Ah, that camera person is as good as I am - yep, fingers and hands in the picture, oooppppss.
Ah2, I hate to differ but I see front end loaders not bulldozers.  Bulldozers are on tracks and ususally have a huge blade on the front for pushing.  Sorry to be so technical, but ..... . 
Actually those operators are rather skilled.  I worked with many equipment operators (some even more massive drilling rigs across the Arctic Ocean) and these guys are not bad.
