One of the recent Okie chats, Okie said that it could happen at "any time" and defined that
by saying that it did not have to occur when someone was available to accept the request.

Maybe we are beyond that faze?

I guess we have to be willing to be 'chosen' and be 'patient' like they keep reminding us we are among a fortunate few.
