WOW THATS ALOT, I REALLY AM THE LOW MAN ON THE TOTEM POLE WHEN IT COMES TO OWNING CURRENCY. I HAVE ALWAYS COLLECTED BUT THATS IT. I HAVE 100,000 DINAR (AND 75,000 WAS GIVEN TO ME) I HAVE 1 MIL DONG, AND 100 TRIL OF ZIM (HAD THAT BEFORE ALL THIS B/C IT WAS COOL)

If he is outside the US I would recommend eBay, or contacting a dealer. Most of the people here are done with the dinar.
