If this were true, everybody would know it. All you have to do is go on your banks website and se if the IQD is listed under foreign currencies. If it is not there then you have your answer.

The one thing we don't see enough of are "LINKS" to support statements and claims. A lot of stuff is written, stated, supposedly confirmed, but on this site moreso than any other, posters don't provide any links to their claims. Many people (self included) sometimes question statements, claims, etc, that should be able to be substantiated with supporting links, and what do we get? We get called "Bashers", non-believers, and get told to go elsewhere. Those people need to realize that people that question claims and statements, are actually doing the people in the OOM forum a favor. We that ask questions do it for the people that are to afraid, or feel they can't rock the boat. Those people need to realize that a healthy forum has all sorts of people, people that just accept information, and those that push for more, and those that request some level of proof. Even though many say the OOM forum has to many bashers, I disagree. Of all the Dinar sites out there, I think this forum has a healthy balance of people types invested.

I humbly beg to differ with you on this. It isn't a money swap and that is where people are going awry on the assumption that there will be no Capital Gains Tax. It isn't a money swap.

What we have amounts to nothing more than a pretty stamp collection. It is a non-functional currency worth NOTHING. We are collectors. When the GOI makes its move to save their economy (and they will) we will then sell the defective currency back to them so they can get it off the streets and they will, in turn, buy our currency at the NEW RATE! This is a financial transaction in which we have collected and VERY collectible defunct currency, it goes up in value like a collectors stamp and then we sell it.

People who had Confederate Currency after the civil war just kept it by the wagon load because the wagon was worth more than the currency. After many years, it became a collectible and now you can buy them for more than they were once worth as collectors items or financial instruments. This is what we are doing.

This is why a CRUT Trust is the exact vessel to prevent the Capital Gains Tax and be able too reinvest the income of the Trust (the difference between the hold price now and the sell price then) and reinvest as many times as you wish without CG tax.

This is more of that folk lore just like the assumption that there is going to be a 15% flat tax on the exchange. There isn't one shred of evidence to that effect and I have checked all possible sites as I don't rely on rumors put out by ego-driven persons who only want to be able to say, "They called it first." That all it is. There will be no flat tax either because it has to be codified and it simply isn't.

However, it is human nature to find some tall tale to glom onto which will justify doing absolutely nothing to prepare them to own a lot of money in a responsible way and to preserve that wealth by averting unnecessary taxation which is reserved for those who pay tax. You may think that is a curious statement but this is what I was told by the criminal investigator for the IRS Southeast Region. He said to me, "There are two types of people in America and the Tax Code is written for both. There are those who pay taxes and those who do not." So you see, there is a tax code especially for you depending on whether or not you are a sucker or you aren't.

This Green Screen thing is more uncontested folk lore. I don't doubt that the DOS screens of the DOS based computers that are used by banks are or could be green but my DOS screen is black. Now the fonts may have a color code and change but the screens...I doubt it seriously. You don't use DOS, (Disk Operating System) , you will never see the back offices of the banks, and you will never be able to vette the statements made about "GREEN SCREENS" which refer to a MS-DOS computing system so why the fuss? It is more "LINGO" to make you feel more comfortable in the knowledge that someone might have some inside info about the situation. There are 3 million of these in force these days by mostly the very rich such as the PEW Charitable Trust, The Carnegie Charitable Trust, Katherine T. McArthur Charitable Trust to name but a few of the more well know CRUTs so don't let people convinve you that this is a scam or some Patriot Mythology or the product of some manic attorney. The attorneys do not like this because YOU are in control and not them.

This is a Pre-RV Trust Strategy and it must be done pre-RV. The reason is that the money you may play with / invest is the Trust Income. The clauses are very special and give you 100% Lawsuit protection and 100% control of your money with 0% ownership or liability. It don't get better than that.
