Giuliani says - ‘I do not believe the president loves America’

During a private dinner in Manhattan featuring Scott Walker, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani went right for the jugular. Not only did he say that he didn’t believe President Obama loves America, he called out the president’s unusual childhood.

 The New York Daily News reports: “I do not believe — and I know this is a horrible thing to say — but I do not believe that this President loves America,” Giuliani said of Obama. “He doesn’t love you. He doesn’t love me. He wasn’t brought up the way you were brought up and I was brought up,” Giuliani added. “To love this country. And with all our faults, we’re the most exceptional country in the world.”

 “We’ve said that, haven’t we? Join the club, man. It’s like a six-year-old statement from us,” Pat said. As the guys have said before, President Obama didn’t grow up celebrating America, waving the flag, and watching the fireworks. He was surrounded by communists and radicals in his youth, people who spent more time criticizing America than expressing their patriotism. “There’s no ifs, ands, or buts about that. He was surrounded by people who hated the country. And so any love that he does have for the country is bonus,” Glenn said. “I want the charade to stop. There’s nothing wrong with him saying, look, I didn’t grow up the way you did,” Glenn continued.

 “This guy should have the greatest pivot point of all time. He never talks about his parents, not in the way they’re Marxist revolutionaries. He hides the fact that he was around these Marxist revolutionaries.” Glenn did point out that people can have a pivot point, and he held up David Horowitz as someone who was raised by communists and embraced liberal thinking until changing his perspective later in life. “David Horowitz was like, ‘Then I learned. Then I saw, and then I get it.’ This president doesn’t have that pivot point. So everything beyond his childhood is really a stage show,” Glenn said. “And people are fooled by the fact that occasionally he’ll deliver you that speech only in America could I have achieved what I achieved, blah, blah.

 He pays lip service to that because he’s a politician and they buy into it wholeheartedly, rather than looking at his background, understanding from where he came, listening to his own words about his background and who he hung out with and the Marxist professors and the radicals and the structural feminists and all that stuff…But he’s talked about him being surround by people who didn’t love America his whole life. And he was. And yet they discount that out of hand. It’s meaningless to anybody else,” Pat added.
