9-11-2013 Intel Guru Jester BANK RUMOR… DINAR RATE… BANKS SHOWING DOUBLE DIGITS… NOT THE BACK SCREENS OR ANY OTHER SCREEN… WE DID THE SAME BANK CHECK THAT WE DO EVERYDAY AGAIN TODAY…. RATES ARE STILL THE SAME AS THE LAST 12 WEEKS… BANK RUMOR… DONG RATE IS HIGH… NOT... IT IS STILL THE SAME ON THE BANK AND FOREX SCREENS AS IT HAS BEEN FOR THE LAST 12 WEEKS.

IMF RUMOR… LETS ASSUME THEY ACTUALLY HAD THE AUTHORITY TO FILE AN INJUNCTION AND MAKE IT STICK… WHICH THEY DON’T…. THE ASSUMPTION THAT THE US HAS THE AUTHORITY TO HOLD UP THE RV JUST ISN’T THE CASE… THE IMF IS COMPRISED OF VOTING COUNTRIES IN DIRECT PROPORTION TO THEIR SPECIAL DRAWING RIGHTS… THIS WOULD REQUIRE SOME DOING AND WE WOULD KNOW ABOUT IT.
[If not the IMF, then who does have the authority? Or does anyone?] NOW THERE IS AN INTERESTING QUESTION... BUT I HAVE A BETTER LOGIC QUESTION... WHEN IT COMES TO INJUNCTIONS, DON'T THEY PREVENT SOMETHING FROM MOVING FORWARD?
