Over the past few months we have been receiving consistent reports of steps being adopted for the advancement and modernization of the Iraqi economy. After decades of war and economic blockades, institutions took the initiative to reach this goal. This has been a joint effort from the CBI, GOI, IMF, World Bank, as well as influential and powerful countries such as the US and China.
They have faced significant challenges in the process of achieving economic and financial stability and still managed to promote development at an accelerated pace, when you consider how far they've come in such an unstable region. To us it may seem like this has taken forever but that is because much of this process is hidden from our eyes. To ensure the stability of the dinar and contribute to economic growth, Iraq has provided resources and monetary/financial plans necessary for their development. Iraq's banking sector has successfully implemented and updated procedures according to the best electronic systems used internationally. Iraqi Dinar was based on the INDIA RUPEE until 1932 at which time it was Revlaued to $4.79 USD to 1 dinar...Through the years they have RV and RI and had Artificial Deflation many times. When the US took over Iraq OUR government deflated it to around 2500 to 1...It was then brought to 1170 to 1 like it is basically now. Then the discussion of revaluing the money arose. (Hang on folks)
The money (when Sadaam was there) was actually 2.86 USD to 1 dinar...the $3.22 rate was given by sadaam to his "cronies" only so they could make extra on the Iraqi country. When Shabibi began working the numbers for the IMF and UN he came up with the figure of $12.41...The IMF etc. said NO....and that was when they had no way of finding out a rate....
They took everything possible...hoping for $3.86 then all this global mess began and Shabibi said The Dinar would return to it former glory....If you extrapolate (big word) the numbers over the years adding inflation etc...the rate should show at $12.86...Now, that is a story you can go and look up and get your own information and say yee haw
Here's another one:...The Vietnamese government (along with China) asked for .44 cents...they were turned down also...But were told .22 cents could be appropriate...China agreed with that also...However, once the Assets were figured the rate dropped to about 7 cents or less...Go look it up and answer your own questions...

there has been a great deal of information discussed today... and I do believe there has been a number of confirmations in regards to intel... there is somewhat of a divergence in rates and date... but none of it seems worth arguing about at this point
I don't think there is anything you will be disappointed about..Numbers going two different ways... but confirmations on both sides so we'll see how it comes out... and we'll know how to proceed from there... either way it will be great
MIG Member 11GTS: here is my intel story, my friend who is married to a senior FAA offical has a bunch of UST friends. So got a call yesterday from him, he does not chat or knows who any of the guru's/web sites are. He said, make sure you have your dinar handy because we might have just a few hours to cash out at the high rate at the WF near us, be ready to move any second. That's it. i'm ready!!! He has been in this for 8 years. i just said, ok and hung up, never thought to ask any follow-up questions.

OOM Helpful Hints – Traveling with Dinar by Saintives: I'm going to post this just once so if you want to grab it to inform others feel free to do so. This is for folks who intend on flying with their dinar.
Anticipated the potential for any kind of problem when I fly with my dinar, I went to the local airport and personally spoke to the local Sherrif posted there as well as the TSA supervisor.
I then also contacted my Congressman who in turn contacted the Deputy Assistant Administrater for Legislative Affairs for Homel;and Security and TSA, both from which I recieved a letter.
1st: In his own words: Individuals may be allowed to travel with bulk currency greater than $10,000.00. TSA is required to contact ICE to determine if you may travel with your excessive amounts.
My words: I through my letter through my Congressman gaves everyone a heads up about the number of dinar holders that may be traveling and to understand why. We do have a right to travel to conclude our legitimate commerce.
The TSA and ICE are only concerned about illegal funds primarily drug money. They recognise that this dinar thing is a 'anomaly" that is going to ocurr now.
If you "hide" something and it is found then you have set the stage to be treated as if you were hiding something from anyone. I personally bought a three ring binder and have my dinar broken down in to increments and inventoried in the binder.
I have a inventory sheet and a cover letter identifying where I bought my dinar and then at the end are copies of the actual reciepts.
It is well organised for inspection and large enough to be obvious when scanned. I took that completed binder then to the local airport to the supervisor of the TSA there who was "happy" to be informed and that I took the effort to give them a heads up and prepare for that for when I do fly with my dinar.
I informed him that information suggests that there are over 6,000,000 dinat holders in the U.S. and a large percentage of those will be flying so be prepared.
He was surprised by that figure and was going to give all supervisors at this airport a heads up. These people do not want to make mistakes or cause issues wrongfully either. KNOW THAT.
Be properly and professionally prepared and treat others as you would want to be treated. Be honest and forth-right. Behave like a criminal and you will be treated as being suspect like one. Hope this helps.

