Jester says you are NEVER going to get Tony's rate of 32.00 +

2-18-2014 Intel Guru Jester [I see where some are still spouting $32 rates.] THAT IS A COUNTRY RATE THAT YOU WILL NEVER SEE. YOU ARE NOT A COUNTRY. YOU ARE NOT GOING TO DO HUMANITARIAN PROJECTS. YOU ARE NOT SPLITTING THAT RATE 3 WAYS WITH CHINA AND THE US, THAT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING ABOUT THE HIGH RATES...SURE THEY ARE REAL ENOUGH...IF YOU KNOW WHAT THEY ARE FOR THEN THEY MAKE SENSE. ANYTHING OVER THE STREET RATE IN THOSE HIGH NUMBER DEALS LIKE THAT ARE FOR HUMANITARIAN PROJECTS...THE PART YOU GET TO SPEND IS THE STREET RATE.
2-18-2014 Intel Guru Jester WHEN YOU BREAK IT DOWN A COUNTRY RATE IS ALSO SPLIT 3 WAYS AND YOU GET A THIRD AND ANYTHING OVER THE STREET RATE IS FOR PROJECTS. LETS BREAK THAT DOWN....IN THAT INSTANCE 1/3 TO CHINA OR REP, 1/3 TO UST, AND 1/3 TO YOU - MINUS THE FEES ETC...SO ROUNDING IT OFF YOU WOULD GET AROUND 12.66 MINUS THE FEES...WHATEVER THEY ARE... LETS ROUND IT OFF TO $11...THAT SHOULD COVER IT. THEN YOU CAN ONLY SPEND UP TO THE STREET RATE SAY 3.44 OR 3.66 OR WHATEVER LEAVING AROUND 7.50 TO BE USED FOR PROJECTS WHICH HAVE TO BE APPROVED BY THE AUTHORITIES.

THERE ARE STILL TIERS PEOPLE...THERE ARE SOVEREIGN RATES...PRIVATE PLACEMENT RATES...GROUP RATES IF YOU WILL...AND STREET RATES...IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN THAT WAY AND I BELIEVE IT WILL FINISH UP LIKE THAT. YOU CANNOT GET THIS RATE....WILL NOT GET THIS RATE.

Jester what you say is not TRUE. If Tony says that some of us will get $32 than we will. Jester you need to spend more time listening to Tony.
