Article: "Parliamentary Finance talks about the continuation of the current exchange rate of the dollar for the next four years" Keep in mind part of the reason why they changed the rate in the first place was because they needed to do something to fill in the deficit gap. That's already been done...no, I don't think they'll be holding onto this rate for 4 years. Is I possible? Of course it is. I don't think so. As a matter of fact I think they should have already changed the rate back...don't get discouraged about the rate change in the budget...
