Tues. 11 May Bruce: By Sun. evening 9 May Bond processing was finished, while Bond payouts were ongoing. Notification for Tier 4B (us, the Internet Group) could happen by Wed. 12 May, but would certainly happen by Thurs. 13 May. Some individuals have been notified by email (with an NDA) to do exchanges on Wed. 12 May. Today Tues. 11 May the US Treasury was in the process of releasing the codes. We all would be under NDAs this week.

Tier 4B notifications were expected (with no guarantees) from midweek to Thurs. 13 May or before Sat. 15 May.

The Redemption Centers would remain fully staffed for the week.

Value Day would be declared by the UST after the RV security teams locked down the rates and procedures for Tier 4B (us, the Internet Group) exchanges and the Shotgun Start liquidity release & payouts.

Tier 4B would be notified across the globe by email or publication of the Secured Website.

There would be ten days of exchanges/redemption at the special rates before the general public could begin exchanging at the new international rates.
