 The CBI has not updated for today, so I can not check it against TODAY'S  CBI rate

I think the Indian converter is messed up. For one, the math does not work. There is no way that one USD could be worth 1132 IQD and 1 IQD worth almost 9 USD at the same time. Looks like their dropping 4 decimal points in their calculations. It should be .0008339.

It looks like the current one is here: http://www.moj.gov.iq/view.661/ Unfortunately it appers to be available only in PDF form, and so unless you can read Arabic, not of much use.

Like I said, it looks to me like they are just misplacing the decimal place by 4. The inverse of that should be .0008339 not 8.339, that would be correct with a 10 4th power symbol after it.
