Frank....gotta as you and your FRIENDS.....thought the Iraqi's were meeting the IMF in Amman, Jordan.....if the WB is now admitting they were there too.....how many other alphabet soup gangs were there as well.....between the butt chewing the IMF did and so much other good news that has transpired since Amman....one has to wonder.....what other backs got scratched while in Jordan......I'm beginning to hum a little bit of "Happy Days are here again"......oh I wonder why.

World Bank offers to Iraq to see funding for economic development

Economic Adviser to the Prime Minister predicted the appearance of Mohammed Saleh, said Friday that the World Bank loan does "affordable long-term" for Iraq end of the year 2016.

Saleh said in an interview during his participation meetings of Iraq with the current in the Jordanian capital Amman International IMF mission, said that "the World Bank mission that involved meetings provided the vision of funding for economic development in Iraq for the soft loan of about three billion dollars paid in stages, low interest and very long-term repayment, "noting that it comes in" the framework of a program for financing development in Iraq."

Saleh added that "the World Bank between the activities targeted by the loan, is the support of the federal budget in line with the economic reform paths and a document of reform launched by the Prime Minister," stressing that "the loan will be spent over three years to coincide with the reformist trends in the activities of government management reform and modernization of payment systems and the social security and the fight against corruption and other things. "

He stressed that "the loan payout after the completion of understandings with the World Bank on the road map, which is consistent with the paths of economic reforms," expected to "be executed loan to Iraq by the World Bank end of the year 2016". It is noteworthy that Iraq is currently engaged in the first review of the Stand-By Agreement with the IMF mission negotiations in the Jordanian capital, Amman, in order to complete the IMF loan in 2016 during the current year.

Here are a few thoughts on this subject..(see article below) ...if...and mind you I said....IF.....we are so close to some "event" happening.....it wouldn't make sense to try a new recipe to bake a cake would it....you would want to go with the tried and true recipe handed down from Grandma for the Family feast......that to me makes perfect sense with Zebari as well......

Here we stand on the precipice that ledge....the skinny and narrow ledge where a step of faith is being required.....why make that step with an unknown.....Zebari may not be an angel....but he has the knowledge.....he knows the numbers.....he understands the workings of what is expected to kick their Monetary Reform into full gear....warp speed.....

Anyone one else would have to review the recipe and make sure the ingredient are to their liking....remember the IMF is telling them NO MORE DELAYS.....get 'er done boys.......

The US has the clout to keep Zebari right where he is and they are playing that card to keep the steam in the engine......to keep the warp drive wound up as tight as a finely tuned fiddle......don't be breaking any strings now.....treat that Finance Minister as if he were a Stratovarius....you know that really high dollar fiddle......

Good grief.....is the fat lady going to sing.....who would have thunk that woman would be capable of beautiful noise.....but perhaps she is related to Zebari in some crazy way......the hum that I heard is the vocal chords being limbered up.....leave the recipe alone the US is telling Abadi to tell the rest of the GOI.....we've got your names....the ones who've been absent....and you are in for a spanking.....straighten up and play right....and get on the team or we will indeed spank you in a most embarrassing way.....get it done....

Temember November.....by November.....keep that in your mind.....get the ingredients ready.....oh you have them....good deal.....make sure the eggs go in at the right time......the flour....the spices.....if those guys who hold these things try to not show up.....they are to be put in a line....not it is not the long line...it's the line for spankings.....

Back everything up with a back up.....make this cake so Iraq can rock the world.....by November....it's simple.....just don't change the recipe......wow.....this couch has cookie's behind the cushions....where's Frank....all IMO.

BAGHDAD / Baghdadi Uz..khv Kurdish source said on Saturday, all for Deputy Secretary of State Anthony Blinken commitments from the leaders of the political blocs to postpone the withdrawal of confidence from Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari for three months.

The source said in an interview with / Baghdadi News / "The Kurdish leaders have used their relationships with Washington and demanded their intervention on the subject of withdrawal of confidence from Zebari and pressure on those who seek to dismiss the minister."

He added that "Blinken, who recently visited Iraq; led a dialogue on the issue and press for the postponement of the vote on the dismissal for three months and received a pledge from the leaders of the political blocs to postpone the impeachment of three months," indicating that "to postpone the vote on the dismissal means to settle the issue within the successive political deals held between the political parties ".anthy 21 /

Parliament postpones resumption of its meetings to the next Wednesday

I decided the presidency of the Iraqi Council of Representatives, on Sunday, to postpone the resumption of its meetings scheduled Tuesday to Wednesday, the (21 September 2016), at the request of 100 members of Parliament.

The decision of the House of Representatives Niazi architecture Davutoglu in an interview (range Press), "The presidency of the parliament approved a request signed by 100 members of Parliament to postpone the resumption of the parliamentary hearings scheduled next Tuesday to Wednesday, (September 21 2016)."

Ihsanoglu added that "to postpone the resumption of hearings was due to official work disabled, on Tuesday, in a number of provinces on the occasion of Eid Ghadir."

The Presidency of the Council of Representatives of Iraq, in the decided (8 September 2016), to postpone the hearing the 17 of the first legislative term of the third legislative year to year, on Tuesday (20 September 2016), for lack of quorum.
