"The project to remove the Zeros". Some would say this means they will take the large bills out of circulation, others think that it means they will lop the zeros off of the exchange rate making the value 85 cents to the USD, and still others think they intend to lop the zeros off of the currency itself, in effect making the investment a bust.

Each camp of thought has their own reasons and rational to support their belief, but the only one that appears to be a project requiring an extended amout of time to complete would be the removal of the large bills from circulation. The other two would NOT be a project / process as much as a decision regarding the valuation of the Dinar and as such n e v e r announced.

Removing as much Dinar from circulation as possible is the only way to provide additional support to the value and can only be good for those left standing with currency in hand when the revaluation finally occures.
