So……What are the Costs?
There are different options for purchasing the currencies.  Because the dong is currently tradable on the open market it can be purchased at a local bank.  But, don’t expect to walk in and get the currency the same day.  Most of the banks have to order it from larger HQ’s and it will take about 3 days before you will have it in hand.  Others have mentioned you can go to a foreign exchange booth at a local airport.  But, I wouldn’t count on that either.  For security reasons they do not keep large quantities on hand.  The larger quantities you would likely have to get through a bank or through the online certified dealers.
You can purchase 100,000 dong for about $12-$14 at a bank.  You can get the same for about $18-20 online.  Dinar or dong can be purchased by certified online dealers.  You can Google them, but make sure they are certified and guarantee shipment.You can acquire 25,000 dinar for about $30-$40 online.  Those are total costs which include the currency, the transaction fee, shipping and handling and a small profit for the dealer/broker.  Most of the online dealers require a money wire and extra for Fed Ex shipping.  There is dealer our group of about 40 in Sedona have been using.  We pay a few extra dollars per transaction, but we have all been very pleased with the level of service.  One flat fee covers everything and we have the currency in hand in about three days from the time of order.  They are also one of the very few who allow you to use a debit or credit card and they also have a 7 day guaranteed return policy, no questions asked.
Do the Math!!!
Here’s the bottom line, using the higher costs, $20 can buy you 100,000 dong that minimally turns into $47,000.  $120 can buy you 100,000 dinar that minimally turns into $347,000.  Rates vary based on volume purchased, but you get the idea!
So……What’s the Real Bottom Line, in Other Words, What About Taxes?
That’s another million dollar question. Tax implications are something we do not want to overlook.
There are all kinds of speculation and rumors floating around on the blog sites regarding taxes.  I’ve done my homework, but there is more to the story.
Before taxes, the dong is a better return on the dollar if the rates are higher across the board.  But, reliable intel information is saying there may be a huge tax advantage in purchasing the dinar.
What is the Current Law Regarding Taxes?
I can only speak to U.S. law and do not have the time to do the hours of research for other countries.  Rumors, rumors and more rumors are floating around of what the President or others are going to do about the taxes for the C/E.  My advice as someone who was a lawmaker (Senator) for 12 years; stick with the current law until you have solid proof otherwise.  The U.S. Constitution is clear; only Congress can impose a tax.  The law does not allow a tax to be applied retroactively, so the current law applies until something else is passed through Congress.
The current law considers an increase of value in a currency an investment and is taxed as a capital gain.  Period!!!

