Question [I heard Iraqi dinar are being exchanged for U.S. notes. Please explain the difference between U.S. notes and U.S. dollars.] There is none. It's just preference on what people call the U.S. dollar. A U.S. note is a U.S. dollar. It's the same thing...Here's the thing - What do you mean by "I heard Iraq dinars are being exchanged for U.S. notes." ...How did you get the dinar you have? What did you use to get it? You used the U.S. dollar. You've always been able to exchange... You used the U.S. dollar to get into the dinar...let me repeat this one more time...You bought your dinars with U.S. dollars so you can already exchange it for dinar. That's it. Very simple.
