Just a little bank tidbit. It uplifted me as I hope it does for some of you. My personal banker told me he and the wealth manager had just been discussing the exchange and didn’t have codes yet but if I wanted to call in later this week, if they had them he would make sure I got to come in right away.
To me it was another verification of reality.

May I ask, how many of you have a "Personal Banker" I mean, what is that anyway? The teller that remembers your name and gives you biscuits for your dog at the drive up window?

A "personal banker" are the ones who sit at those "L" shaped desks in the bank lobby assisting walk in customers with opening checking and savings accounts.
They also sell various banking products and services and work for commissions. They also work at the call centers.
They are considered the bottom of the totem pole for anything to do with investment or wealth management. They defer those types of banking to others.
They are one step up from a teller who may remember your name if you walk in a lot. Their primary job at the bank is sales.
