He wants me to encourage all of us to go back in the forum and read what he said a few months back..... He said that all that he said is coming forward.. And that all is done.. pinging and all.. And they are just waiting for confirmation and that at that time it will be released. He believes that it will happen at any moment. He also stated the rate of 3.68 for the banks and 5.25 for cashin….. He stated, if you so choose to go to a bank to cash in .. go in professionally and informed. Know the two rates, tell them what you want, what the high rate is and if they cannot do that, then say good bye and go elsewhere. He wants you to remember YOU HAVE POWER! Use it!

How can the Bank rate be rumored at $3.68 and cash in be $5.25? Is he attempting to say that the CBI "BUY" rate is $5.25? If that truly is the case then that is an insane spread and why would anybody even go to the banks? I'd rather wait a month and go to Ty or Ali(if he shows up again). If that truly is the CBI rate, then at least you could attempt to negotiate with the banks to match the dealer rate.
