Is Okie Saying the RV Is Delayed?

OMG(osh). Am I comprehending Okie correctly and he is saying that our blessing is going to be delayed due to the Afghanistan situation? I just love Okie to death, but sometimes his riddles are just so confusing. If only the PTB would push the button so we could get our humanitarian trusts funded and get on with the business of saving the world.

That Tony is nothing more than a two bit conman who has done nothing but try to ride the coattails of Okie. He is not worthy to wipe the Oklahoma red dirt off the bottom of Okie’s cowboy boots.
