Removing Zeros from the nominal value?

I am not a lopster and hoping for the best like everybody else, but when I read things in the articles like changing the nominal value of the old and new currency and removing three zeros from the existing currency, isn't that implying a lop? Someone please correct me if I am wrong and set this straight so I can put this subject to bed for good!

Yes to me that is what all that means so the main hope is if they do LOP it will be a LOP with an RV and come in high so that at least we get a good vacation out of this BUT you are going to hear..poor arabic translation, that isnt what that means, etc etc so just keep doing your research just as I do and reading all the articles...prepare for the worst and be pleasantly surprised if it turns out for the extreme good which would mean a straight RV! I am probably going to be told that I am being negative but I am just reading everything and being diligent with my research and the understanding of every article by our informers is either #1 A BIG NO FOR THE LOP Y'ALL ARE NUTS #2 the other side says, YES POSSIBLE LOP...just take it all in and wait and see is all we can do...
