Mnt Goat -- I don't believe a word he says

8-23-2013 Intel Guru Mnt Goat I wanted to pop on and give you a quickie update from the news I received last night from my new IMF contact. The UST does not have the manpower and other resources to make the changes needed to roll this out internationally and do the RV. There are many different vendors involved...the contract was awarded to...Wells Fargo. One of the problems they are now aware of is that they did not hire a specialized Quality Assurace (QA) test group but are now finding that this is needed...They have since hired some QA specialists and a QA manager.



So WF has realized this was a larger undertaking than expected since they could not get the changed rates of 190+ currencies to integrate down to the banks and FOREX all at once with any reliabilty and consistency. They also met with some high level officials in the UST and IMF and decided to integrate this with CIX. So in summary the project is failing, they are over budget and very late on their schedule. So where is now the issue. We are seeing they are down to the last piece in their integration testing effort between systems...they made an attempt again to do an integration test with NASDAQ that has no test environment setup do this kind of test. So it took down NASDAQ production... NASDAQ was down for a couple hours while they worked on it.

So they are still working on the situation. This was not the RV rollout they hoped for ...believe me. No timeline given to me since this is critical that they do this NOW. So I was told as soon and they can run tests all the way through and it works they will move on to the next step and get it live. They are close and yesterdays fiasco with NASDAQ proved that fact. We should all be feeling kind of nice right about now..... !

CIX is real... NASDAQ does do currency (specializing in RV's??).
And the biggest of all... There is no test environment for NASDAQ to apply fixes and to test new code...

IMF has zero to do with currencies, CIX is a figment of some guru's warped mind, there are not 190+ currencies world wide, eve if you count all of the in-nation only currencies some nation's keep. The NASDAQ part would be laughable were it not for all the sheeple these clowns are bilking.

I see people explaining the NASDAQ glitch by saying there are mutual funds that are traded on the NASDAQ (true) that trade currencies (maybe) and if there were big currency changes this could push those mutual funds beyond the trading limit (maybe), but before that could happen all those RV numbers would have to go live on FOREX so the people trading the currency mutual funds could see that and trade the fund to beyond the limit.  I haven't seen any RVs on FOREX, has anybody else?

Exactly, plus the NASDAQ is not the biggest player ... ETF's are not generally traded midday ... if that theory had anymore wholes in it there would be nothing at all left.

Nope pretty much what I determined. There is a company that has CIX as it's stock symbol ... but it has zip to do with currency.

CIX as what the roos say it is of course is a myth just like the alleged bank software Babylon II, just another roo myth.

Pretty much ... although there is Babylon II software. Unfortunately for the roos, it is a translation program developed by a company in Israel.

These so called "intel providers" in reality are just plain old fabricators and word smiths.  They take something that means something else and weave it into their balderdash until it sounds reasonable and then spew it as gospel.  Blasphemy, pure and simple if they were dealing with religious material.  The difference is they are not so it is simply LYING.  Molding things to fit your "story" isn't providing information relevant to a subject - it is just plain LYING.

I think we need to have full disclosure at this point.  WE need the rightful names of these spewers of lies and then we need the names of their source(s).  Will we get them?  Probably not without 50 Dentists and 90 gallons of truth syrup serum.  This week end needs to be the LAST we see of fabricators.  NO MORE - PLANES, TRAINS OR BALDERDASH.  NO MORE FALSE STARTS, GLITCHES, OR EXCUSES.  NO MORE STALLING AROUND - TELL US THE TRUTH.  It's a simple thing to do.  All one has to do is open their mouth and speak.  Let me start it for you:  I (your real name) am not sure what happened to the RV I promised.  My source(s) are:  (their name(s)).  The information I gave is not true and I have no idea when or if there will ever be any revaluation of the Iraqi Dinar and if or when there will be any global reset.  There, wasn't that a better life experience?  Try it you will like it, MIkey did.