So, What is the Capital Gains Tax Rate in the U.S.?
There are two rates for capital gains, short term and long term.  Long term is having the asset in possession for more than one year.  If you purchased your dinar or dong more than one year before you exchange it, it will be long term.  Make sure to keep your receipts for your date of purchase.  If you can’t prove your date of purchase it could be very very costly.
Anything less than one year is short term.  But here’s the key, the date is not based on when the Reval takes place, but the day you exchange it.  The capital gain is not considered a tax until it is realized, or turned in.
So What’s the Rates?
Short term is taxed as normal income.  Those rates vary based on the amount of your taxable income.  The top U.S. rate for 2013 is making over $450,000.  Most of us will qualify for those rates.
Short term top rate:        39.6%
Long term rate:                20.0%
Here’s the scoop, most U.S. citizens should plan on paying 40% to 45% of their reval earnings in taxes.  Don’t forget your state taxes, those vary from state to state and are different based on capital gains state laws.
Why Could the Dinar be a Far Better Value After Taxes?
That’s another million dollar question, but first, the rest of the story.  When I was first approached about purchasing dinar, I asked …….who’s going to pay the trillions of dollars for the increase in value of the RV.  Answer…..China……how…..oil credits.
Iraq has billions of barrels of oil.  China has billions of people and China has trillions of U.S. dollars from the decades of purchasing U.S. bonds.  It cost Iraq $2 to produce a barrel of oil, while the current market is about $104 per barrel.  Iraq wants to have as many of the dinar, now in our possession, in their country quickly.
Here’s what’s supposed to be coming down, but remember it is all speculation until proven otherwise.  China is willing to pay the higher rate for the dinar from us, paid for by their trillions of U.S. bonds.  They purchase the dinar from us in a private placement exchange and then use those dinars to purchase oil from Iraq at $30 per barrel vs. the open market of $104.
This produces a win-win-win scenario.  We win by the higher dinar exchange rate, China wins by receiving billions of barrels of oil at a discounted rate and Iraq wins by quickly receiving their dinar back so they can rebuild their country.
Here’s the other tax implication, creating a great savings for us.  This exchange could be considered a commodity exchange, not a capital gain and it could be considered tax-free.  Yes, that means we may be able to receive the full exchange value with no tax implications.  The jury is still out on that decision as it is one of those gray areas in current tax law.
In that situation the President has leeway to decide how it can apply and has supposedly brokered a deal with China.  As of now, the speculated deal has China paying an 11% fee on the dinar/oil exchange and we will pay nothing.  He also was the one who supposedly was able to get the dinar rate up to around $23.  The President wants the higher rate so the government’s dinar can be used to pay off the U.S. debt.  Also, U.S. is China’s largest export partner.  When millions of U.S. citizens have millions of new dollars to spend, China benefits from our purchasing their goods.  It’s another win-win-win proposal.
Because this tax deal applies to the oil credits, it appears to only apply to the dinar and not the dong.  While some are saying the tax free exchange may apply to the dong, there is very little intel backing that up.
Based on the inside intel, if this happens the dinar is by far a better return after taxes.
As a straight up purchase, and applying the 39.6% tax rate, and using the minimum exchange rates, the dong is a better value on the dollar spent.
But, the intel for the dinar is far more positive and the potential for exchanging them tax free gives them a better odds.  The dinar can revalue without a global currency exchange while the dong is dependent upon it taking place.  There is far more reliable intel on the dinar than the dong.
So, what should we do?
I can’t give you a direct answer, there is so much speculation on both sides and so many variables that we cannot accurately verify.  But, here’s what I did.  I made a number of purchases over a few months.  Each time I would go into meditation and inquire from my higher self.  I felt it was prudent to have dinar and dong, but leaned to the dong side.  It depends on how much money you want to spend, what you can afford and what type of guidance you receive from within yourself.
How should I tell this to my friends?
I’ve tried to give you the more practical info so you can share this with friends and family who will think this a scam.  In other words you can share this info with others without their thinking you’re crazy and trying to find some magical way to win the lottery.
There are a number of blog sites quoting esoteric messages from channeled sources with wonderful information.  The esoteric side gets me so excited about the higher rate.  They appear to have much more detailed inside info and it’s hard to ignore.  But, space is limited for now.
What do we do When It’s Time to Cash In?
There are reported to be three different exchange rates.  1.  The street rate, what you get if you go to the bank teller window as an individual.  2.  The ability to negotiate your own rate with a bank of your choice.  3.  The private group rate.
What is the Private Group Rate Exchange?
It is reported the private group rate is going to be the best.  In fact many are implying the street rate could be the lower $3.47 while the private rate may be as high as $23.50.  But, this is still all speculation.  Why?  The China oil credit issue.  The currency you exchange at a bank will go directly to the US Treasury to exchange with Iraq and not to China.  The private group exchange goes directly to China and they use it to purchase the discounted oil.
Can I be a Part of the Private Group Exchange?  Yes!!!
All you have to do is sign up on the www.dinarrecaps.com blog site email list.  This group now has over 130,000 people and it is the volume of the group that will get the higher private rate.
How Will I be Notified of the Group Exchange?
Wells Fargo bank is working as the independent broker for the group.  You must be on the email list.  When the RV happens they will send out an email to the list giving an #800.  You will call that number, they will verify your email, you will give them your zip code and they will direct you to the closest private exchange center to your location.  This will be a private exchange with Wells Fargo employees and will not be at a local bank branch for security reasons.
Do I have to Accept or Use Wells Fargo for this Exchange?
Nope, it’s totally your choice based on the three options listed above.  But, if you get my drift, you would be crazy to not consider it or at least check it out.  Why?  You can take your dinar into a bank, receive the lower $3.47 and have to pay about 40% in taxes.  Or you can take your dinar to the private exchange, receive upwards to $23 and potentially pay no taxes…..DUHHHHH…..NO BRAINER……unless you like paying high taxes, throwing your money away and making the bankers get richer.  How?  Those bankers who give you $3.47 are going to take that dinar and exchange it for the higher $23.  They are not stupid; they are in the business of making money for their bank and bonuses for themselves!!!
When is this RV Going to Happen?
Any Day……Seriously…..it could be tomorrow!  All the reports say it should have happened two to four weeks ago.
I have chosen to not give you any specific currency broker, etc. as I want to respect others choices.  But, as stated all of us in our group of about 40 in Sedona have been very happy and comfortable with who we are using.  We have been having meetings in a private home to support each other, learn from each other, and give info to each other.
We are researching local CPA’s, tax attorneys and financial planners to use after we receive our money.
One night I gave a presentation to a group of about 15 people in my home.  We talked taxes and other ways to be prudent with our new wealth.  We have formed a foundation as a 501(C)3 non-profit that we are going to use for funding community projects.

