THIS IS FINE, BUT WHAT MAKES BE BELIEVE OTHER WISE WAS THE RATIFICATION OF THE IMF LOAN IN THE 2010 BUDGET, BY LAW, BEFORE THEY GOT THE LOAN. DO YOU ALL REMEMBER THIS ? WELL THAT WHOLE BUDGET HAS BEEN BLOWN OUT OF THE WATER AND SO ALLOT OF THE SPENDING BASED ON THE IMF LOAN HAS NOT COME ABOUT AND IS ADDED TO THE 2011 BUDGET. THIS IS WHY I THINK THEY NEED TO PASS THE BUDGET BEFORE RV ALONG WITH SEATING OF THE FULL GOV. WE ALL KNOW 2010 WAS A COMPLETE WASH BUDGET WISE. DOES THIS MAKE ANY SENSE ? JUST SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT. BUT THIS IS WHY I THINK THEY NEED THE BUDGET PASSED – IT HAS TO DO WITH THE IMF AND GETTING BACK ON TRACK WITH THE IMF LOANS AND BUDGET BASED ON THAT.

They Might Be Using This As A Negotiating Tool.  Also Remember The Us Congress Doesn’t Want To Get Into A Currency War With China Or The Other Bric Countries

Guru Frank 26: This morning I came on the forum to tell you to read articles and when you were done with them ……….just file them away. As I have told you many times ……..articles are not always put out to inform you especially if they come from the GOI. They can be old articles and repeats. I saw your stress today Family concerning some articles. My Team reports to me what Iraqi TV says and then we look at the articles that came out that day to throw out the ones that are obviously……….trash. See how we roll? One more thing before I start.
