Urgent Cabinet Secretariat declares disabled always in Baghdad next Sunday

[Oan- Baghdad]
announced that the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, the Council of Ministers has decided to disable the official working in the province of Baghdad on Sunday.
A statement by the Secretariat received by all of Iraq [where] a copy of it, that the decision came "to mark the anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Musa al-Kadhim [p], excluding security departments and all institutions and the ministries of health, electricity and the Secretariat of Baghdad."