Mellon: The 50 note issue is the biggest tell out of Iraq. Why would they care if people could counterfeit what is essentially worth 4.2 cents? It will soon be like our $100.00. more like 150-200. Plus why would citizens run to bank to exchange em starting the 1st, if they are not worth much, to receive equal value in digital or new notes? So, the way I see it is with the RI/RV all of a sudden the 50 will be worth a lot and this announcement is letting people know that they need to come to bank and open account to get that value, and get used to using banking. Rafidain Bank plans to issue smart cards for retirees in four Arab countries

Rafidain Bank, announced its intention to issue smart card, in the coming days for retirees in four Arab countries.

The general director of the bank on behalf of Kamal al-Hassani, Saturday, in a statement received by all of Iraq [where], a copy of the "most prominent Arab countries will be ready to use the smart card, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, where he will provide service to customers who rely on the card. "

He said he "has issued first smart card for retirees living in the United Arab Emirates, as the process can receive their pensions through easily and without suffering as it was in the past through the receipt manually and the case will be with the rest of the other Arab countries."

The Rafidain Bank announced on 24 January last, for issuing smart card Alki Card] Pferah in Abu Dhabi for adoption at the retired pay of there.

Trade believes ration materials to the liberated areas

The minister instructed passed them within 24 hours of Baghdad morning secured the Ministry of Commerce of the ration card to the liberated areas vocabulary in the provinces of Anbar, Nineveh, Salahuddin and Diyala.

He pointed out that some of these ships were unloading the ministry's stores after the appearance of the test results that showed suitability and compliance with contractual specifications , noting that there were other ships in wait, as models of which have been withdrawn for laboratory tests on them.

US Backs China-Led AIIB Ahead Of Joining Deadline

BEIJING: The US today hinted at joining the China-sponsored Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) before the deadline tomorrow saying it is looking forward to cooperating with the new bank which most US allies have joined disregarding its objections. 

US can cooperate with the bank as it welcomes and supports proposals that are helpful to infrastructure construction, US Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew said. 

Lew is here for talks with Chinese officials. The cooperation can be carried out through the China-US Strategic and Economic Dialogue (SED), the World Bank and the AIIB, and any other mechanisms accepted by the two countries, Lew said in his talks with Chinese Premier Li Keqiang earlier on, Chinese Vice Minister of Finance Zhu Guangyao quoted him as saying. 

Lew's "surprise" visit here ahead of the last date for joining the bank has sparked speculation that the US is negotiating with China to join the bank which it opposed earlier stating that it lacked transparency.

Already India, along with 30 countries including staunch US allies UK, Germany and France have joined the bank making the Barack Obama administration rethink its concerns that it could become a competitor to the US-led World Bank, IMF and ADB, as it is set to start with USD 50 ..

Chinese Premier Urges U.S. To Approve IMF Quota Reform

BEIJING, March 21 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Li Keqiang met with U.S. Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew on Monday, expressing hope that the United States can approve reform to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) that will give China more sway in the organization.

Li said when meeting Lew in the Great Hall of the People that China hopes the U.S. side will support the adoption of the RMB in the basket of special drawing rights, an exchange arrangement under the IMF.



