Via Lisa Thomas, actress/comic from Maine and a self confessed "fruit loop".

She (Lisa) was kicked out from the courtroom for being disruptive. She said the Judge kept trying to persuade Heather to use an attorney and not represent herself. Her interpretation is that the Judge keeps trying to "force" a lawyer on Heather because she is scared that they will lose if Heather represents herself.

Roving Reporter Neil Wolfe:

His opinion is that the Judge acted improperly and is not adhering to the law. Continues to question Heather if she understands what waving her right to an attorney really means. Judge prevents Heather from representing herself. Neil thinks the Judge is scared and not really trying to act in Heather's best interest like she claims.

Prosecution presented evidence to identity such as pics, finger prints, etc. Heather's attorney, David Bos, moves to strike, which is denied.

Lunch break. Neal moves his truck just in time to avoid getting a parking ticket. Has to leave, but has his buddy Steve to continue the live stream.

This is exactly what happens when someone goes into court, and goes ''Pro Se," the judges don't like that because it tells them that the person coming into court knows more than an 'Admiralty' judge, but, in any event, anyone that duly tries to represent themselves in court, has a fool for a client- All judges and attorneys in this country are not at all legal, because they use 'Admiralty Law' { The law of the sea, and the british court systems to run the country- They will be tossed out on their asses eventually, it's just a matter of time-They THINK they know the law, but, sadly, they don't-

Actually I think this happens because the judge thinks the defendant may be batshit insane and he's worried that she may irreparably damage her own case.

And with Heather, you just know that's what's going to happen!

Exactly. Heather and her groupies have it completely backwards.

It sounds like the Judge is going out of her way to give Heather every chance, but Heather isn't smart enough to realize that.
