I have a couple of questions that may be relevant. Are the Kurds happy and supporting the government, or are they not? Also, is the Fab4 in control of the monetary reform and the reinstatement of the IQD, or are they not? There seems to be some doubt on both of these issues, IMO.

Just curious as to why not this weekend.
Financial inclusion is about many things and cashless payments, e-banking is on the list. The exchange window is open. They are broadcast the new products with new efficiency.
A flip of the switch so to speak. Nothing suggests since the Banks in Iraq are now and have been closed since the news about Alak getting the promotion to VP this session for the Arab Monetary Fund and the President for the next session.
They were told about the process of facilitatating trade with all groups of currency. They also talk about Bio-metric cards now.. Nothing new there per se, except to them.
The electronic part has been taught now for years. This is the end of the old and in with the new, imo. The new products are e-commerce, e- banking, electronic payments and settlements, new small category notes, updated ISX stock exchange, etc.
They could easily be educating now in the new products that will arrive based on the new international rate to be applied in a moments notice.
One that will make way for Alak and the CBI to be the new pillar for the region as they have said she will be and can turn those cards to live in nanoseconds and accounted for accordingly, and in my opinion that could easily be this weekend into Monday, just as easy as the day after the holiday.
My view the new will allow them to have access to money holiday or not.. All electronic.. imo
Either way, Alak getting the AMF seat? Off the chart huge. ~ MMs geting paid... imo

I so agree with you, MM!!!I'm watching it unfold and just thinking ANY DAY we could see what we are seeking!! So exciting!!!

Agreed. All the telltale signs are there. We have a terrific window of opportunity between now and the beginning of Ramandan on May 5. I see no reason whatsoever for them to go beyond this time frame. If they care anything at all about their own citizens, they will give them the purchasing power they have been promising, and they won't make them wait any longer, as they are clearly ready. Take advantage of all the great publicity, Iraq. Make your move. I pray to God they don't blow this seemingly perfect opportunity.