The United States holds the largest stake in the IMF and has the sole power of veto on reform of the West-led international financial organization.

In a meeting that touched on many other aspects of global economic affairs, Li emphasized that China and the United States should jointly advance liberalization and facilitation of global trade and investment. He petitioned Lew over the United States relaxing limits on exports of high technology to China.

Li said negotiations that are about to start over establishing a list of banned practices under the two countries' bilateral investment treaty (BIT) will be their focal point on in the coming months. He said the Chinese government will further open up service and manufacturing industries by slashing the number of foreign investment limits by half.

"China will open its door even wider to the outside world," Li said.

"The China market will be even more open, transparent and predictable," he vowed.

Lew expressed expectation that the BIT negotiation will make progress. He welcomed China playing a bigger role in the development of infrastructure in Asia and said the United States is ready to cooperate with China on both bilateral and multilateral levels.

President Xi Jinping's upcoming state visit to the United States will strongly advance the development of China-U.S. relations, according to Lew.

He said the U.S. side expects Xi's visit within this year.

Li and Lew agreed that said in the next stage, the two sides should jointly stage the new round of their Strategic and Economic Dialogue (SED) and high-level consultation on people to people exchanges so as to enhance mutual trust, deepen cooperation and conduct even closer communication and coordination on major regional and international issues.

Li said a sound China-U.S. relationship conforms with the interests of both sides and is conducive to peace, stability and prosperity in the Asia-Pacific region and the world as a whole. He pointed out that as the largest developing and developed countries in the world, China and the United States are highly complementary in their economies and share broad prospect of cooperation.

Lew said China's growth, prosperity and deep involvement in the international system conforms with the interests of the United States.

Li and Lew also exchanged views on regional and international issues of common concern.

"I think the meeting we have today and the meeting we have in the SED will help up move U.S.-China relations forward," Lew told Li.

Besides meeting with Li, Lew also held meeting with Chinese Vice Premier Wang Yang and heads of other government departments.

"The meeting with Premier Li was very fruitful. Both sides voiced hope for each other's economic success," Zhu said.

Facing the instability and uncertainty of world economic recovery, it is very important that China and the United States coordinate on economic policy and maintain economic growth, he noted.

Zhu said Li also asked Lew to feed back three points to the U.S. side:

-- China will steadily abide by a peaceful way of development.

-- China will endeavor to promote regional peace, stability, development and prosperity.

-- China is ready to work with United States to expand their common interests and properly handle disputes. There are broad prospects for cooperation and the relationship between the two.

THE U.S.A. AND IRAQ HAD TO OPERATE IN CONJUNCTION WITH EACH OTHER TO FACILITATE ANOTHER COUNTRY'S FINANCIAL BACKING.

IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING ISSUES RESOLVED YESTERDAY COMPLETED THIS AGREEMENT WITH THE FUNDING ENTITY.ALSO ISSUES OF A TECHNICAL NATURE WAS SOLVED YESTERDAY AS WELL. 

THE ACCOMPOLISHMENT IN IRAQ TODAY I BELIEVE WAS THE FINAL ISSUE TO BRING TO FRUITION WHAT WE HAVE BEEN AWAITING. 

I DO NOT INTEND TO BE A REGULAR POSTER BEYOND THIS POINT IN TIME.

I told all of you I wouldn't post anymore until it really happened!! Well I'm here to tell you Iraq just became a truely international country with an international currency worth the same rate it was back before Saddam Hussein put the country in perpetual turmoil. It is trading at $3.22 and i am just waiting for the #800 numbers.

Let’s look at some facts. We know that  700+ billion (that is billion with a “B”) that has been stolen from the people of Iraq during Maliki’s administration and Iran used it to by weapons, run terrorists training camps, pay terrorists salaries, supplies, etc..  to turn right around and infiltrate their own country. 

The GOI has told us that this money could have been used to rebuild Iraq in its entirety. The timeframe too for the completion of  reconstruction is way overdue. 

So where did the money go? Another use was also for Iran to bypass the UN embargo and sanctions. Did you know that nearly 80% of the Iranian budget today goes towards their military yet people are starving in the streets and without proper clean water or medical care. Please don’t tell me Iran is not a fascist/military state.

