Iraqi Denar Box For Sale

I normally would not involve myself in something that I know nothing about, but I saw this forum and was hoping that you all could point me in the right direction in terms of contacts or information on who is legit and a potential buyer for Iraqi Denar Box. I have a friend who I trust completely who has a relative that has several Iraqi Denar Boxes, one of which is in Miami, Florida as we speak. The way I understand it, the box contains 40,000 bills @ 25,000 Denars or 1 Billion red denars. These are uncirculated and the seller wants to clear $300M so the asking price is $400M this will leave ($100M in commission to split 50/50 buyer and seller teams) They want the sale to be done in Miami, Florida which is their comfort zone. They want attorney to attorney representation, letter of intent and then they will release box numbers and bill sequence.
