8-29-2013 Intel Guru Jester WE HAVE BEEN SEEING THE RATES STABLE IN THE KUWAIT RANGE FOR WEEKS ON THE BANKS AND FOREX SCREENS... WE ARE STILL WAITING ON SOME ANNOUNCEMENTS... BUT YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS GOING TO HAPPEN WHEN THEY ARE READY
[do you still believe the Iraq in country rate changed several weeks ago?] SOMETHING HAPPENED...I KNOW PEOPLE THAT WERE PAID...THE WEIRD THING IS THEY CANNOT SEND IT HERE TO THEIR FAMILIES YET. [are we still in a good window for this week?] WINDOW IS STILL OPEN FROM WHAT WE ARE HEARING RIGHT NOW. THINGS ARE LINING UP... INDICATORS ARE LOOKING VERY POSITIVE.

If there ever was an in country RV (and they are non-existent) then why does the rate indicated on all of the exchanges not reflect it? LIE.
One gets to looking at Jester's posts and it becomes evident rather quickly that he speaks with a forked tongue!!
