The Iraqi government liquidates the companies "Al Mafakher" and "Al Bashaer" and returns the revenues to the Ministry of Finance News-default

Mubasher: The Iraqi government decided during its weekly meeting, today, Tuesday, to liquidate the two companies, Al-Fakher Commercial Agencies and Export Limited Liabilities, Al-Bashaer Trading Company Ltd.

The Cabinet clarified that the two companies are considered dissolved by law, provided that the proceeds of the aforementioned liquidation and their money devolve to the Ministry of Finance.

The Iraqi government also approved the issuance of the system of the first amendment to the system of parents and teachers councils No. (1) for the year 1994, based on the provisions of clause (third) of Article 80 of the constitution, taking into consideration the observations of the legal department in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.

Mustafa Al-Kazemi, Prime Minister, referred to the success of the reform measures taken by the government, some of which contributed to increasing the Central Bank's dollar reserves.

Al-Kazemi renewed his directives to the Ministry of Trade to work continuously to provide more foodstuffs in the ration card and to work with all its capacity, stressing that the increase in the prices of some commodities is linked to the greed of some merchants, and that the government is carrying out campaigns to prevent price manipulation.

The government has reviewed the efforts of the Ministry of Health related to the vaccination campaigns that it carries out in the capital, Baghdad, and all governorates.
