HATJ Court Document Dump 1/22-1/23/18

If I'm understanding this correctly.....
Heather filed another Praecipe (Doc #98) on 1/22/18 that states, among other things, that she has been involved for the last six years in some sort of universal cleanup. I'm not exactly sure how that ties in with her helping Randy steal an RV, but whatever. But she's under the impression that the court doesn't have jurisdiction.

On 1/23/18 Judge Varlan strikes the Praecipe (Doc #98) from the record.
Later, on 1/23/18 Heather files (Doc #102), at a quick glance what seems to the same Praecipe as Doc #98 now numbered as Doc #101 with the court.
All I can think of is the definition of insanity - Doing the same thing over & over again, expecting a different result. Should be a fun time in court today.

It must be nice to be the judge in your own case and dismiss it, but the judge she is before dismissed her dismissal.
I guess she forgot to tell Randy he needs to file one on his behalf...