Iraqi Dinar was based on the INDIA RUPEE until 1932 at which time it was Revlaued to $4.79 USD to 1 dinar...Through the years they have RV and RI and had Artificial Deflation many times. When the US took over Iraq OUR government deflated it to around 2500 to 1...It was then brought to 1170 to 1 like it is basically now. Then the discussion of revaluing the money arose. (Hang on folks)
The money (when Sadaam was there) was actually 2.86 USD to 1 dinar...the $3.22 rate was given by sadaam to his "cronies" only so they could make extra on the Iraqi country. When Shabibi began working the numbers for the IMF and UN he came up with the figure of $12.41...The IMF etc. said NO....and that was when they had no way of finding out a rate....
They took everything possible...hoping for $3.86 then all this global mess began and Shabibi said The Dinar would return to it former glory....If you extrapolate (big word) the numbers over the years adding inflation etc...the rate should show at $12.86...Now, that is a story you can go and look up and get your own information and say yee haw
Here's another one:...The Vietnamese government (along with China) asked for .44 cents...they were turned down also...But were told .22 cents could be appropriate...China agreed with that also...However, once the Assets were figured the rate dropped to about 7 cents or less...Go look it up and answer your own questions...

OOM Helpful Hints – Traveling with Dinar by Saintives: I'm going to post this just once so if you want to grab it to inform others feel free to do so. This is for folks who intend on flying with their dinar.
Anticipated the potential for any kind of problem when I fly with my dinar, I went to the local airport and personally spoke to the local Sherrif posted there as well as the TSA supervisor.
I then also contacted my Congressman who in turn contacted the Deputy Assistant Administrater for Legislative Affairs for Homel;and Security and TSA, both from which I recieved a letter.
1st: In his own words: Individuals may be allowed to travel with bulk currency greater than $10,000.00. TSA is required to contact ICE to determine if you may travel with your excessive amounts.
My words: I through my letter through my Congressman gaves everyone a heads up about the number of dinar holders that may be traveling and to understand why. We do have a right to travel to conclude our legitimate commerce.
The TSA and ICE are only concerned about illegal funds primarily drug money. They recognise that this dinar thing is a 'anomaly" that is going to ocurr now.
If you "hide" something and it is found then you have set the stage to be treated as if you were hiding something from anyone. I personally bought a three ring binder and have my dinar broken down in to increments and inventoried in the binder.
I have a inventory sheet and a cover letter identifying where I bought my dinar and then at the end are copies of the actual reciepts.
It is well organised for inspection and large enough to be obvious when scanned. I took that completed binder then to the local airport to the supervisor of the TSA there who was "happy" to be informed and that I took the effort to give them a heads up and prepare for that for when I do fly with my dinar.
I informed him that information suggests that there are over 6,000,000 dinat holders in the U.S. and a large percentage of those will be flying so be prepared.
He was surprised by that figure and was going to give all supervisors at this airport a heads up. These people do not want to make mistakes or cause issues wrongfully either. KNOW THAT.
Be properly and professionally prepared and treat others as you would want to be treated. Be honest and forth-right. Behave like a criminal and you will be treated as being suspect like one. Hope this helps.

I expect nothing less from the individuals who manage Recaps - they recycle lies, and are 100% complicit in the fraud being perpetrated upon neophyte speculative investors. They make money hand over fist by publishing known lies form known liars, and censor the truth if it poses a threat to their money machine. They have negotiated agreements with fake gurus (because, uh, there's no way smart business people cross their fingers and hope George forwards an email from Goat, or hope that Dr Clarke surfaces with hopium about the RV).
The only people being served by the Dinar Recaps site are those running it and the gurus who profit from it. They can come on here and try to refute these facts, but the toothpaste has been out of the tube on their operation for over a year (since the fake, fictitious, fabricated Dr Clarke first appeared with lies in Jan of 2016).
Dinar Chronicles is a close 2nd when it comes to dirtbag dinar news aggregation - they're just slightly less sane over there, and employ some really oddball writers with delusional views about God, money and extra-terrestrials...
