Economic expert Abdul Rahman Al-Mashhadani confirmed, on Sunday, the government's inability to pay Iraq's external and internal debts and deficit within the budget, indicating that the budget was formulated to pay salaries without ending the deficit.

Al-Mashhadani said in a statement to / the information / that "there is a parliamentary confusion between the financial policy, which is one of the government's powers and the monetary policy of the Central Bank. The decision to raise the dollar cannot be appealed within the budget, as it is a decision of the Central Bank."

He added that "Parliament passed the budget in the form of paying salaries and other financial belongings without taking into account the reduction of expenditures and then reduce the deficit and pay off debts.

Al-Mashhadani indicated that "the central bank has cash to spend the budget and issue treasury bonds to cover the government's internal debts within the budget." Ended / 25 D.