Also the use of these stolen Iraqi funds are now being used to support terrorist in Iraq itself supporting ISIS and crooked political Iraqi leaders bent on moving Iraq towards their Iranian puppet state. 

These leaders must be slowly weeded out. We also know that Nori al-Maliki is the main source of leadership for these terrorist militias in Iraq. 

We have all see the devastation and destruction this brings to Iraq. When will they finally end the Maliki influence? It is coming shortly and will precede any RV I can assure you of this fact. 

Do you wonder why now the USA is demanding that all Iranian influence be gone from Iraq and not just ISIS? These statements too are constantly being repeated by Vice President Joe Biden of the USA. 

Now even president Obama too has made statements towards this direction. Not my words but theirs.

Have I painted a clear picture for you now? Can you understand why no RV until all this is cleaned up? Can you see how the RV is not now just about Iraq but now about the mess with Iran and Syria too.

ISIS and the Iranian militias must first be dealt with. There is still much clean up to do. Abadi himself projected months ago it would take at least until early summer  (late June) to complete this mission. 

I think now he was overly optimistic. It is not my opinion but the statement from the government of Iraq itself. 

Over this past weekend once again we heard rumors that an RV was authorized yet we do not see the RV. Why? I have been explaining to you why in my many news letters. It is because this is disinformation being passed down to us dinarians to pacify us. 

The culprits of this disinformation know the severity and repercussions if it ever leaking out about these early exchanges having taken place. So a campaign was staged to SHUT US UP.

These same culprits also know that we know they are recycling reasoning for the stalling and so they must come up with new information (or new misinformation) to tell us. This recent story was another example. I would not pay any attention to it. The week and then weekend will end without any RV I can assure you of this.

Recent articles now are showing us the difficulty too in the reconciliation process. Iraq has been wanting the conclusion to the economic reform and high hopes in the reconciliation process was that it would have occurred already by now. 

But first these politicians must learn to come together and realize that are ONE NATION and behave like ONE NATION if they are ever going to succeed to their fullest potential in the global arena.

Let’s not also take off  the table of a possible 2 or 3 state solution to the Iraqi crisis. Again VP Joe Biden has talking about this solution many times. As far as we as dinarian investors are concerned this would actually speed up the global rollout of a new currency, especially in the Kurdistan region. So this is the good news today, if their could be any.

Please if you want to quit going up and down on a Roller Coaster Ride you will need to understand this is just an RV or RI which ever you want to call it with Iraq..... there is no Global event No Treasurey notes to Print..... That is why Iraq is doing exactly what they want on this RV.... and why Obama can slow it down.....
 
 
One of the reasons I waited so long was I know a lot of people had multiple reasons for it not happening and then it was suppose to happen by now... Hence the Roller Coaster...... If you want to chase articles then just look for the ones that say they will pay salaries or Kurds..... and then we wait to see if that actually happens.......
 
 
Well some articles finally came out about the kurds. Do not worry about the budget because they will not open it until the RV so following the Budget is not a great plan.....Remember they passed 4 budgets and as of yet opened one.
 
 
So a window will open Sun evening until the middle of Feb.... I know it is a little large window but many things are happening on the inside that could make it go fast or slower.... but just relax... check the cbi.iq.... when it RV's whether it is now or later I will send out letter from Currency Chatter and Personal email..... There is pressure for it to come out because the Military which everyone needs to fight ISIS are not hanging in there not being paid..... so Obama has been having issues on money...for that and since the US does not have the money then Iraq who has the money with the RV is sitting waiting on Obama to let them do this thing.....
 
 
Again do not ask how one person can stop the RV............ WE OWN IRAQ so what ever US says "OBAMA" that what Iraq tries to do. IT is very hard on them to defy US.......... So there is now a window and After we RV just thank the Lord for being able to hang in....
 
 
Oh I did hear rumors about me... Cashing in, getting out, Truth is I do not like to say anything until I know we are in a good window....That being said anything can stop it slow it down or get if moved... I know because of all the places to get information we think that it is moves every day but it dos not. So instead of making people go up and down just waiting on information.....
I just wait until there is something to say.....or the timing is getting closer....... so lets see if the next few days brings us some happiness....
