these are some very serious men / women who deal with cash on the barrel. they dug in their heels and things then started to get testy. they then got a load of crap from all the oil barrons, but they didn't get teir price, things began up again.

if you look all over the world, the pacific rim are where all these ships are they are still sitting. In Asia not heading West.
