This is what I know for a fact:

1. Some of the attorneys for the groups that are holding SKR’s are trying to renegotiate the amount of funds they are going to be receiving.

( a ) The reason why is because the zim, dong, etc were not part of the original deal it was just the dinar.
( b ) Circumstances have changed.

2. Some of the 200+ countries that have signed off are also trying to get better rates as well.

3. Protocols for the banks are in a constant flux as well.

4. When the F & P’s start to be paid then and only then will the 800#’s come out.

5. All of this other stuff that is being said here is just smoke and mirror’s to get you side tracked.

6. We are in a slow roll out.

7. There are three rates

( a ) International rates
( b ) contract rates (which are only available in the U.S.)
( c ) screen rates

8. The only rates that are consistent is the zim and that screen rate is .11 to .41 with six zero’s taken off.

9. The only people that can hold this up at the moment is the President, Military, etc.

This information is about as correct as it is going to get, there are behind the scenes activities that are taking place to get this done and has nothing to do with 99.9% of the speculation that being presented by certain persons or individuals.
